Welcome to Villa Lake Mohave, a spacious Florida style home set in a beautiful neighborhood and featuring a stunning lake view.

Kick your feet up, relax and unwind in this turnkey home with a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy your relaxing Florida vacation in this beautiful, spacious villa on Lake Mohave. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, it offers plenty of space and high comfort. The open living area with appointed dining room provides wonderful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has direct access to the pool area. Three additional bedrooms offer the perfect accommodations for any occasion. Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen beds as well as a bunk room which includes 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. The three bathrooms each have a shower and bathtub. The living area and 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. High-speed internet and cable TV. The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy your breakfast or a festive barbecue on the spacious pool terrace. After an outing or a successful shopping tour, a dip in the refreshing pool provides the ultimate relaxation. You'll appreciate the quiet, well maintained neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The idyllic, small beach of Cape Coral is just over 10 minutes away and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel / Captiva can be reached in about 30 to 60 minutes.

In regards to cleaning, our cleaning service is using EPA approved sanitizers and following CDC Covid cleaning procedures.

The house is exactly like you see on vrbo site. Very clean well stocked, the neighborhood is nice and very quiet, met the neighbor bruce very nice gentleman the pool/lani area was wonderful we were a little disappointed that tht hot tub was not working but damien did tell us they were waiting on a part it was understandable. We did have a problem with the hot water tank we called damien and within a few hours he had plumbers out replacing it ,that makes a great vacation knowing the owner cares.you will not be disappointed in renting this property wether its a couple or family the house is big. Damien thanhs for letting us stay and looking forward on returning next year thanks george

Spacious, comfortable and clean home. The hosts were very responsive to any issues. Close to everything. Really enjoyed lanai and pool, we saw iguanas every day! Never could get the hot tub to heat up, which was a bummer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This house was a fantastic landing spot for our whole family. They had all the right things on hand - including a few toys! We loved the pool and outdoor furniture. The drive to Sanibel & Captiva were just the right amount of time for our youngest to sneak in a nap!

This property exceeded our expectations. My children (ages 22-5) and I stayed from May7th- May 11th. The home was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and the common areas were big enough to hold us all comfortably. The pool was amazing. This home is close by many beaches and downtown Fort Myers. The neighbor was friendly and welcoming and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our visit. I would certainly suggest this home to anyone looking to stay in that area. Thanks for making our trip great! We hope to stay at this home again.

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated! The price was very competitive for the Cape Coral area! An added surprise was the wildlife surrounding the canal and vacant lot next door. Loved the convenience of the pool and beautiful outdoor living space! Would love to come back to this home! They were thoughtful on offering special amenities and toys to make the stay perfect for travelers!

The property was just as we expected. It was very clean and comfortable. Was just what we were looking for. The grandchildren and the whole family especially loved the pool and hot tub area. Beautiful property on fresh water canal in nice neighborhood. Heated pool (with pool toys), hot tub and plenty of amenities. Close to restaurants, grocery and other shopping. Easy drive to Manatee Park and Fort Myers Beach.

Lovely home with many amenities…..lanai, pool, spa, comfortable master bedroom with outstanding closet! The kitchen offered everything we needed and more! Owner’s instructions were comprehensive. We did have to contact them regarding a few remotes with dead batteries and a couple of insignificant items. There were only two of us, but the home has room for a large gathering of family or friends.

Spacious, beautiful, inviting, dog-friendly home. It was the perfect combination of peaceful but centrally located. The pool and hot tub were excellent to come back to after a day at the beach. The master bedroom/closet/bathroom are the stuff of dreams. The home balances beautiful decor with comfort seamlessly. Communication from the owners was timely and friendly. We will definitely plan a return visit. Special thank you to the owners for allowing us to bring our dogs - we appreciate being able to stay in such wonderful accomodations with our fur babies.

Fantastic home in a central location on Cape lCoral. Vacation with family. Spacious and luxurious home on canal with view of lake Mohave. Wildlife watching on the canal. We had a tremendous time. Hosts were great. Will definitely book again soon.

Stayed for a week with a big family group of 9 ranging in all ages. The house was spacious and accommodating to all of us. Some unsatisfactory things: 1. Pool was not properly clean during the entire duration of our stay, the water was cloudy and had a hint of green even after “cleaning,” there was even a spot with green algae in a bench corner. Also, the netting was broken in areas and the bugs would get in and inevitably be all over the pool. 2. The hot tub never heated 3. The family bathroom’s tub had poor drainage and would not actively drain while showering, it would pool at our feet up to our calves and take at least an hour to drain after 1 person was done showering. 4. The air conditioning is hard set at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, which is OFFENSIVELY hot in the Florida summer. 5. The washing machine needs a deep clean and sanitize.

The property is accurate listed, but looks even better in person! The couches are virtually brand new. The decor throughout is beautiful, coordinated, and not cluttered one bit. Smart TVs, Fans, and light options in every room as well as in backyard. Plenty of toys available for the kids inside and out. The exterior all around is clean and well manicured. The pool, hot tub, and hang out areas in and outside of the screened-in lanai were awesome. Loved having fresh towels by the pool ready to go upon arrival, and appreciated strong pool/spa heater and strong AC inside! Didn’t catch any fish outside, but beautiful canal and lake view nonetheless. Next door empty lot is actually pretty well kept and rest of street clean and quiet so no concerns at all. Close to everything. Property Management was great; super responsive via the platform. There were some super minor signs of wear and tear (rug outside, a few walls, loose door knob or two, one broken screen panel, one loose tub faucet, crack in granite by kitchen sink, a few and a bunk and a chair with a lean), but nothing to actually call in for repair nor anything to be of any bother to us at all whatsoever. We absolutely loved our stay, would recommend to anyone, and would gladly go back again! Thanks so much to the team for offering up this property for rent and maintaining it so well. 🙏

This house was perfect for relaxing, entertaining kiddos, and located perfectly for visiting many beaches! The kids loved fishing, swimming, watching tv outside to rest, watching iguanas, and most importantly, not getting sun burned!! The pool enclosure truly helps block some uv rays! The kids would swim for hours and moms would just lay and tan, and we would never burn!

We had a great week staying at this Cape Coral rental house. The owner, Aaron, was unbelievably helpful for the few issues we had and made sure they didn’t affect our week. We basically spent the entire week in the pool with the kids. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!!!

Enough space for all 3 adults and 3 teens to be comfortable and the adults to relax. The pool was excellent way for the teens to enjoy the time so we didn’t have to be out the house everyday. The neighbors were nice. A lot of fun things to do close to the house

House was beautiful there wasn't anything more we could of asked for ! Family of 7 stayed here our kids loved the pool and canal was wonderful to eat dinner every night on the lunai ! The house is decent , not luxurious. The living room furniture is horrible. The upholstery covers don’t fit right so the cushions fall off the couch and chairs. There were some maintenance issues that need attention. I don’t think the chemical balance in the pool is correct because 3 of us got ear infections.
