The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Every room in the house makes you feel comfortable and stylish. The decor is European Chic and plays around with different colors and fabrics. Vibrant colors improve your mood, eye-catching paintings and statues add an extra level of style.
Our living room is perfect for movies, games, or drinks. The dining room is gorgeously furnished and fits a large group's dinners.
The kitchen features new appliances. It’s big enough to make cooking fun, let everyone help out, and NEVER have too many cooks in the kitchen. No matter how hungry you all are, the dining room is big enough to eat in.
Each bedroom features a different sleeping arrangement. So no matter if your trip filled with bachelors and bachelorettes, couples, or a family, you are well-equipped.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 43" smart TV, and a full en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed - perfect for a whole family.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed as well.
The large fifth bedroom also has two bunk beds and another queen bed.
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. Oh, and did we mention the grand pool and boiling hot Jacuzzi yet?
The garage + driveway can easily fit 4 cars, and rest assure there is plenty of free parking available on the street.

All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.

The property is very nice and plenty of sleeping space. We also enjoyed the pool.
The only complaint I have is how uncomfortable the living room furniture was. There was 7 adults and it was very crowded and not comfortable at.

The kitchen,living room, bedrooms, guest bathroom were nice. The master bathroom could use some work. The wood floor is water damaged and buckling and causing an odor. The shower is missing one of the doors, most likely the cause of the water damaged floor. The pool, hot tub, & patio area were great. Overall nice place to stay.

The house is very awkward in terms of the set up. It says that it sleeps 12 but 6 of those beds are small bunk beds that an adult would have a very hard time fitting into. Also the hot tub had only 3 of the 6 jets working which was a big disappointment.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool! House was nice. We were expecting two bathrooms and only had use of one as they resurfaced the bathtub right before we arrived. The fumes were unpleasant. Overall it was still a nice weekend.

Once a year my siblings and their families gather to celebrate our father's life. This house really accomidodated each family member from the 10 year old to the 45 year old. It literally had everything we needed as if we were home. Goldnest really has a great team, I will look to rent their properties when I am in Texas in the future. We highly recommend them.

Home was amazing - pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Great communication with the host who was always available and accommodating. Location was also perfect and close to near by attractions.

This is an average suburban tract house in an average Dallas neighborhood. Don’t let the wide angle photography and frequent use of the word “luxurious” fool you. For the amount they charge per night, you can do way better. I think their vacuum cleaner broke before our stay. It was clear the carpets were not vacuumed, and there was a broken one in the garage. One of the bed frames had broken slates, making the mattress sag. The drains were slow, there were holes in the drywall, water damage around the shower pan, and one of the two toilets had a standard size seat on an elongated bowl. The only way this house sleeps twenty is if some people curl up on the floor. The pool is nice.

We enjoyed this property. They also made more accommodations on a last minute change and was very helpful. We had everything we needed in the house check in check out was seamless. Property management was also very nice. We were in town for a USA 🇺🇸 Baseball Tryout and they made us feel at home. Thank you, we will be back if in Dallas area again.

My entire family enjoyed their experience at this property. A jacuzzi was added between us booking and visiting so that was a nice surprise. Communication was easy and transparent.

Long Distance Move
We needed a place to stay while waiting for moving company. The entire experience with our stay was awesome, except weather did not allow for pool usage, we highly recommend this location.

Wonderful vacation home!
All the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean, and the pool was very very nice and well maintained. Overall the house was very lovely and comfortable and we would definitely go there again sometime.
