About this house rental
Welcome to Lake Powell's lovely vacation property! This home was built to give you the very best Lake Powell accommodations. (Please see our new walk through home tour video in the picture tab.) Our custom home (2000+ sf) features 10’ ceilings, travertine floors, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. There is also a fully furnished laundry room to take care of all your washing needs. This beautiful new home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and the open floor plan makes it perfect for entertaining. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bath; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has two full beds (bunk); bedroom #4 (casita) has 2 full beds and private bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the full bath in the hallway. We have 2 master suits located on opposite sides of the home (bedrooms #1 and #4). The casita is attached to the house and has a separate entrance for maximum privacy. This home has four TVs total (a 60'' in living room, two 40'' in master suites and a 32'' in the guest room). The home will sleep 10 people comfortably. For your parking needs we have a 50 foot connected garage for your boat (garage has a 9' tall door for larger boats) and vehicles. This home features amazing Lake Powell views as the lake is only ¾ miles away! The home also has unrestricted views of the Vermillion Cliffs which feature the most amazing sunsets every evening!
The back yard features a very large covered patio which comes complete with patio furniture and grille. The back courtyard also opens up into a fully landscaped 1 acre area for your enjoyment. We also have a front courtyard with an outdoor table and seating for 6.
This home is located in a very exclusive area in Lake Powell’s premiere development called Indigo Ridge. Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac this home offers great privacy and enjoyment. Everything about this home is brand new...furniture, linens, appliances etc.
If you enjoy walking and taking in the amazing scenery of Lake Powell there is a 4 mile looped trail overlooking the lake which begins a few hundred yards from this home. We have stayed at this property multiple times and have loved it in the past. This was the first time staying with this property manager. I really rely off of recent reviews so I was surprised upon arrival that the 5 star review did not match the home we walked into. I want to be honest with this review so others aren't mislead.
Upon arrival the main bathroom smelled like someone had just went to the restroom and the toilet was not clean. Bathroom towels were stained along with some of the bedding. We found trash underneath the master bedroom as well as the casita. The house was not stocked with enough supplies for the 5 nights we stayed. Most of the time we were out boating on the lake, but I do have a difficult time being in a VRBO that has not been cleaned. It's hard to relax in other peoples messes. When I asked for more supplies I was questioned before getting the supplies needed, however the supplies were restocked that day.
At that time I let the owner know the condition of the home upon arrival. There was no trying to make it right. It really is a beautiful home in a fabulous location, but for the price we paid and the cleanliness of the home I was sadly disappointed. I hope this review helps others and the owners take a more serious interest in the cleanliness of their vacation rental along with stocking the home appropriately for the length of stay.

The home is in a great location on the north end of Page with quick access to the lake. The home is larger than it looks in the pictures which was a nice surprise. The garage is HUGE and provides plenty of parking for a large group. The casita was the best part for me.

Our family was so impressed by this home and the owners great hospitality and open communication. The home was immaculately cleaned and decorated to feel like a Lake House!! The area is quiet and very safe. We played games inside the "huge" garage which also was very clean. Thank you Christine for you home. We highly recommend and will return!!

The main house is very well-appointed with spectacular views. Hiking trails are steps from the front door with the Glen Canyon Dam a short drive away (or a longer hike). For larger groups, the casita offers a nice bonus space. Restaurants, stores and gas are also all nearby. We used this as homebase for exploring the slot canyons and Horseshoe Bend. The owner was always readily available via text and helpful. Highly recommend!

A very well maintained and clean property. There were ample towels, and plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking and meals. It was definitely one of the nicer rental properties my family has stayed at. There was a small issue with our door code not working (might have been an issue with the new year), but the owner was very responsive. I would recommend this property to others!

This was a great place for our Page trip. Close to Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. The house is beautiful and the owner was very responsive.

The house was clean, well cared for, perfect for a large family! My sisters, family and I stayed while playing at Lake Powell each day. We cooked dinner every night and had all the cooking items needed. The property manager was great with communicating. We would stay again.

We enjoyed the use of this recently built desert style home while staying in Page, Arizona. The home suited our family well. We were close to town but also adjacent to the Rim trail which was gorgeous with spectacular views, moon rises and sets as well as gorgeous sunrises over Navajo mountain.

The house was very accommodating with all our needs. Very clean and plenty of space for my family of 9. It was perfectly located around many sights/attractions. We even hiked to some trails, right from the house. I highly recommend The Lower Antelope Canyon throughly Kens Tour. Epic Adventures Rides was fun with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this house and location<3

Ideal location, excellent property
Owners were easy to work with, responsive, and friendly. This property is perfectly situated for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion. It also sits within minutes of Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and the Antelope Canyon Slot tours. The house was set up perfectly for three generations with two king rooms, a bunk room, and a separate casita with two queen beds. The kitchen and open plan family area were great for meals and hanging out. The sunsets and view from the patios could not be beat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

My family of 5 had an excellent time in and around Page. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, and the open living area was spacious and useful!

Perfect home in a perfect location!
This was an amazing place for a family reunion! The casita with a separate entrance was perfect for the baby to have peace and quiet during nap time but still allow the parents to hang out with us in the main house. The property was very clean and well stocked for all the basic necessities (toiletries, towels, blankets, cookware, dishes, etc.). Great location - easy access to the local attractions, and we loved having the rim trail in walking distance! Would definitely recommend!

This was a great property, clean well appointed, plenty of room to spread out. I especially loved the separate casita for my wife and I to have our own entrance and bathroom. The Master BR is also HUGE with a nice big tub. We will definitely look for this property when we return.
