The Space:
Quality construction and remarkable ocean views come standard. This spectacular 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and a kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo, coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals. This 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. High quality finishes include Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, glass framed showers with a Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC.
This unit is located on the 1st floor, closest to the beachside.
The unit has some of the best views in the complex, ocean views from the living room.

The Neighborhood:
Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Guests are seconds away from the sand.
Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier. Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday.
Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber or a rental car. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance of SA Suites on Carbon.

Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.
2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.
3) No smoking, vaping, or the like
Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b
High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
7) Parking:
You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.
8) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.
9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
10) Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
11) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: 10:00am.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

Our room was over the water, ocean breeze through the home. We watched dolphins playing right from our bed. It was a perfect get away. Nespresso coffee pods were a nice touch, but if you want espresso pods you could bring some with you or go to Ralph's up the coast a couple of miles.

Fantastic location. Property management company was attentive and check in process very easy. The unit was extremely clean and the view cannot be beat. A very short walk to Nobu with Country Plaza area close by. Unit had all necessary amenities and there is a laundry room on site. Would highly recommend.

This spot is great for solo travels, small or larger groups. Although the tide was in so there was no available beach to play on until late afternoon each day, there is a large outdoor grassy area on the property and some sand and lounge chairs that are great for sitting and enjoying the waves. Walk to restaurants, Malibu pier and shopping nearby. I'll be back again!

This property is gorgeous! It is a lovely small development with beautiful grounds and view. Great location. Well stocked, great bathrooms, comfy beds, nice communal space with small kitchen and amazing views. Nice beach to walk and swim, really beautiful place!

The property is great with wonderful views. It is updated, clean and in a great location. We stayed in Unit 6 and the high tide was shaking the building. I would stay again, but choose to stay in a unit a little bit away from the water. All units have great views.

We loved our stay here! As a family, it was perfect! Waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing and the kids loved exploring along the beach at low tide! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to stay a while Villas. The pictures honestly didn’t do it any justice, the place was absolutely amazing and the views were spectacular. I can’t recommend it enough, and will absolutely be booking again in the future!

Fantastic experience !
I learned about the location after doing a search for 2 or 3 bedrooms oceanfront in Malibu. I had originally booked a different location which unfortunately cancelled three days before my chosen weekend. Villa number 6 came available at exactly the right time and I grabbed it because it really was exactly what I wanted and on a better location than the unit that I had originally booked. Unit 6 was a really great unit and was laid out extremely well with both the Master bedroom and the living room having sliding glass doors opening right onto the ocean and having its own private beach sitting area at ground level . All in all we had a beautiful weekend and have to thank Stuart and Daniela, the resident point person, for making it all come together. I would highly recommend this location.
