Plenty of space for all of us. Not impressed with housekeeping though. There waa trash from who knows when still under the couch and behind the nightstands in the bedrioms. Overall was spacious and nice.

Very large space for our family of 6. Adult kids enjoyed having their own rooms and each with their own bathrooms. We really liked the screen porch and convenience to Sunset Beach. Very accommodating host. Will return!!!

Great property great view. Overall clean plenty of space. Enjoyed the 3 nights . Close to everything on sunset beach ..only 20 minutes from north myrtle beach.

The only negative is the pool. It was crowded because it is open to the public and it was dirty. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing, but for us the pool is a huge piece and we did not like the pool at all and therefore only used it 2 times.

Enough bedrooms and baths to accomodate our family and give private space. Interior is a bit dated but everything works. The kitchen needs to be restocked in terms of enough plates/bowls and some cookware. We understand that things get broken or taken by previous renters but there wasn't enough of any same size plates to fee our group of 8-10ppl

This property was the perfect size for our 4 family vacation. There was alot of cobwebs on the porches but that didnt bother us alot. Perfect location and distance to Sunset Beach also. I would stay here in the future.

Communication with owner was very easy. Although bathrooms, carpeting, and kitchens were not updated, the home was very functional. We loved that the bedrooms were big and that each had its own bathroom. The family room and eating area was also big and comfortable — a great space to all be together! The screened in porch was also very nice, although a little cobwebby. We loved our stay here!

My niece was getting married on Ocean Isle Beach. We needed a large place for family to come and room for me to make her wedding cake. This place was perfect!!! We had more that enough room with ten adults and 2 kids. My grandchildren are 4 and 2. They had a great time with lots of room to play!! My granddaughter found the puzzles and had a great time with her aunts putting them together!! Will stay here again!! Thank you Glenda Washburn!!!

The unit was perfect for our needs, 2 couples and 2 teenage boys. The 4 en-suite bedrooms were spacious. The common area, kitchen and great room is great shared space.

Accommodations on the greens

The property upon arrival was wonderful. Nice space and layout of rooms to accommodate three families. Easy access to the building and a short drive to Sunset Beach. There were a few unexpected issue with the a/c not working and some additional bugs in a few of the rooms that were not welcomed. The area can be prone to bugs but this was a bit more then we would have liked. The owner was very responsive to my requests to address our concerns. Overall I would recommend as a nice place to stay.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. There were no big damages and everything seemed in good working order. it had good sized rooms. I like the little touches like towels in baskets , little baskets with hand sanitizer, hand lotion, disinfectant spray. We will definitely stay here again next year! Five stars plus!

Beautiful location and views. While it is a condo not a private home it is quiet and private enough. House could use just a bit of upgrading and deep cleaning. Overall fantastic stay in a truly peaceful area. Lots to do out and in. Will definitely do again, loved it.

Pictures do absolutely no justice to this listing. We had so much room with our 8 person family! Great, safe location only a half hr to Myrtle and right next to Ocean Isle beach, bathrooms located in every room, wonderful communication with Glenda. I’m so glad I found this when I did! We had an incredible time in Sunset Beach

We had plenty of space for our family especially bathrooms! Do suggest that signs are posted about alligators in lake/pond at golf course! I walked down during the day with grandsons and one started swimming towards us in the daytime.

HAD AN AMAZING STAY!!

I stayed here with 11 of my musician friends for a week to play chamber music. We had an amazing time and the place looked better in person than it did online. It was only a 5 minute drive from the beach and the beach was never super crowded. It was a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the golf course. We had a few questions about the place before we booked it and the property manager responded to us very quickly.

Great property for a family event. We spent a week here, as we are moving here for my job, my family joined me for a week while we house hunted. Stayed here with six kids and the room sizes and accommodations were perfect.

We were in Sunset Beach for a family funeral. Started out as my husband and myself, 2 daughters and grandson. Ended up with my niece and nephew and their 2 children also. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The children were entertained by the wildlife and the golfers. There were baby gates for the stairs, a high chair booster seat and pack and play. Less than a mile to the bay area, shopping and restaurants. The beach is a few minutes drive over the bridge. Calabash is right around the corner. I chose this home because of its proximity to my Aunt's home, and would choose it again due to it's proximity to everything!
