Completed in 1913, the building that houses this Berlin loft apartment started life as a printing factory, later studios & ateliers. I booked this location for the Berlin leg of a birthday trip for 9 guys including myself, and this place was perfect for us. The loft was spacious and looked exactly like the pictures showed if not even being larger in person. The amenities were great and easily accessible to use and the host, Sebastian, was very friendly and made sure we were set up for a great stay.
The loft itself was located in a great area being walking distance to public transport, really cool rooftop bars (highly recommend Klunkerkranich), two grocery stores, and a healthy mix of German and middle eastern cuisine.
If staying here, prepare to yourself for stairs as the loft is on the 4th floor (5th by US standards), but if you can manage that, this place is very much worth it if you’re traveling in a larger group and want something spacious and communal.
