We loved staying on this property. The pool was a beautiful bonus. The space was small but had everything we needed. We loved having a full kitchen to cook dinners and breakfasts and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The apt had a lived-in feel but as long as you're not too bougie and expecting a 5-star hotel, you'll love this place. Highly recommend. Venetian Road and the Turtle Tail were beautiful and a short drive away from everything. We felt safe, comfortable and at ease here. Beautiful, thanks for the great stay!

Private, clean, and very pleased overall. Would go back to this property again. Eric accommodated us with an upgrade after the original booking was damaged by weather. Left hand driving and speed bumps be damned, we had a great time!

My partner and I were looking for a quick escape on a budget, and were lucky enough to come across this gem!
We opted for the small studio unit because it met our need for a kitchen and was definitely under budget. Unfortunately the first day after arrival there was an issue in the unit that was out of anyone’s control (island life, you know!). When I reached out to Eric, he instantly offered another unit on the property that was unrented, and we were able to move our things right away without losing any vacation time. (While we were perfectly happy with the smaller unit, if it is in your budget I would recommend upgrading to the larger unit. The extra space is well-worth the small up charge.)
In both units the A/C worked Very well and the kitchens were fully stocked, allowing us to make several amazing meals. The property was extremely tidy and well-cared for, and we had complete privacy our entire stay. It truly felt like a home away from home! To be able to explore the island all day, and come home to a quiet retreat at night was unbelievable. This side of the island is very quiet and very safe, and a nice escape from the resort crowds at the end of the day.
And don’t miss Bight Park for the best Grace Bay beach access without the resort crowds or prices. Plus, the provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make exploring quiet beaches on the island super easy.
Above all, Eric is absolutely the type of host that I want to support and do business with!!
Thank you!

small studio, quiet area, bed not to comfy, but over all great visit.

We booked this little spot for 10 days. It’s a 3 room unit as shown in the pictures. There’s a table outside the door by the pool which was completely adequate for our meals. There is a large umbrella to keep you dry when it’s raining and out of the sun later in the day.
The barbecue wasn’t accessible. We bbq a lot so that was disappointing but we did pivot to cooking our meals with the toaster oven so not a deal breaker.
The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It’s a bar fridge so be prepared to shop frequently if you aren’t eating out a lot. A car is definitely needed but worth it to explore what Providenciales has to offer. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler was a real bonus!
Eric was great deal with. And his dog Ellie was a real sweetie.
The pool was a nice retreat when we didn’t feel like packing up for the beach. The lounge chairs were very comfortable and a big umbrella by the pool allowed us to move from sun to shade throughout the day.
It was an affordable accommodation for a vacation to one of the most beautiful and expensive islands in the Caribbean.

This was our first time away without kids since Covid so we were looking for some much needed r and r which is whatever got. Eric was a friendly host who always responded to our questions and needs. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The unit was a bit smaller than we anticipated but we weren’t in our room a whole lot. It was a cozy retreat to come home to. The fridge was on the small side if you plan to cook a lot of meals. We had to go to the grocery store more than we had wanted. The outdoor space was relaxing with lounge chairs, an umbrella and a pool. The location was perfect. We rented a car and could be anywhere we wanted to be in 10-20 minutes. The island is small and fun to explore. I would say that there was a lot of value for the price we paid. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff did our laundry for us half way through the week which was an included service and much appreciated. There was a line outside our unit to hang wet clothes which was convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Eric and Jaida. Ellie the dog was a sweetheart. When we FaceTimed our two year old son he was always asking for Ellie.

I'd love to start off with the fact that this felt like home. Yes the unit is small but for my husband and I it was awesome. Made breakfast every morning in our full kitchen. Sat out on the patio with our newest little friend Ellie (owners pooch) and were actually a bit sad on days she didn't show up for some left over eggs. The place was incredibly clean and well equipped. The surroundings were safe and the grounds of the property were very well kept. Each day we ventured out returned to shower and get cleaned up and off we went to dinner. We didn't spend a lot of time in our unit but isn't that point of vacation get out and see the world, culture and beauty of every destination. This is not a Waldorf Astoria but remember your there to relax and this home away from home gave us just that. We even sat out in the evenings playing cards or dominos poolside and never once felt like were bothering other guests or the owners. I highly recommend this VRBO both for it's location, it's sense of safety, and the reasonable prices. You will need to rent a car. That is a must. Eric, Ellie thank you kindly for a fabulous week long stay and your communication throughout our entire trip. Hope to see you again soon.

The suite has cute beach decor. There is no hot tub but the pool is the perfect size. A few noises right now with construction next door and departing planes fly overhead. The place needs a good clean & perhaps a new mattress & broom. The umbrella, beach chairs & cooler were great to have!

My wife and I had a WONDERFUL stay! I like doing a review of three up and three down. Every place has room for improvement so I do like to add that as well.
Three UPS
1. You will not find a better hidden gem out there. Perfect location to some of the best/secluded beaches.
2. This place is small but PERFECT for launching all of your day trips. I mean, that is why we come to a place like this... to hit the beaches and get out an adventure around the island.
3. You have everything you want in a property, to include laundry service! We needed to bring anything else, it was awesome!
4. The pool is AWESOME! I perfect size to take a nice dip in the evenings!
5. ELLIE, their dog, IS sweet, adorable and... shhh.... loves eggs in the morning.
3 downs
1. LOTS of mosquitos around the island and that goes for the house too. Be quick on shutting the door.
2. There are not many places to hang towels and wet clothes after a long beach day
3. Parking, depending on if the other units are being rented, can be tricky with shuffling cars around. With that being said, it was NEVER problematic.
We had a WONDERFUL stay and enjoyed our time on that beautiful island and at your awesome place. I wish I could have taken Ellie home.... dang she was sweet!

Easy to find, clean quiet, pool was refreshing, Eric was a wonderful host, everything we needed in the rental, the cooler chairs and umbrella were a definite plus, just up the road from the rental was a secluded beach we had to ourselves, you will need a car because it is a bit down the road from the main area, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back,

Beautiful little bungalow within 10 min of the beach and good restaurants.
I agree with the other reviews that a rental car works best if you stay here. We prefer to rent a car as we got to see most of the island and explore some beautiful beaches off the beaten path.
The property is very nice with plenty of parking, a very nice pool area, and a nice dedicated/private patio area right outside our door to have breakfast and coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening.
Well equipped little kitchen that worked well for us (coffee, breakfast, cold drinks and happy hour snacks).
Hosts were very nice and friendly!
We will definitely be back!!

This is a very small apartment but works for 2 people. There is a gorgeous pool and the location is ideal for anything you want to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Gillian and Eric are great hosts! Property is well kept and the unit came with everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. Location is about a 10 minute drive to everything. A Rental Car is definitely recommended. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice calm little place, great location if you're planning to rent a car. There was not a beach nearby so we had to pay taxi every time we wanted to go to the beach or do any activities. Tours dont offer pick up so anything required a taxi which was between 30 - 40 each ride. Also, the host and her husband are great, very good communication and available when needed.
