About this cabin rental

Michel's Cabin is a rustic cozy 2 bedroom cabin with a small friendly kitchen and private deck with outdoor hot tub. Downstairs bedroom features a double bed and upstairs a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. There is a fold out futon in the living room. The deck features comfortable patio furniture, BBQ, and soothing 4 person hot tub that makes for a perfect getaway. Whether you're looking to enjoy a romantic escape with your partner, or getaway with some family or friends, Michel's Cabin is the place for you. This vacation rental Cabin also features free wireless internet.

Michel's Cabin is in a quiet residential area. We have a strictly enforced no groups, parties or late night noise policy; especially in the midst of the current pandemic.

NOT available for "Special Events" (Weddings, Receptions, Parties, Stags, Stag(ettes), Reunions etc.)

Excellent location, absolutely stunning spot. Cabin is capital R rustic- kitchen is a hodge lodge, beds are not great quality and shower has had an odd fix so that you have to stand against the curtain to be under the water. Would be great if there was an outdoor shower for after surfing, using the garden hose on the lawn was not great.

This was our third trip to Tofino and we chose Michel’s cabin for its location in our favorite beach. It did not disappoint! The view from the deck was amazing and a path on the property offered quick access to the beach. The cabin itself was full of charm and offered all the amenities that we needed on our stay.

The 3 nights at Michel's cabin was exactly the calm we needed after the frenetic trip through the Rockies. Listening to the sound of the waves lull you to sleep and the view from the hot tub was priceless. We BBQ'd on the back deck and ate on the front deck whilst watching the surfers. The location is exceptional.

We had an awesome time staying at Michel's cabin, the location couldn't be more perfect, the cabin is just right for a family and so cozy. A little rustic, but that adds to the charm. Clean and all the amenities that you need. Couldn't ask for more! We will be back!

This comfortable & cozy beachfront cottage, with it's hot tub looking out to the ocean, was perfect for our family trip. We surfed, biked and ate way too much gelato from the local chocolate shop. The cabin's location is ideal.

We had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay at Michel's. We loved the proximity to the beach and town. Great spot for storm watching! We had a minor issue with the toilet not flushing, but it was quickly fixed by the owner once he was notified of it. This is my second stay at Michel's Cabin and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Michel!

The location is ideal. It’s wonderful to be-able to sit in the cozy little cabin while watching the surfers ride the waves. The cabin (which it truly is) reminds me of times gone by, Tofino 30 years ago, which suits me just fine. We had a lovely stay.

You can't beat the view of Chesterman Beach from the hot tub. We enjoyed walking along Chesterman Beach to eat at Pointe Restaurant at the Wick. The walk back after dinner was magical under the stars.

Great stay at Michel's cabin. The location is fantastic. Only one downfall is the bedroom in the main floor is a solarium so when its raining alot (which it can), it was extremely loud in that room. Other than that, no complaints.

This cabin looks like Hansel and Gretel would live here but it is directly on a premier surfing beach. It has all the comforts, hot tub on a deck, charming garden, full kitchen, etc., etc. but also chickens, a casual museum of beach finds at the beach, and the owner is nearby. I would love here forever!

I have stayed at Michels cabines on a number of occasions and will continue to come back. Beautiful location right on the beach and the cabin itself is a true cabin that gives you that great holiday feeling. The large deck is a big bonus.

This cabin had everything for our family. My child is 3 and there was lots to entertain her. The place was better than we expected. Whoever is on the top sleeping area should be aware it’s a steep climb down the stairs. My kid thought it was very fun! Over all we really enjoyed the stay and will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Michel's cabin - we really love it. It is charming, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the beach access is a wonderful thing. This time we did notice that the bathroom could use a little love - some bolts on a sink tap and the toilet paper holder have stripped threads, so they fall off, and it was challenging to flush the toilet using the pull chain in a way that did not make the flapper pop out of alignment. Fortunately I'm tall so I could reach into the cistern to fix it! This in no way diminished our fun or our love for this place - we'll keep coming until we're too old to climb the ladder.

Love this place! The views were amazing especially while sitting in the hot tub. Loved the sun room bedroom, especially for those who are not comfortable with ladder stairs to the upstairs bedroom. Was so nice to wake up to natural light shining in from the clear plastic roof. Great access to the beach. Great weekend spent with girlfriends I haven’t seen in several years. It is walking distance to Tacofino and other little restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our first family vacation and we had such a wonderful time. The beachfront location can't be beat (Chesterman Beach is just steps away and you can watch surfers from the window), and the cabin was well-stocked and cozy. We were worried how our autistic 6-year-old would fare being away from home, but he was the happiest we have seen him. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay and we will be back for sure.

5 star location, 4.5 star accommodation. We enjoyed staying right on Chesterman’s Beach in the rustic, eclectic, charming and quiet Michel’s Cabin. Watching the beach sunsets, from the deck hot tub, was awesome. In early September we were comfortable and appreciated all the amenities provided (kitchen utensils, linens, washer/dryer), including a small dishwasher (not listed). The bathroom counter top and kitchen sink caulking could do with some upgrading.

Excellent location, clean and love the rustic look of the cabin. Soaking in the hot tub with your favourite drink overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The main floor bed was suitable but needs to be upgraded. Communications with property management was excellent !! We Really enjoyed our stay!! Thankyou
