Very nice place. Host was exceptional. Loved the history of the house.

The colder than normal temperatures did not permit us to enjoy the property as we would have liked and the room we stayed in lacked adequate heat.
THe road to get to and from Pigeon Forge could be a bit frightening especially at night.
The hosts are very sweet and down-to-earth and provided helpful hints/ recommendations to enhance our stay.

We only stayed one day but we really enjoyed our experience. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return. Not too happy with VRBO though. They charged us an extra $25 with no explanation.

We had a great stay, very peaceful and restful. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly without being intrusive. Beautiful property with a rambling old home that has been well taken care of. It’s off the beaten path but we’ll worth the trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beautiful Seaton Springs Farm. Syresa and Lonnie were warm and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. They shared information about local attractions that came in very handy when I met up with my family. Communications were easy and clear. Thank you so much! Cathy

Kind
My husband and I was not ready to go home so we found this really nice Bed and Breakfast not far from Gatlinburg which allowed us to do a day job in Pigeon Forge. The owner Mr.Lonnie met us with a smile we felt right at home. Nice country setting and clean. The next morning we upgraded our breakfast and was prepared a nice breakfast with fresh eggs. Not one time did we feel uncomfortable and got the best nights rest ever. Definitely a hidden gem making plans to bring our parents back.

Very nice
Our room was very nice and the hosts were friendly and informative about the area. The B&B was located off the beaten path and very quiet and peaceful. But close enough to Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg where there were lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
The B&B was also clean and food very good.

A wonderful overnight get away!
My husband and I were traveling back from visiting with family in ILL and wanted a lay over somewhere on our way back to DC. I found this property and absolutely fell in love! We booked and got in later than we expected. Lonnie and Syresa were so wonderful. We were coming from a different direction and they were able to send us new directions to the property. When we got there we were taking in awe by the beauty and the calmness that came with it. My husband even stated how he loved the place and it was better than staying in a hotel. Syresa showed us around when we first got there and made sure we were well taken care of. Both Lonnie and Syresa are super friendly and kind and ready to help if needed. They are easy to talk to and we had wonderful conversations. They even changed our room so we would be more comfortable in a cooler space because of the sun during the day. We even booked extra for the breakfast on the veranda and then a photo shoot that was so much fun. We couldn't stop goofing around with Syresa as she was taking our pictures. Such a relaxing place and what we needed. So wish we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to come back again. If you are looking for a get away and want to relax in the woods/country side, I totally recommend staying here!!! Thank you again for a wonderful visit.

Wonderful Overnight Stay!
The property was so beautiful. It was relaxing to sit on the huge porch that wraps around the home. Sitting on the porch in the late evening and enjoying nature was a highlight! The owners, Lonnie & Syresa’s are so welcoming. In the morning it was wonderful to sit on the porch and visit with the other guests. The food was wonderful. We will be returning!

Ethereal getaway
This B&B was such a dream. From the grounds to the house, it was the perfect place to getaway from everything. Syresa and Lonnie were very gracious hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. They gave us driving directions and tips, the veranda breakfast was delicious, and they always checked in to make sure we were doing well. Wonderful conversations were had and the house and service was outstanding! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and peaceful
We couldn’t have asked for better. The property was tucked away and was so much more peaceful than anything we’d find on the Parkway. Syresa was a wonderful hostess and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I can't say enough about what a delight it was to spend a few days at this beautiful property. Lonnie, Syresa, and the other guests were all terrific and interesting to talk with. Country charm
We had a wonderful stay in a very nice old home at the base of the mountains. Full wraparound porch, clean
Mountain air and quiet peaceful stay. Bullfrogs by the pond at nightfall and a wild turkey in the morning. Friendly and accommodating host.

great hosts, very nice accomodations
Syresa and Lonnie were very excellent hosts. This was our first trip to the area and offered spot-on advice on places to visit, places to dine and how to best navigate the local tourist areas. Our time went quick and we were able to see the sites as if we were veterans, thanks Syresa/Lonnie for making our stay in Pigeon Forge awesome and memorable! Craig/Connie

Quiet Getaway
The property is a beautiful house nestled on a spacious 11 acre farm. From the inviting wrap around porch to the bubbling creek that passes through this property you’ll find yourself relaxing at every turn.
