Great resort to relax and swim, with decent food and drinks.

The resort was very beautiful, great view of the sea. Great swimming pools, towels etc. Amazing place to have a relaxed vacation. Excellent breakfast spread. The buffet food options for meals were quite impressive (not of great taste though).

The taste of food - though there were a lot of options, the food was OK. Especially for vegetarians - rice, vegetables etc were below average. Drinks - only 1 choice of whiskey available. Drinks/cocktails were just OK.

Phenomenal food and drink, excellent staff, relaxing and luxurious.

Exceptionally good stay. Meals were of a high standard, clearly prepared by good chefs of a high quality. Variety of food and drink was amazing. Pools were great, lots of seating and access to refreshments. Lovely tennis court that you can rent out every day, beautiful in the sun. Staff were supremely attentive and professional. Everything you could want for a relaxing all inclusive.

Not amazing toiletries available in the rooms- just wall dispenser shampoo/body wash, no conditioner. Thankfully there was a shop nearby where I was able to purchase.

Sea view? we could see the sea fine, but you had to look beyond the 100 Sqm of grey flat roof which definitely didn’t enhance the view- tip ask for high floor room to avoid the vast greyness, they did offer an alternative which was nice, but that looked on to the car park.

Good hotel, nice food, great staff, but not for small children

The staff and the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our family room was spacious and had comfortable beds with a nice sea view balcony. The food was great and accessible almost all hours of the day. The location was quiet and easily accessible from the town, the airport, and the local sandy beach by car. The evening entertainment was great for our kids to be able to play with all the other guest's children. Superbock on tap was great! Overall, its a good value when you consider you can eat and drink unlimited.

There are no facilities dedicated for small children (under 7). There was no kids club (despite being advertised at the time of booking) and no play areas at all which was disappointing. The indoor pool was small, cold, and not safe for smaller children as it was too deep and had difficult stairs to get in and out. On colder days, the indoor pool area was a mix of excitable children and grumpy elderly people trying to do laps. The hallways linking the bedrooms to the main body of the hotel have no windows and, in Winter, can be freezing in the mornings and evenings when the cold sea wind blows. Lastly, you must always pass through the lobby to get anywhere in the hotel which is strange when you are going between the poor/gym/spa in your bathing gear and walking past people having drinks. The design of the hotel means a lot of unnecessary walking to get anywhere, i.e. we were 20 meters from the pool bar but to walk there meant walking 20 times that distance through the hotel back upstairs, through the lobby, then back downstairs.

Clean hotel, with good service. Pool inside and steam sauna was good to have on January.

Low quality entertainment in the evenings. Very bad quality pillows, if you are use to heavier feather pillows then these cotton batting pillows will be painful for you neck :)

Very nice hotel, clean, beautiful, comfortable and very friendly staff who works there! They were so nice even when I was back after my trip to the mountains in my room was waiting for me cold bottle of Champaign because it was my Birthday:) I’ll be back for sure!

Amazing and relaxing place to stay!

It was a great place to stay and I recommended my friends as well! The hotel was always clean and staff we’re always smiling and working hard to serve drinks and food all the time. Great place to stay with kids as they enjoyed the swimming pool and food!

It would have been great if the menu is changed for breakfast and also salad selection is always same. If there are different cuisines each day it would have been nice.

The staff and all inclusive was excellent!

Entertainment was ok but could have been more vibrant and lively! The bands were great but could have been a bit upbeat, especially for a end of year celebration.
