A Spacious and contemporary First Floor apartment with Private Entrance in a quiet setting, moments away from the hustle and bustle of Ambleside town centre.
The property features a cosy open plan living, dining kitchen area with two bedrooms, one double and one SuperKing, both with En-suites.
The property has been fully refurbished and aimed specifically to deliver a warm, spacious and contemporary retreat in Ambleside.
The Space:
The Property is located just off Compston road in the heart of Ambleside.
Originally the old 'Sorting Office' the property features dramatically high vaulted ceilings which adds an increased feeling of spaciousness to the already large rooms.
The property benefits from an open plan living space with contemporary kitchen. The Kitchen features everything one would need for a light snack or gourmet meal.
The Spacious bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms so are ideally suited for couples or families alike.
The property also has the benefit of designated parking for one vehicle.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the whole of the property.
The property has its own entrance and provides a complete contact free check in.
The Neighborhood:
Ambleside is located in the heart of the Lake District National Park and is the go to destination for the best the Lake District has to offer.
There is an abundance of walks directly from the doorstep as well as activities on Lake Windermere, Englands Largest Lake.
The property is in the centre of the village, close to all shops and restaurants. Further afield some of the UK's most respected restaurants are easily accessible via vehicle or public transport.
Getting Around:
The property has parking for one car so you are able to park here guaranteed for the duration of your stay.
The property is on a major bus route and Windermere station is just a 15min journey away.

Please note that although the apartment itself is on one level, there is a series of steps in order to access the property's private entrance.

We stayed 3 nights and it was excellent! Located in the heart of the Ambleside downtown we were closed to restaurants/bars/shopping. The property was exactly how the pictures showed-lots of space, modern, and clean.

The Sorting Office was perfect for two couples for 3 days exploring Ambleside.
The location is incredible and the apartment has everything you need.
Check in after 4pm was quite late, but the process was super easy.
If we didn't have a 24 hour journey to get there from Australia we'd be booking again asap!
