Ryan, the owner and his family and put maximum effort and investment into this downtown apartment home. Extremely welcoming and comfortable space. Enjoyable location close to the lively atmosphere. Maximum people watching fun. My wife and I agree that of all our VENO experiences, this is one of the best and we underpaid . Thanks to Eyan and his family for sharing San Plano Tx

What a lovely place! I stayed here with my two adult daughters for a few nights and we had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay - coffee, tea, spices, etc. Plenty of phone charging cords. Great lighting. I was especially delighted by the galaxy projectors that were running in both bedrooms when we arrived, making the rooms look fun and inviting with stars everywhere! As far as location, it’s perfect! Close to The Ark, bookstores, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. Overnight parking is nearby — an easy a 3-5 minute walk away. It’s also fun to people watch from the huge windows, as they face Main Street. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful lodging experience in Ann Arbor.

Ryan and the Wanderlust provided an excellent accommodation for our visit in Ann Arbor. Ryan was there to meet us when we arrived and checked in on us just enough during our stay. The condo is beautiful and proved very comfortable for the four of us. The location was very busy with nightlife, but the condo itself was quite quiet. Everything was stocked and ready for us when we arrived. We would highly recommend the Wanderlust to anyone looking for a great time in Ann Arbor.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy downtown Ann Arbor. It was right downtown with easy access to food, fitness, shopping and entertainment. Everything was tidy and the whole space had a cool vibe.

Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished condo. Ideally located in downtown Ann Arbor. Ryan kindly assisted us as at check in since street closures impeded our ability to park and change clothes in time for the graduation ceremony we were attending.

An amazing property, run by fantastic hosts that truly care. Evident by how they took care of us unsolicited by a communication mistake by both of us. If you want to be in the center of the Ann Arbor downtown restaurant & shopping scene I don’t know how there could be a better spot. It’s a great loft that is comfy, stocked with all your needs & fun decor. It has everything anyone could want including a record player if you hit the awesome record store up the street. Only challenge is parking but it’s downtown and you should expect it. The free garage that is include is super clean and easily accessible. But totally made up for it with a bike closet in the basement for easy access to the cycling Mecca that is Ann Arbor

We had a fantastic day at wanderlust! Ryan was an amazing host and the condo was incredibly comfortable and clean! He has literally thought of everything, including extra device chargers and amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. He even provided coffee and snacks for us, which was so incredibly, nice and appreciated! We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat! Location is also incredible

If there was a 5 PLUS star rating - I'd pick that to describe the incredible experience of this stay. The property - location - hospitality - and amenities are NEXT LEVEL. I've stayed at a lot of properties throughout the world and the experience I had with this property and this owner take the top spot in my list of favorites.

This property exceeded all expectations. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops and just a short 15 minute walk to campus. I liked being just a little bit away from the heart of campus activity. The host communicated quickly with excellent directions and recommendations. The main room is very cozy with tons of natural light. It has a modern kitchen loaded with conveniences, a fantastic bathroom and show, and very comfortable beds. It comes with a parking pass for a garage less than 5 minutes away but we never used our car. Everything was walkable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Already planning a return trip. I would give it 10 stars if possible.

Easy check in. Ryan was very attentive. The place is so well done in terms of design. I want to live there! Heated tile floor, kitchen had all the things I needed to cook during my days there. Comfy bed. Felt like home. I worked while there, did laundry (my college student) and cooked. Because nothing is perfect- the only thing was parking lot for which there is a pass was 3 blocks away. No biggie! Not like it’s 3 NYC blocks!

Downtown right off of Main Street, close to great shops, restaurants and a short walk to all the spots you will want to visit. Great modern loft vibe, but still cozy and comfortable. We booked very last minute, and Ryan could not have been more responsive and accommodating both in our booking process and during the stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat during future visits.

This was my families first visit to Ann Arbor for a tour of the University of Washington. There were 4 of us and the Loft was perfect! Our 12 year old loved the loft sleeping areas in the bedrooms. The place was very clean, all amenities we needed, great decor, comfortable furniture and a perfect location. Within walking distance to food and campus. Angela and Ryan were wonderful. Very communicative at all times and full of great information about the area. We will definitely stay here on our next Ann Arbor Visit!!

This is such a nice place for anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action in AA. We went for a football weekend and it was perfect. Host and hostess are super friendly and great communicators. The home is lovely and, as mentioned, in a perfect location. We’ll be back if they’ll take us!

Everything about Wanderlust Manor was fantastic. Excellent communication, Angela made sure everything was perfect. Perfect for a football weekend with the location in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and within a reasonable walking distance to The Big House.

We stayed at "Wanderlust Manor" recently when we were moving our daughter back to Ann Arbor to start her sophomore year at UMich. We are averse to staying in hotels due to COVID and were thrilled when we found this condo available. The location is AMAZING...walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, campus, etc. It's clear that this is the owners' primary residence--or that they are there frequently--as the place is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Great living space and TV. Lots of movie services to choose from but we couldn't figure out how to get cable TV or any network stations. Not sure if these are available in the unit. The only other issue is the lack of free parking. We knew this when we booked. There are plenty of paid lots nearby but this adds up quickly. Definitely fine if you don't have a car with you and choose to walk or Uber/Lyft places. We hope we can return in the future!

Incredible space in Ann Arbor. Great design and finishing touches. We stayed while moving our daughter into U Mich and can’t wait to come back in November. Great restaurants nearby and close to U Michigan. A wonderful place to visit.
