Perfect house for your next mountain adventure for a family or group.
Within 20 minutes driving from world-class skiing: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe basin, Loveland, and 30-45 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Excellent golfing nearby at The Raven at Three Peaks (4 miles from home), and The River Course at Keystone (6.5 miles away). Courses at Breckenridge, Keystone Ranch, Copper, and Vail are all with 30 minutes drive, a plethora of bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, sweeping views across Lake Dillon, and easy accessibility to I-70 and the wonderful restaurants of Silverthorne and Dillon, you are bound to make lasting memories at this house. Over 5,200 square feet, pool table, large great room, formal dining room.
The space -The house is only 5 minutes from town, but feels very secluded being high up on the hill overlooking Silverthorne and Dillon. The house is 3 stories, with the entrance on the 3rd floor. There is ample sleeping room, dining room, and lounging room. You will find a pool table, media room, piano, and 4 gas fire places to make yourself comfy.
The house is over 5,200 square feet - so it feels very spacious and roomy.
5 of the rooms have either king or queen beds and an ensuite bathroom and closet. The other rooms have a queen and a bunk bed that and uses shared hallway bath. This house can sleep an army of people in beds.
Outdoor propane grill you can use to cook up a delicious dinner.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need to cook meals in the home.

Driveway is paved but steep. In the winter, it is **highly** recommended that anyone driving have snow tires, an all-wheel-drive car, and experience driving in snow.

This was the most equipped house we’ve ever vacationed in. The owner was incredibly responsive to a few questions we had. You could see the house from just about anywhere in the area and the views were incredible!

The house was spacious and welcoming. The family room and kitchen were large with many seating options. The kitchen was well outfitted with cooking tools. It was nicely located in between all the ski areas. Everyone had a great time.

This was a beautiful house that we thoroughly enjoyed We had family ranging from 11-76 years old everyone had a wonderful time there was lots of room and lots to do to keep everyone happy The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our gang. The hosts were great and helpful We hope to return again next year!

Breathtaking views and perfect central location for enjoying golf, dining, day trips to Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, and more. Sunrises and sunsets cannot be beat from the deck of this spacious home. The stress of the DFW rat-race just melted away with the first sip of coffee on the large deck in 45-degree temps. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great stay! The views are amazing, house was great, enough room and things to do for all of us! The only thing that was a little disappointing was a company showed up to service the hot tub on Saturday afternoon and the water was pretty chilly for that evening because the heater didn't get turned back on. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!

No photograph can do justice for how amazing the views are from this property! The place was huge, clean, and perfect for medium to large groups. The host was responsive to a couple minor questions we had, and overall we had a great time!

Great house for our family and friends! We fit well and it was very clean! Hot tub was awesome—a welcome amenity! Beautiful views to wake up to—sunrise and sunsets were both beautiful! Thank you for great accommodations to help us all have a very enjoyable weekend!!

We had 14 people for a 40th birthday party and the house was perfect! The rooms were great, and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen well equipped (two microwaves and two stoves!) The location was great-away from neighbors and kinda of secluded but also very close to grocery stores, breweries, and outdoor activities. Half our party went alpine skiing at Keystone and the others were able to cross-country ski at Frisco Nordic Center nearby. Justin was communicative and a great host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house. UNDERSTATED in the listing. Beutiful amd spacious house , great views, nice decks... Very ,very acomidating host. All in all a great experiance.

Needed to get away during these Covid times and this was a spacious option with beautiful views. The kids loved the movie room and adults loved the extra large hot tub. I especially loved that you could walk to a trailhead. It was almost 9.75 miles from the house to the waterfall. We didn’t use the room with the queen bed and bunks, and beware the bath for those occupants is downstairs. There is also a drumset in the room so I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving kids alone in that room. Communication with Justin was easy. There were plenty of notes and safety warnings which were appreciated. We brought our own espressos machine but there was a Keuring and french press tucked away in a lower cabinet. We also brought a baby gate but didn’t end up using it. The steps are wood but not necessarily extra steep. The location has beautiful views but sits atop Silverthorne which has lots of commercial shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Lake Dillon for renting boats or paddle boards. Overall the family appreciated everyone having their own room with an attached bath. If I rent again I may bring my own comfy pillow though!

Perfect House for Our Stay in Summit County
We had a group of 12 staying at Justin's house for a summer trip. There was so much room, another family of 4+ would have fit comfortable. The house was clean and plenty spacious for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked to allow us to cook large meals for the group. The 9!! person hot tub has incredible views, day and night! Everything was as pictured and as described in the full listing. As a host, Justin is spectacular. He's very friendly and was quick to reply to any inquires we had prior to and during our stay. He provided all the information that we needed for both the house and the local area. For a larger group, it would be hard to do better than this place. Highly recommended.
