A beautiful roomy, spacious house that had ample items in the kitchen to cook.

The outdoor environment could have been inspected as the grass was overgrown and I had to pick up all the overflowing rubbish from previous people using the property. I know this would not be pleasant for the property owners in the street. Maybe more rubbish bins could be provided for larger groups? Also providing a top sheet in the beds and flannels would have added to the comfort level.

The beds were comfortable, but made without top sheets, so sleep disturbed by doona off/doona on.

The keycode we were given was incorrect. No pantry items such as milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper. No dishwasher detergent. Only 1 tea towel. Very thin bath towels.

The property was very comfortable for a family to stay.

Some of the usual basic provisions for kitchen are not provided. Usually home rentals provide basic cooking items such as salt & pepper, cooking oil etc. Was required to provide additional $500 holding deposit (additional to full cost of accommodation), which has not been returned to my credit card 8 days after stay ended.
