What a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location.
The owners were very quick to reply to any queries that we had and we so helpful...thank you so much.
The cottage itself is beautiful, plenty of space but so cosy and with a real fire. The kitchen contains everything you could wish for.
Both bedrooms are really comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower.
We will definitely be returning.

Wow , what a beautiful and well thought out cottage with a very nice welcoming atmosphere .( " my wife and i have stayed at many venues ") but this has to be the best due to the cleanliness and all the very well thought out touches . The hosts have really thought about everything guests may need to make there stay as enjoyable as possible, a very nice welcome pack of first day essentials, lots of books and games for rainy days, even a push chair in the shed . List goes on .

Belper weekend
Came to Belper for a family birthday celebration.
The accommodation was every bit as good as the description, more so in some respects.
It was perfect for our needs, and we had an excellent time

Lovely cottage in a great location
Booking, communication, access to property fantastic! We did lots of walking and eating out whilst away as everything is on your doorstep. Abandoned car for the weekend, car park is literally 1 minute walk away and didn't cause us any issues. Would recommend.

Weekend break in Belper
We had a lovely couple of nights in this cottage which was beautifully clean, full of character and had everything we needed. We visited Heage Windmill and the River Gardens which are just across the road from the cottage. Very close to the town to walk in for shops etc. Highly recommended :-)

Beautifully decorated and equipped cottage in Belper
Had a lovely’s stay at the cottage. It’s well equipped with everything you need and very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend to others. Our only challenge was loading and unloading the car as there is no parking bay directly next to the property - and it was only really an issue as we have two very small children so lots of stuff and many trips to the car. Overall a fantastic property with owners who bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Staycation in the Peaks
Quaint and functional little cottage with a beautiful little courtyard, outside table and a gas BBQ.
We stayed here as a base but you’re only an hour away from many beautiful tourist attractions: Ladybower Reservoir (walking and cycle track with stunning views), Curbars Edge (for panoramic views and the perfect insta’ pic), (also a stones throw from the Crich Tramway if you want to throw that in too). Alton Towers to keep the teens happy, and if you like a bit of adventure like us, throw in a gorge walk to fairbrook or you could go canyon jumping/rock climbing or bouldering nearby!
We’ve been to the Peaks before but this time we feel we actually experienced them properly.
The cottage itself is set in a great location. So many pubs, restaurants and takeaways within a stones throw. Car parking was easy and close by although not immediately outside the property, (parking was at the River Garden opposite and it is also beautiful and has a children’s play area). I couldn’t fault Belper.
The high street and supermarkets are an easy walk away. There are many bakeries with delicious cakes and coffees.
Michael was the perfect host, brilliant communication, easy access to the property and the welcome pack was very much enjoyed, everything we needed and more. Thank you. Far better than staying in a premier in my experience. Would happily stay here again.
Thanks for having us.

Lovely stay
Belper is lovely, great dog walks just few mins from cottage, where it was safe to let them off lead, which was important to us. Town centre just few mins walk with dog friendly coffee shops etc. Slightly noisy location, but good as near to everything. Spotlessly clean. Some nice touches such as wine and food. Excellent communication with owner. Local pub was great too. Cant fault anything really. Would recommend. O and beds super comfy.

A lovely cottage with everything we needed. Lovely courtyard garden for summer evenings. Easy to find and very good communication booklet. We can thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely little cottage
This cottage is a lovely size for 2 or 4 with a small outdoor area and barbecue. The welcome pack made our arrival that much nicer, there is everything you could need and the cottage is located really well for exploring Derbyshire. Belper also has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
