Your vacation Get Away here in Sebastian Florida is a detached Guest House on private property. The roof line connects the main house to the guest house. Guests have plenty of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy in the private backyard with a heated Salt Water Pool. Sit back, have some wine and grill, if you'd like.
The guest house is a 1-bedroom en suite with a queen size bed, TV and plenty of closet space. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Large shower area. There's a sitting area with a breakfast table for 2 where you can enjoy some of the tea or coffee that is provided. Sitting room also has mini fridge, keurig coffee maker, microwave, and 2 TVs, one in the sitting room the other is in the bedroom, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ channels are included, 300 square ft plus the great outdoors, BBQ area and pool patio area.

When guests check out, each room is deep cleaned and ready for the next guests!

We have a nice notebook of area referrals, for guests to browse over and are always happy to recommend anything else you'll need while exploring our area!
Sebastian is called " The Best Kept Secret, on the Treasure Coast" it's a great little town, quiet and friendly, it is noted for fishing, surfing and skydiving, all of these are located close by.
Often the skydivers jump and you can see them from the pool area, beautiful sight to see!
*For those that love to fish or just cruise on your boats, the driveway easily parks a 24’ boat with a full size truck!
Beach bag with everything you need, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.
