Hotel muy céntrico.

El baño y el toilet estaban separados en dos habitaciones distintas.

Bien dans l’ensemble mais…

L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Toulon, proche du Port et de toutes commodités. En supplément, il est possible de réserver une place de parking, ce qui est très appréciable. Le restaurant l’Équerre est un très bon point positif. La décoration à l’intérieur de ce lieu est juste magnifique et remplie de charme. Endroit idéal en fin de journée pour se poser après une longue journée au soleil, boire un verre, pour dîner ou bien grignoter.

L’ambiance générale de la chambre est jolie au premier regard, en revanche plusieurs détails nous a interpellés : éclats de peinture sur les murs, propreté des portes à désirer, fauteuil taché… Gros point négatif sur le ménage de la chambre : sols non nettoyés, poubelles pas vidées, mouchoirs et rouleaux de papier toilette non remis systématiquement… Absurde de devoir prendre les devants pour réclamer ce genre de chose… De plus, dès notre arrivée problème de climatisation trop intense avec impossibilité de la régler. Personne à l’accueil à l’écoute, réactif, prêt à trouver des solutions. Au final : problème de fusible. Nous comprenons et avons apprécié le temps qui a été pris pour nous expliquer les raisons. À savoir également : la nuit du samedi est souvent mouvementée et très sonore avec les soirées organisées sur la Place. L’ambiance résonne jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, ce qui empêche fortement de dormir dans le calme. C’était notre deuxième venue dans cet hôtel. Il y a 3 ans, nous avons été très satisfaits. Quelques années plus tard, en comparaison et pour toutes les raisons évoquées ci-dessus, l’expérience a été différente et moins agréable.

Lovely small hotel close to Corsica ferry - just make sure windows closed to avoid bar noise

We had a great arrival with the kind assistant on the main desk but the problem was someone left a side window open and we had the noise from the bar all night until we realised the window was open - it was thumping music noise so made getting to sleep impossible.

Nice location near harbour.

Location was great unless you had a car. We had no idea where to park and almost had a confrontation with a local who was upset that we were driving slowly trying to find the hotel. We ended up parking about a 500 meters away in a parking garage. We didn't have breakfast because we had an early morning ferry to catch.

Parking information may have been provided, but I did not see it, unfortunately.

Superb

The hotel is situated in the center of Toulon, near the port, but also close to the train station.

The pool is small, almost like a bath. I have booked for 5 nights but decided to leave after 3. Three days are enough to see Toulon.

A wonderful boutique hotel, located right near the waterfront in Toulon.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the location is ideal - it is right by the waterfront area, and only a short walk away from the main Toulon train station. The staff was very polite and professional, and the lead manager, Mathieu, was incredibly gracious and accommodating to the work travel group I was with. This is a great spot.

Nothing could have been better. The location is excellent, the staff was wonderful, and I hope to return again some day. The interior design of the hotel is also really unique, and those travelers who want a change from the more bland, mass produced interior design of major chain hotels will enjoy this spot.

The hotel is good in a good location (walking distance from train station)..

The deposit they ask, should be well visible when people are booking. The room I got had the bed on a second floor with a very steep and narrow staircase leading to it.

Would recommend

The location is great. Also really liked the tiny pool on the dop deck which we had all to ourselves. Bed was comfortable, working AC is always appreciated.

Choice of breakfast could have been more extensive.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel right on the port & close to everything.

Great location, nice welcome & room was good with private parking.

We thought that some of the staff in the restaurant were more focused on preparing tables rather than their clients.

The location was nice. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful.

Did not eat breakfast

There is no place to short park the car to unload the car. I almost got a ticket. Also, the parking provided is only good for a very small car.

Exceptional

Comfy beds, still and sparkling water given daily, staff so helpful and friendly. Location is great right next to the Quayside with bars and restaurants. Breakfast is nice and the hotels Restaurants is one of the best I went to in Toulon... they also gave great wine!!

Good

The hotel is stylish, recently renovated and well-maintained. The location is good, near the marina and the port. it’s a nice area for promenade and eating out.

While booking, I chose an option pay at property upon arrival, but the hotel charged from my card in advance the whole amount plus 100 euro. They explained I would get it back after I pay. It was a bit noisy outside at night, so I couldn’t sleep with an open window.

Comfort with harbor views.

The location is directly across the street from the Naval Museum, and directly next to a busy pedestrian area with much nightlife and restaurants. The room I stayed in was quite comfortable and quiet considering how close it was to the multitude of bars and restaurants outside my window. Bed was comfortable, floors were clean, and the staff will hold bags for you after you depart so you can explore a bit more of the beautiful city.

The shower floor didn't seem to have much separation from the rest of the bathroom and water seemed to go everywhere.

Great hotel,

Good hotel in the city center. There is a big parking space near by (paid). Be aware that cars higher than 1,90 usually can not drive into french parking spaces. Very nice restaurant is part of the hotel/reachable from within.

An okay place, with good location. Old Toulon worth a visit.

Location close to old town.

A day after we checked out and were billed we were charged €100 . When we queried this by email, we were told this was deposit in case we forfeited and would be re-credited in the next fortnight. Not impressed!!!
