The check-in process was extremely easy and the condo was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and they were honestly better then some of the nice hotels that we have visited. Our boys loved the bunk beds and they had plenty of room to scatter all of their toys. The kitchen had every utensil and gadget that you could possibly need, and nothing was lacking. You have a great view of the beach which only has 1 new 3-story building erected, but unfortunately once the building under construction is completed, it will affect the view. Other than that, we have no complaints about our stay and we are already planning our return visit.

The condo was everything that was described and more. Spacious rooms that are well furnished and a well equipped kitchen. The view is great with a comfortable balcony. The beach is just steps away. The parking and check-in were very easy and the condo is just off the elevator making coming and going a breeze. Highly recommend!

Had a bad weather week but condo was excellent. This is a hidden gem, quite little traffic but close to panama city if you want a little more excitement for the kids. Overall great vacation for the kids spring break.

We LOVE this condo! It has a lot of room; is extremely clean; has fabulous amenities; the bed and furniture are comfortable; and it is quiet and safe. We came to visit the grands and needed an affordable place. We were so shocked at how spacious this place was! Very clean and stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you can need. The owners seem to have thought of everything, including board games, beach toys, a booster seat for the little ones, and even umbrellas for those rainy days. View was amazing, although they are building across the street. We are already talking about booking another visit this spring, and making this a family tradition in December near Christmas.

One of the best experiences I have had in the Florida panhandle area. The building was clean and up to date and the condo unit was like staying in a upgrade hotel suite. Not one thing to complain about. Mexico Beach seems to want our business. I haven't felt that way in quite a while in the locations further to the west. Hope to see you again soon.

This was our second time staying in PS 305. We liked the updates from the last year and found the condo very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoy the location of Paradise Shores with beach access across the street. The condo and complex were clean and in good condition. The weather was unseasonably cold the week we visited, so we spent less time on the beach then we would have liked, but did get to explore other stores, restaurants, and area attractions. Our favorite spots were St. Joseph Peninsula Park, the Under the Oaks Park with awesome playground, Mango Marleys wings, and Killer Seafood. Thanks for another great stay!

What a great place to stay and a great company to rent from. We had a slight problem in the beginning but the management company was so quick and nice to respond. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! We will be back!

We LOVE the area, and the location of this property is spot on. Three things that made me give a poor review. 1) Check In Process, there was about three codes you will need to get to the Condo. Vacasa only sent me one, and had to wait on hold while I called to get full info. (minor inconvenience) 2) MOLD was growing on the ceiling, door to the guest room and all on the closet doors and inside the closet. The room was very clean when we checked in and the mold didn't appear until day two of our stay. So my daughters spent the rest of the vacation. I texted Vacasa immediately with photos, the PM called me same day buuuut this leads me to my 3rd reason 3) It's been over week since this was brought up, I've followed up multiple times and there hasn't been a peep back to make this right. I would think since we lost the use of one bedroom for 3/4 of the trip some compensation would be in order. Not the full amount, but something. They could at least tell me no, but being ghosted is really poor customer service.

The unit was perfect. The furnishings were incredible and well decorated. We will definitely look to stay again. The only issue we had was gaining access to the fitness room. I called twice and could never figure out where the magnetic key was. There was no keypad where you enter numbers to gain access.
