this home has a view of the expansive Tropical Gardens and Pools. Decorated in warming reds and greens this home is beautiful and well-equipped with many amenities. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. The unit also has a well-situated breakfast nook for two located in the kitchen. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary and guest bedrooms feature TVs and DVD players. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. After a full day on the beach, come home to kick back on the furnished balcony.

This was our first time at this resort and we loved it. The unit was perfect for our family of 7, with 4 adults and 3 kids. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but very close to splash pad for little kids. We would definitely stay in C201 again if we come back!

We came with 14 families for a baseball tournament. The location was great for us to all be together and grill at the pools or hang in the beach. Our family loved how much space this unit offers. Waking straight out to the pools was also convenient.

This is our second year staying in this condo. We love the location behind the splash pad as we had two families both with toddlers staying. Overall the condo is great and comfortable for our stay. The cleanliness of the floor and furniture could have been improved this stay. Almost all of the remotes were missing batteries which was inconvenient and one of them was missing a back- safety hazard for toddlers. We needed more wash cloths and hand towels than were provided (1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels in the master, no wash cloths and 1 hand towel in the other bathroom). Those were small things during our stay- we do love the amenities at Waterscape and are a fan of the location. There are several good restaurants close by. We have stayed at waterscape in various condos for 5 years. The ground floor condo is a must for us and we love being able to walk straight out to do whatever we are wanting to do without hassle.

The condo was lovely! Great spot for access to the pools! Only downside was master bed was very sunken in - like a taco. So it could use some balancing out or a new mattress. But everything else was great!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at vacasa. Our condo was right in front of the kiddie play area and pirate ship. Our toddler had too much fun. Every morning he would wake up and by default he was at the pool. Our proximity to the play area was great. But Next time we will try to stay closer to the beach probably in building A. The condo was clean except for the floors. The floors were very dirty and I specially asked the property to clean the floors as I read some of the previous reviews. But no, they were still dirty and pretty much in 5 mins of walking in side the condo, our feets were black. I absolutely hated this. I called the condo manager and complained. They said they would have it cleaned but no one showed up for 2 days. So I just asked them to refund the cleaning money and they did. But everything else was great!

Very nice resort, everything was great until we al took shower and walking around barefoot in the condo and them noticed our feet were black! Spanish Cleaning lady did not mop the floors obviously! Other then that great stay and will be back. I hope you check in on your cleaners. She did not mop the floors.

The first floor location was great for being able to walk out the patio door into the pool areas. The home was exactly as pictured in VBRO and was a great set up for our young, 5 person family. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to spend a lot of time in the pool and beach areas on site. The C building is not marked very well when entering the parking garage; call the office to get instructions of how to find this unit before you arrive.

Love the decor, beds are so comfy! Perfect location for parking and to get right out to the pool. Kitchen has everything. Best condo ever. Walked to dinner down the road and on the beach. Loved it!

HIGHLY impressed with everything about our stay with Vacasa at Waterscape! First off, it was so easy to book. Secondly, the app is wonderful. Their communication is the best. I received text confirmations and communication, as well as email, and even phone calls. I was sent a text the morning of the day we were to check in as well as a phone call asking our approximate arrival time. Check-in was so easy and convenient, and we were able to check-in hours earlier than expected. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. It was superbly clean and looked brand new and very well taken care of. It was stocked with everything that you could possibly need. Decor was beautiful. Beds were very comfortale. We LOVED the first-floor location right in front of the kid's splash and play area. It was perfect for our group! Vacasa staff called to check on us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-out was just as easy as check-in was, and we were sad to go. Overall, the best family vacation ever. We can't wait to book this unit again for next year!

Everything was great! This is our second time at Waterscape and it was just as amazing as our first trip! Our big kids loved the lazy River and pool access while our babies enjoyed the splash pad! We were able to grill while the kids played at the pool. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The fireworks on the beach was a nice touch as well!

201C was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, linens were high quality. The groundfloor C units were great with small kids... close to kids pool, grassy area to play and parking close to the back door. Recommendations: take a couple extra pods of laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We used Instacart and had Publix deliver. So easy!! This unit does not have a pack’n play, beach towels or beach toys so I’d recommend bringing some if you’ll need them. Resort was impeccably clean, pools options and grills were great. Staff was VERY helpful, great communication and accommodations. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Very clean house with everything you possibly need. We had a small issue with sand on the couch and the front desk quickly sent in someone to get that taken care off. Views are spectacular depending on your condo and the resort style pool was everything we could ask for. We will definitely be back soon.

Location of this complex was perfect. The beach was just a short walk from our condo and the beach chairs provided were nice. The condo itself needs a little TLC. The couch has a foam pad underneath the cushions to make it more comfortable. Instead of making the couch more comfortable it just made the awkward, overstuffed with the cushions at an odd angle to sit on. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. It just needs a good cleaning and a new couch and loveseat!

The property/pool area/beach was great. Didn’t like that the kiddie pool was shut down twice while we were there. The condo was pretty nice, loved being on the ground floor with two little ones, but the beds/sofas were not the comfiest.

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo with it being on the bottom floor and close to the splash pad which our kids spent quite a bit of time at. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of this condo. The dining chairs and couch were so gross that we had to cover them with towels to sit on them. The couch had what appeared to be a large bloodstain. There were also dirty foot prints on the walls and the dining table needed to be cleaned under the glass. The beds were rather uncomfortable. The condo needs more dish towels as there were only 2 and no dish cloths. I would not stay in this condo again. I recommend a condo by owner rather than Vacasa as they pay more attention to detail.
