Family and Pet-Friendly: The small grassy yard is perfect for your kids and dogs to play, and after a fun day in town or at the lake you can grill your favorite meal on the electric BBQ. This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is partially fenced.)

The Riverwalk 2 House can be rented alone or in combination with the larger 5 bedroom/3 bathroom Riverwalk 1 rambler-style main house (with approximately 3000 square feet of space between both units) located on the same property.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Perfect spot to be walking distance to downtown. Place was exactly as described. Only negative is the fact the property in on the main highway through town, but there are few trucks on the road at night so it wasn’t much of a nuisance. Family really enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect as an add-on to our family stay. We rented both Riverside Houses and had lots of room for all 8 of us. When only 2 of us come with our dog, this would be perfect size for us. You can't find a better place that is both close to town and the water!

Had a great time during our stay. Location is excellent. Our teens were able to access the water activities (kayaking and water boarding) within walking distance from the house. The grandparents were able to enjoy the park and shops in town within walking distances.

This small property was perfect for my friend and I who were in town for a paragliding competition. We loved the proximity to downtown and the river, the farmer's market and great restaurants.

One thing I would mention is to consider the stairs from driveway to front door and large step up to bathroom if you have elderly folks with you.

This property was not worth the expenses that were paid. There was a grand total and I was charged over 50 dollars for a non refundable waiver deposit. There were hidden fees, check in wasn’t until 4pm and checkout was 10am. The departure list was a mile long which shouldn’t be expected of before 10am when you’re on vacation

We enjoyed being so close to the downtown shops & restaurants, and took several walks by the lake. The property was as described, and very comfortable for the three of us and our pup. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay especially if you enjoy walking in a park, walking around town or taking short drives out to many many wineries. However, the bathroom toilet needs to be fixed, it leeks. The refrigerator needs to have locks on the wheels, it moves on its own out away from the wall. There needs to be a mirror in both the bedrooms. There is no instructions on how to use the air conditioner.

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental, the property was exactly as it was described and all in good working condition, and very comfortable. It was a wonderful home base to enjoy the town and to occasionally get out of the sun. We definitely would stay here again.

The house was very clean and very spacious considing the square footage, i was worried about where to pit the dog vrate based on the online pics but was pleasantly surprised. The owners were very considerate and kind, going above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. We had 3 adults, 2 children and a dog. I would recommend renting from them.

Nice and clean and good knives which was appreciated. The fridge made way too much racket. It was loud and obnoxious. There was also noise coming from a mysterious fan in the bedroom. Sounded like a fan from the neighbor. Last issue is that the toilet is incredibly short. Difficult for those with bad knees. Please put a disclaimer that it is absolutely not suitable for those with any physical difficultly. Oh yeah and the front gate needs repaired. The bottom hing is bent and doesn’t allow the door to shut proper. I give the over all stay about a 2 stars.

This property was a couple of minutes walk to Riverfront Park and the sweet shopping district in Chelan and a short drive to anything else. The property owner was super responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Great location, clean, nice touches throughout that some hosts forget like cleaning products, dish drainer, extra hangers, coat hooks and extra chairs (and the mini washer/dryer!). The Murphy bed was really cool too, though no one in our group stayed in it. Nice yard for our pups, though I do wish it was fully fenced but not a big deal. Also there was coffee but no coffee filters, but also not a big deal considering everything else that was so awesome. Absolutely loved this place and would stay here again!

Fun little dog friendly property. If you are looking for luxury this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for no fuss and want to vacay with the puppers this is a good place. 2 of the 3 beds we used were very hard and uncomfortable for our taste (which we had seen in other reviews). We borrowed foam 3" from a friend and added it to the top of the murphy bed and it made a HUGE difference! Would suggest the hosts put some memory foam toppers on the beds, cheap solution to a problem I have seen mentioned before. The furniture isn't fancy, and could easily be improved, but I wasn't there to evaluate the decor. Would suggest that they install a little gate from the parking area to the yard, very busy road and it made us nervous enough with the dogs that we got temporary gates to cover the 2 open walkways. Loved the fact that there were lots of towels available for use! Would like to stay there again next summer!

It was ok. You really needed more than one mirror. When you have 6 or 7 people there. Also the fire alarm went off at least 10 times one night. They couldn't fix it till morning. Batteries were bad. Overall it was ok.
