Tranquilidad, atención todo perfecto

El personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones cuando una llegaba al Hotel era perfecto encontrar todo limpio, el ambiente súper tranquilo y la amabilidad y buena disposición de Alejandro y l dueño un amor de persona.

No es que no me haya gustado, solo es una acotación sobre el desayuno debería ser un poquito más variado, lo demás está perfecto

Excelente precio-calidad

Hermosas instalaciones, ubicado en avenida principal, cerca del aeropuerto, restaurantes y supermercados. La atención es rápida y al lado tienen un lugar donde puedes contratar distintos tours para recorrer Cartagena.

Le faltan algunos servicios para hacerlo perfecto tales como nevera en la habitación y mejorar los espacios comunes (hamacas o poner más reposeras)

Too expensive for what was offered, not worth the money.

decent breakfast, albeit small portion but sufficient enough to get you going, the guy at check in was nice and easy to deal with

the pictures are deceiving, this is a tiny hotel with a cramped yard in the back where the pol is and under a small metal roof the tables for breakfast are set up. The rooms are tiny and suffocating, windows greyed out , My a/c quit working, the trick was to turn it off and back on. The biggest surprise: no hot water!!Thinking that maybe the water heater needs to be turned on or something like this, but no when I went to the reception i was coldly told that they dont provide hot water. So be prepared for a cold shower.

Sencillez, limpieza y muy cerca al aeropuerto!

Excelente atención del personal, muy atentos. El hotel está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, caminando con mochila. La piscina es fantástica para refrescarse! La zona se siente segura. Habitaciones limpias y sencillas. Cerca existen varios restaurantes.

Mi habitación estaba del lado de la calle y había un poco de ruido externo, pero al cerrar la puerta del baño, disminuía. Por lo demás, excelente!

Nice rooms and pool, awful location miles from anything

Nice clean rooms and bathroom and lovely pool.

Terrible location there is nothing around at all except 2 very poor restaurants. Not the part of town to stay in Cartagena

Upsetting, and I was trying to avoid this lady.

The cleaners and all the male stuff and the old woman 👵 good people but there was a lady the Head lady Was very rude. And because I don't. No spanish she tried to rob my money with a young girl at the Desk I was buying a hat and she said. I wouldn't know about Getting The wrong change. These people are supposed to be people 🙄 you can trust I continued to be as nice as I could to this. Lady even know i no what happened. She decided to be a little nicer at the end of my trip. But Even on the last day she seemed rude Assuming I was putting my stuff in the taxi and then giv my stuff that I had left to the cleaner. ¿Los limpiadores y todo el personal masculino y la anciana? Buena gente, pero había una señora, la directora, fue muy grosera. Y porque no lo hago. No es español, intentó robarme el dinero con una chica joven en el mostrador. Estaba comprando un sombrero y ella dijo. No sabría nada sobre recibir el cambio equivocado. Se supone que estas personas son personas 🙄 en las que puedes confiar. Continué siendo lo más amable que pude con esto. La señora ni siquiera sé lo que pasó. Ella decidió ser un poco más amable al final de mi viaje. Pero incluso el último día ella pareció grosera, suponiendo que estaba poniendo mis cosas en el taxi y luego le daba las cosas que había dejado a la limpiadora.

Being cheated out of my money and my language was a problem for that lady my English I'm from England London 🇬🇧 City I was using a translator on my phone wasn't good enough for her Que me estafaran mi dinero y mi idioma fue un problema para esa señora. Mi inglés soy de Inglaterra. Londres. La ciudad en la que estaba usando un traductor en mi teléfono no era lo suficientemente buena para ella.

Friendly little hotel

- The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood - The pool was really lovely, clean and we were lucky to have it all to ourselves - The staff were generally very friendly, attentive and seemed to genuinely care about their clients - The hotel offers the option to book various tours with hotel pick-up - The breakfast was included and was simple but good (scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, juice) - The AC in the room was fantastic

- The double bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft and the bed seemed smaller than an average double bed - Night staff didn't seem to communicate very well with day staff. For example, after booking a tour through the hotel, we enquired if we could have breakfast before the start of the tour and night staff offered sandwiches, however day staff did not seem aware of this at all. Luckily, they made us an early breakfast, but it was still later than agreed and we had to rush before our tour - The internet signal was very bad in the room (no.6, beside the pool).

Exceptional

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Pool was enjoyable, the rooms were simple but nice, AC worked well. Close to the airport with restaurants nearby.

Wifi was a bit spotty, but not too bad. You need to take an Uber to get to the old part of town, but the hotel was quieter than if we had stayed in town.

Super!

We stayed here for our last night in Cartagena, as it appeared to be close to the airport. The apartment was amazing. Comfortable and spacious. The pool and the a/c were greatly welcomed.
