Nothing

There is no proper room service. Filthy beds and bedsheets. Pest infected pillows and very filthy beds

Awesome place to stay.

Clean comfortable beds Amazing scenary 10-20 metres from beach, even can see amazing view from balcony (during rainy season balcony is covered in plastic)

Can place the Hotel board sign near the road. If rooms can be arranged early if it is available.

i liked nothing about the property

there were lots of ants it wasn’t clean what the photo shown here and the actual room has so much difference.

property was connecting point for all the tourists destinations but was not value for money which we paid.

everything was good except the staff, they don’t respond to us & room service was not at all available

toilet papers were not available & shower was not working & staff was not responding

nothing at all

everything.. owner behaviour was very bad. we have booked 2 deluxe triple sea view room for which equal money was paid but one room was quite good but another one is worst and no service available. room look cheap but it’s marked under the same name by owner and taken the advance also so customer can’t do anything. also, in the name of discount. they asked customer to cancel online booking and deal with them directly. when we have raised complain about this then owner talk very rudely and disconnected the call. I suggest not to go their. he just saying that we have added mix of photo of both room which is different for customer to identify with

Room is near the baga beach, but nothing is good apart from that, no cleanliness, all taps are leaking, bathroom are not clean, parking is not there, only 1 or 2 cars can be parked , worst experience

Very good

We stayed here for 2 days and the stay was really nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very polite.

I personally believe it is overpriced considering the location and other amenities. Though the staff said they are building a pool and will be open in the next few months.

Opposite of what I expected.

Just the location.

When booking the room, the pictures of the room selected was completely different from the room reserved for me. There was only 1 option for the room, nothing else. I was traveling with a toddler and needed the extra amenities. I made a request for the room advertized with the booking I made but the management insisted that the room they put me in was the room I paid for. Furthermore, we are required to pay full amount upon arrival. So they are not obligated to do anything because the money is already received. They also said that the rooms were fully booked. The room I got had many issues, the ac didn't work well, the room door latch was so difficult to close, the bathroom door was broken, the cupboard didn't close or lock at all and the pressure in the water was absolutely horrible. The only good thing the staff did was give us a kettle to make water hot for my toddlers milk. But all in all, I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

The only thing good was the place was very close to the beach in Baga

The rooms very not like the pictures shown. They put us up in different rooms. Its had a very odd smell. and there was no bed just mattresses for the third person. Not worth the price at all

Superb

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Really approachable to Baga beach as well as market for shopping. All food orders were provided swiggy Zomato.

Would be better if they provided packaged drinking water to the booked rooms.
