Come and enjoy our beautiful gulf view cottage, just steps to the sugar white sands of Mexico Beach. This 2 BR/1BA cottage has recently been remodeled top to bottom. Easy walking distance to beach access (350 ft to the beach access across the street) and a park with a playground, tennis court, and basketball court. Fully furnished, plenty of parking (parking area large enough for multiple vehicles or large boats), with all the amenities of home! High speed internet, cable, and Netflix included. Sleeps up to 6 people with pull out couch. Come enjoy your next vacation at Salty Latitude!

Everything you need. We enjoyed it very relaxing place to stay. Beach cart was a plus. The host was just astoundingly nice guy when we had locked the keys in the house and he solved our problem. Highly recommend a stay here.

The property was exactly as shown in VRBO. It was very clean & felt just like home right away. The king size bed was very comfortable and we always got a good night sleep. The location was great because it was in a very quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk our dog on the neighborhood streets.

Clean simple house with great AC & TVs but needs more trash cans inside, plus needs towel holders and vanities inside bathroom to place toiletries on. Add for home suggests only 350 ft from beach when it’s actually 500 ft or more.

Very clean and relaxing property only a few steps from the beach. The property had everything we needed, including a grill and a few beach supplies. I would definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway. Hope you love it as much as we did!

The house was perfect for our family for a week. Location to the beach was perfect, house was clean and we enjoyed it so much. The owner was great to work with before our trip due to my unexpected breast cancer results a few weeks before the trip and he was going to work with me but thankfully we were able to make the trip before surgery. Already planning on booking the house again next year. Thanks for sharing your cute beach house with us!

Loved the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would add is a mirror in one of the bedrooms it was difficult getting ready with the only mirror being in the bathroom. Other than that, the house was stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

House was fantastic; very short walk down to the immaculate beach, which is made much easier thanks to the generous provision of a cart and some chairs. Great kitchen for preparing meals and sitting out on the porch. Hope to be back one day!

Great place! Quiet and convenient location. Very easy 2 min walk to beach. Beach cart was amazing to have. Pickle ball courts were a huge bonus for us. The house could use more mirrors for us girls to get ready but overall, lovely place. We will be back ☺️

We have fallen in love with this house. This was our 6th trip to Mexico Beach in 7 years, every year we have stayed in a different house because we could not find the perfect fit. THIS house is the perfect fit for us. We love the concrete floors, perfect for the sandy environment. It is the perfect distance to the beach, an easy walk if you are carrying your bags and pulling the cart. The bed was just the right amount of soft and firm. The street is quiet in the evenings, we lived on the front porch (I recommend citronella candles). This is the first house that had all of the baking dishes I could ever want. Justin was so responsive when we needed information. I always want to go back to Mexico Beach, now I want to go back to THIS house!
