Looking for a family retreat or place to gather with friends on the Lake?? This home has everything you could possibly need including a large commercial kitchen, spacious living room, tons of beds, wi-fi, large patio, private pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for additional fee.
This Lake house is a fully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath that features 7 king beds and an additional kids bunk room with 6 beds! The large open kitchen and living room is an excellent area for large groups of friends or family gatherings. Please enjoy the fully functioning outdoor kitchen with living area to enjoy the stunning sunsets from the back patio or hot tub. The evenings and morning are some of our favorite times, you'll fall in love with the quiet while listening to the birds and seeing the fish hit the top of the water. The occasional deer or Aoudad will be seen running across the cliff or front yard.
We are located within walking distance to Bluff Creek Marina where you can rent a boat, watercraft, or bring your own to boat and reserve a slip at the Marina. PK general store is also down the road in case you forgot anything such as gas, groceries, or even a spirit or two.
This property is located on Hells Gate Loop, which makes it ideal to visit Hells Gate where the world renown Red Bull Cliff diving takes place. Hells Gate loop is 5miles around and is perfect for walking, running, biking the big hills.
A few thing to notes:
1. The swimming pool has a gate around the pool for the safety of young children. If you remove the gate we ask that if you have children that are not strong swimmers, PLEASE do not bring them unless you are prepared to watch them at all times. or have them wear a life jacket anytime the door to the backyard doors are not locked. If you remove the gate you must put it back up.
-pool can be heated for Additional fee (we must know 48 hours in advance) preheating fee of $300 and $100/night to heat.
Pool settings are scheduled and set to 85
degrees, however when air temperature drop
below 70 degrees fit can affect the pool
temperature, so unfortunately pool temperature
cannot be guaranteed
-The pool is cleaned every Thursday or Friday.. the pool Company will have to have access to the pool to make sure the chemical are correct in the pool.
The lawn company comes every other Thursday or Friday to Maintain the yard.
2. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
3. The gate must be shut at all time to keep the wild animals out.
4. The house is on a 70 foot cliff line. there is a gate/fence around the house. You are not allowed passed the gates/fence at any time.
5. We do have outdoor cameras for the safety of our home and our guests. The one in the front yard and back patio will remain on at all times. The outdoor camera are monitoring the gates to make sure they are closed to keep wild animals out of the property. We also one in the garage that will be turned off as soon as the renter arrives.
6. Upon booking we will be sending a rental agreement; Guest have 48 hours after receiving the document to read and agree to house rules and send a copy of an ID, otherwise booking will be canceled

This home is incredibly well appointed. We cooked and they had everything we needed to do so. The beds were comfortable; great open living space so people can be together but not on top of each other; gorgeous porch/pool/balcony overlooking the lake (spent most of our time here!). It's a beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home exactly as advertised and we will be back! Hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at On the Rocks PK. It is a quick drive to the marina (would even be walkable in nice weather), which was so convenient since we had our boat. The view is absolutely incredible and we got to enjoy some gorgeous sunsets from the back patio. Jennifer is an wonderful host—she let us know that we could check in a few hours early, which was really nice, and also gave us an option for a late checkout, which was a savior. My son left his Apple watch at the house and Jennifer had the cleaning crew locate it and mail it back to me. We hope to be back next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at OTR. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed for our weekend with friends and our adult children. Plenty of beds - we LOVED all of the king-sized beds, just what we needed for our 20-something kids. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and awesome patio and grill space - perfect for enjoying the amazing sunsets! During a rainy day, we played cards, games and played pool in the garage. And on boat day, we were just down the road from the marina. I would highly recommend a stay at On The Rocks!

We booked this for my husbands 40th bday gathering of friends and family. Everyone had a wonderful time! My 3.5 yr old spent all day in the pool and I so appreciated the child proof gate around the pool. There was a pack n play available for my 10 mo old as well. After the kids left the adults enjoyed the pool, hot tub and short drive to the marina for a day on the boat. The kitchen was super well stocked! And having 2 fridges came in super handy. The rooms were very comfy and there was plenty of parking outside.

This house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has a great view, excellent pool and hot tub area.
We had a couple ladies in the bunk room and even those bunk beds were comfortable.
The owner was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I had lots of extra questions with a group of 9 women and she happily answered them all for me.
We enjoyed the pool table and corn hole, and the marina is very close and easily accessible.

House was perfectly decorated, clean, spacious, and comfortable inside and out - it was also very conveniently located to the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat. Four generations (1 year old to 88 years old) got together at Lake PK. This house was perfect. We especially loved all the king beds and the kitchen was honestly the best equipped kitchen of any place I have stayed. We loved hanging out in the pool when we weren’t on the lake. Lake House Dream
I booked this home to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with a small group of friends. It exceeded our expectations. Each room is decorated beautifully, the view is amazing, and the host is beyond gracious. Not only did the host hang a birthday banner, but she even left a gift. We had fun playing pool, darts, and cornhole in the garage. The hot tub was a delight in the colder weather. The host communicated places to eat and things to do while we were there. I will definitely return!
