WEIRD!! would be the best way to discribe my encounter with this place.

NOTHING!

The OWNER! Taken to see my room, I asked if she could remove an item off a small desk so I could put my bag on it, instead of plonking it on the floor. I hate 'living' off the floor at accommodation places. Went to car to get bag, upon return she informs me that she doesn't want me to stay as she thinks I'll give her a bad Review, because of my request to move her possession. Also, there was a small chair in the corner that had a useless stuffed toy on it; where do I sit?! NO ONE DOES THAT TO ME!! Well guess what, here's you bad Review. My recommendation to Booking.com is to remove this establishment from your data-base. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Will never forget that night

We didn't like anything. We made a booking through Booking.com. at 1.00pm When we where driving to the Manor at 230 pm, I got a phone call from the owner asking if I was alone. I replied that my wife was with me. She then informed me that she does not allow wife's during the work days, and terminated our booking. We had to find alternative accommodation at short notice and slept in the car. Minus 5 degrees

Greeted on arrival, showered, went to bed, got up 7 am left arrived back at 7pm, watched TV slept got up at 7 am. Easy.

was a very neat and tidy property, and the hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to.

On our way home, we were glad to find a place at short notice, not too expensive, and we wanted rest

Seems there's a lot of potential in the place to become a really quite pleasant place to stay at reasonable cost. Needs TLC, and a lot of dedication and it could be much sought after.

There's a lot of clutter, and it's hard to justify that, except right at the outset, and after that it had better be addressed otherwise your clients will disappear. There is only one small toilet, and that's likely to be a bugbear.

Great bed and room, but no reception for internet or tv.

Thank you , the bed and room were excellent. Great views and garden.

No reception which probably had to do with my hotspot, Couldn't get television either.

Nice and convenient stay with friendly owners

The owners were very nice and the location is very convenient for me

The bathroom and toilet was at times a bit dirty and not much privacy (although that comes with a shared house)

Attended property at check in time specified knocked several times with no answer forced into other exceptionally expensive accommodation owner of private residence originally booked then phoned and denied the fact that I'd been to the residence quiet rude and refused a refund

Weird. The man staying in the house answered the door with crumbs down his front. House was messy and it is a home for a couple the rooms are just at the end of the house so share kitchen and lounge room, the television was loud and the house had washing throughout. I had no idea it was attached to the house it needs to be stated when booking. Or needs to be on air bnb not booking.com i left and they still took my money.

Booking .com needs to state that you are in a home of a couple and just in a room in the house!

friendly hosts, lovely fireplace so very warm.

spacious and good hosts. bed was excellent and the house warm.

The host has been quite sick recently so it’s not as clean as could be. they were doing a garage sale this weekend so also messy with things to sell. this should be cleared soon.
