The apartment was easy to find, very clean overall, and the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I also appreciate the early arrival accommodation. Would definitely stay here again...beats a hotel stay any day!

We loved catching up on this adorable apartment - close to everything we needed!
8.0 / 10.0
The apartment was clean and the check-in process was easy. The bedrooms don't have walls that go all the way to the ceiling so privacy is limited. We enjoyed using the game room. There was a meeting room with comfortable chairs for extra space. The furniture in the apartment was basic and not the most comfortable. We appreciated the shower/bathroom supplies. It was within walking distance to a good portion of the downtown area. This place works fir a small family or a couple needing a place to stay fir just a couple of days.

Des Moines Ironman
I was with a group of triathletes attending an Ironman 70.3 event. This property was perfectly located for the event. Clean, great parking, well stocked, and with easy access to where we wanted to go.

Clean and easy
Instructions for checking in were very clear. Building is clean. Property manager was responsive. Only problem is parking in the area. You have to pay to park anywhere, but this is expected in downtown also.
