About this house rental

This lovely Brand NEW home is located in Chateau Cove on Beautiful TableRock Lake! Completed in June 2020 We are located on Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake resort.

With a total of 7 bedrooms, we have 6 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Sleeping for 20 with 2 sleeper sofas! Flat screen smart TV in each bedroom. Wifi.

An Inviting space with Fully stocked Kitchen with double ovens for larger meals. 2 Full size refrigerators, and electric Fireplace in a very open floor plan. There is a wet bar with microwave and full sized fridge in the lower level for late night popcorn or pizza craving!
There are 2 large decks to enjoy the outdoors, so enjoy your dinner outside or cozy up in the hot tub on the lower deck, screened in area. A small fire pit completes the outdoor comforts!

Chateau Cove is a neighborhood set up for vacationers with an outdoor AND and indoor community pool. Branson attractions are approximately 3 miles and Silver Dollar City is 6. Getting to the Lake is just as easy utilizing the State Park Marina on MO State HWY 265 or Indian Point Marina down Indian Point Rd approx 3 miles away.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be an awesome place to stay! We had 15 of all ages and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The hot tub and the view were a nice bonus and the community was beautiful. Close to everthing! The hosts were always very quick to respond. Thank you, Kelly! Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful just like the pictures and very clean!! We had a large family of 14 ranging from 3-69 and the house fit everyone comfortably. The teenagers took the downstairs and we never heard a peep out of them and the main floor had a handicap accessible bathroom which was great for the person who needed it. So nice for everyone to have their own bathroom too! Very cute community of rental house and it was nice and quiet. Love that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but still close enough to run back and forth. We will def stay again!

Our family of 20, ranging in ages 5 months to adult, visited for our annual Christmas get together. The house was absolutely stunning, and wonderfully decorated for the holiday season! From the time we arrived, we had everything we could have needed and then some! The space was more than enough for all 20 of us, and we loved that we could spread out! The location was perfect, as it was a beautiful neighborhood with everything close by. We have already discussed that we’d love to make it a tradition to come back, because we loved it so much. The house was very clean and well stocked with all necessities! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay or the communication and kindness from Kelly throughout the entire process!

Had 5 groups of the family and had perfect amount of space. One room had steps to get on bed which was helpful for my mom to get her on her bed. Think they should have a set on the main level bedroom, that's where we had to use them. Loved the screened in area with the hot tub. Will definitely look into renting again.

Really enjoyed our stay! Great location with nice amenities. Kids enjoyed the playground and indoor pool. House had plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 6 kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We had ages from 88 to 5. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The decks where the main place for us. Beautiful scenery, watched the deer on the hill side. This is ours second year to stay at this house. It was great. Thank you The Runnels

House had ample room to spread out with our family. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Really loved the hot tub with the screened deck. The property owner was quick to respond and answer any question we had. Quick walk to zero depth pool and the indoor pool. Only minutes from nearest beach and local attractions. Would highly recommend this home.

This is a very clean and well-maintained home that can accommodate several families with children. It has enough space so that large groups can socialize, but it also enables smaller groups to sit and talk on the two decks and in the two living areas. The house is near recreational facilities at Table Rock Lake, and it does not take long to get to various attractions in Branson. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay.

We had 8 ladies aged 59-80 who enjoyed this house immensely! It was close to everything, was extremely clean, had pretty much everything we needed. Our only difficulty was the height of the beds. We came up with a variety of ways to get into and out of the tall beds, which were quite comfortable - once we got in them. We even bought a step stool for one of the group to use. I suggest the description should include more info on this as well as that the house has a Keurig.

We had 11 adults in town for the weekend and this house accommodated everyone very comfortably. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bath. Many of us enjoyed the hot tub on the deck in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

We are a group of friends that have known each other for 25 yrs and we're from several different states. It was absolutely perfect! We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We will always treasure the memories that were made there. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our entire family (4 families with kids) had a great time and found the house to be perfect for us all. Lots of room to spread out and have privacy and hang out space all at one time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great space near Branson.

There were 11 of us in total for our Branson Christmas family weekend. This property was perfect for our group - we all had our own rooms and loved that each room had a private bathroom. Lovely views and fully stocked with everything we needed. The foosball table was definitely a big hit! Looking at a return trip for next year!

Three generations stayed at this place, grandparents on the main floor and parents and grandchildren on the upper and lower floors. It was perfect! The hot tub on site was great and the indoor pool just a block away was too! We had all of our meals at the house because the kitchen had everything we needed, even a spice cabinet full of things that usually get forgotten (cooking oil, salt/pepper, spices, etc.). We ordered groceries from Aldi on Instacart and the driver had no trouble finding the place. We’re already planning to come back next year! PS - If you go to SDC, be sure and take the cave tour, it was fabulous!

The house had plenty of room for all of us. We hope to be back next year. The beds a bit high for some us old people but we made it. The sunset were gorgeous. Close to Branson and Silver Dollar City. Very peaceful and enjoyable.

There were 6 couples and 1 single staying here for 3 nights and we all loved it. There's so much room and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, and towels and washer/dryer are provided. We will definitely stay here again with our kids and grandkids.

We had wo Derulo time at this property. Something for everyone. Pools for kids. Games for teens and deck with lots of comfortable seating for adults to gather Teens loved hot tub. I have to say the only negative was the beds They were not comfortable. This was agreed on across the board. Overall great place.

Had a great time. The house is stocked well with pots and pans, dishes etc. we had an issue with the refrigerator on arrival. Not working at all. Notified the owner who came out the next morning to check it out even though he was at work all night. Very helpful and respectful. Overall a good time was had by all

So happy with our stay! Nice hime with lots of room! Back porch is alittle small for a big group. Owner had wonderful communication and when we had an issue with the grill he came out and fixed the problem immediately! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

This house has lots of room. We stayed here with 17 people and had plenty of room. There were plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. House was clean as expected. Hot tub was clean and operated as it should. Owner responded promptly when contacted. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our large family. I love the two decks. The screened deck on the lower level floor was perfect! We enjoyed having two living rooms. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the house is so convenient to the club’s indoor and outdoor pools. Lots of parking space for everyone. We ran out of hot water on the lower and main level on our first night however, we did not have issues after that. The host is superb with response time. Thank you for making our Branson vacation home away from home!
