Very good

Our room was the perfect size for our stay and had a large bathroom which was perfect. The air conditioning didn't work and we had no reply when we sent a message asking for support. It was a hot night in apt 5.

Apartment nice and clean but better directions and keys that work properly would have helped.

Location was good

The key to the apartment was faulty which was very stressful. It was hard to find the exact building. The multiple stairs made it difficult to navigate with luggage

Nothing. I did not stay because they did not provided me keys.

Nobody answered my phone. When they called me they sent me picture of anoher hotel somewhere near main bus station. After long travelling I tried one more than one hour to find it but no sucess. In another call they requested pictures of me ID and they promised me instructions. I spend night outside in city. Dont believe this tourist trap.

-a bit complicate check-in, office is at 1-2 km away from apartment -room key had to be jiggled to make it to turn and unlock -hot water tank doesn’t last for 4 people to shower

Small and clean room, good location, very friendly receptionist (she gave us a lot of recommendations)! There was everything that we needed and the price was also very good!

It was very clean and the location is excellent. We came late and there was a market place near working till 1AM which was excellent. Parking is across the river and it was free over the weekend.

The hallway is pretty old and partially missing lights. No elevator.

Perfect location, parking is close, apartment nice and comfortable, just as on the picture.

We reserved with breakfast as our stay fell on Easter. We were informed upon arrival that for Easter Sunday there's no breakfast. They said they will refund us, but it was very inconvenient to have to find food on Easter Sunday morning. The reason given was the restaurant closing down permanently, and they haven't found a substitution yet. Would have appreciated a heads up.

Great location, clean. Very friendly staff very comfortable beds

Room is really very small. there is no fridge, which I think every room should have. But for a night or two, quite correct. for longer stays, I don't recommend it, I think the apartment is a better option. But for a day or two it is quite ok.

Double booking so didn’t stay in this apartment, but handled very well by staff

There was a double booking, so we didn’t stay in the apartment we had a reservation for. However, the staff of the hotel/apartments handled this really well. We got an upgrade for the apartment, in the heart of the center. A kind employee walked with us to the place we could stay, helped with parking and told us a little bit about the city. All in all, we had a really good stay.

The room had some sort of larvae/caterpillars crawling around/on the bed. It wasn't too bad, but very unpleasant to have to deal with it.

the key. Absolutely perfect service! We were able to arrive after 10pm and the owners made it so easy for us to get the key from outside the front door. We were sent exact information of the address and how to get the key and where the apartment was. The room was lovely and clean too. We recommend staying here!! Thankyou for such a good service! 10/10!😊

Position ok room as well, communication with host was efficient

The host says his structure has free private parking. But unfortunately i had to figure out only at my arrival that he pretends to offer a parking spot disguised a non free parking lot at 500 meters from the apartment.

Perfect apartment, Clean and nice, but no parking :(

Everything was perfectly clean and tidy!

They stated in their listing that they have parking, however, they don't. I had to pay extra and park my car in the public parking. Which is near but I think that they should be honest with the paring.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night in Rijeka and for that it was perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean. You can collect the key from another location (walking distance but it is hilly, not easy to park either), I like that it was without fuss.

It is just a room and a bathroom so you can’t even make your coffee in there. A kettle might be useful for the guests. Also, there is no fridge and we found leftover food (cheese, ham, croissant..) in the cupboard from a previous guest.

Good location. Clean. But disappointing in many ways.

A lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. No fridge and no possibility to make coffee/tea. No lift for luggage (2nd floor). You pick up the key in a totally different location, which is not that bad if you have a car but would be a real hassle without it.
