I was given a key to my room which was Room 306. I didn't at the time go up to the room to check it out, instead my wife and I left to get something 🙃 to eat then returned to the room. Upon opening the door to our the room we were given we saw that it was occupied by someone. I don't know how this could have happened but it did. In the end we were given a different room. So everything worked out in the end.
Have a Continental breakfast for guests in the morning.

No breakfast that we were aware of. Pets belong at home or in kennel- not hotels
The odor was musty. The hall carpeting needed cleaning or replaced. The entrance door to the room was not tightly fit -able to see the light in the hall way on both sides of the door which did not make you feel safe. Room more for people who were working in construction than travelers. No ice, no coffee maker. Bed too close to wall and you had to climb over to get to the other side or walk sideways to get in the bed. No Kleenex.

Hair found in bed. Rusted lamps and towel racks. Shower was unclean. General filth on walls. Elevator had a terrible smell. No coffee makers in room and the lobby machine was broken. Made to feel like a criminal when asking for more towels. Must return towels to front desk before new ones were given.

The beds were comfortable. I liked having a full-size refrigerator..
No maid service. Not enough towels and charged for extra towels. No ice machine. There was no coffeemaker in the room.

Bed was very comfortable.
We did not request a room with a handicapped accessible bath and brought this to the front desk clerk's attention. However, we were not given another room. The carpet in the hallway outside the room was dirty with debris. Did not like having to use the room key at the main entrance to the hotel and again to enter the hallway to the room.

Everything. The door to the room wasn’t working properly. Nobody there at check-in or check-out. Room was barely clean and the noise was frustrating.

There were no dishes or pans for the kitchenette. you had to pay extra.
Additionally, the pet fee was not as advertised.

The only thing I can even say I liked was that it was located in the city I needed to be in
Lobby and room smelled like urine, elevator reeked if pot, check in was an ordeal, bed was like an army cot, felt very unsafe, no coffee maker or anything in the kitchenette- not even a paper cup

Nothing, this place is horrible

The room had everything you could possibly want. Refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stove. There was plenty of storage space for kitchen supplies for extended-stay. While we did not need it, there was plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around and the bathroom had all of the features a senior person might need, including seating in the shower. Management was very hands-on in the lobby opening doors, and assisting, however, needed. There was a power outage in the city the night we stayed, and my husband was in the elevator. Management stayed by the elevator the entire time until the fire department came to open the door.
The bed in our room was very basic, but not at all uncomfortable. The pillows were not great as someone else had suggested, but all in all, it was a great value. We will definitely stay there when we go back to Austin to see family.

nice staff, clean room first day, nice location
I didn’t like house keeping. they didn’t come to the room and clean everyday . I’m paying a lot of money . and should receive clean towels and fresh soap every day . I shouldn’t be looking for management around the building to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. also the A/C unit filters need to be changed.

It was not too expensive.
No ice machine. No pool.no breakfast. No towel exchange .

Exterior looked good. Interior was fair.
We booked the room for two nights. The kitchen had no silverware, cups, paper towels, just empty shelves. Also, only had two towels, no wash rags, no floor mat in bathroom. Was told we had to pay more for additional towels. Just seems below orthodoxy for any hotel.

The young lady at the counter was helpful but overwhelmed.
Group of men loitering and drinking openly in parking lot. Girl at front desk trying to help three people at same time. Room was very basic. It smelled bad. Elevator and carpet in hallway were dirty. Shower water ran out of bathroom flooding the room. Contacted front desk. Same reception girl came up with mop and bucket. She was on phone with her manager as she cleaned up. She said she was sorry that it had happened before. She checked to see if there were other rooms, but we said we were not staying there. We asked for refund. But the time we got downstairs, she had credited the room. This hotel is more like a weekly lodging - definitely not for families or women traveling alone. Thankfully the Hampton Inn was a few minutes away and had room.
I have pictures of the room for proof.

A very quiet location, overall lovely with there being a shopping center and a gas station close by. WiFi speeds were decent for streaming.
The floor in the room were rather dirty, it didn't look like anyone had mopped or swept and there was something in some of the corners of the room.

Don't go here! Horrible!
I arrived at 10pm and front desk was closed with a sign that informed to use the lobby phone to get checked in.
When I called they picked up the phone and took it off the hook and then proceeded to go back to sleep.
I tried calling back but the phone was now off the hook.
I had to go to another hotel.
Don't waist your time with this hotel as it is poorly managed and appeared dirty as well.

comfortable beds
upon booking the room hi intended to stay in the same room with family, when we arrived, we were not notified that they did not have the room available so we had to stay in two separate rooms, there was no coffee. Just expect to be different the way it said on the Internet.

There was no breakfast there. We ate out.
It would be money well spent to install an ice machine and put a small coffee maker in each room. When I have to get up first thing in the morning, get dressed and go down to the lobby in order to get myself and my spouse cups of coffee then try to open doors and elevators with hands full it is very inconvenient. You have vending machines that sell cold sodas but no ice to pour it over!

Not like a normal hotel. Lobby smelled of weed. Room was not inviting or nice.
