Personal y comidas muy bien

El personal excelente y la atención prestada excelente lo peor no está adaptado para ningún discapacitados y mi hermana iba con muletas y no ha podido disfrutar de la piscina muy mal

Кухня была вкусная и разнообразная, работники отеля все были улыбчивые( даже не смотря на сложную работу) уборка номера всегда на высшем уровне, бармены делали очень вкусные напитки, вид из окна просто потрясающий( Океан, Лобос и Ланзарот), досуг и развлечения разнообразные. На ЗаМеТкУ всем кому нужна машина: На ресепшене спросите за «Алонсо Ренткар» очень выгодные цены! Спасибо RIU

Номер был очень старомодный но чистый, не удобный матрас( но вопрос решили топером для матраса) И походу на потолке была плесень, номер 545 обратите внимание

The Canary restaurant was mostly fully booked and only opened Friday to Sunday. General appearance was old and the carpet seems to need a change.

Soggiorno fantastico, ben sopra le aspettative, in una location unica e imparagonabile.

Siamo partiti con aspettative un po' "basse", leggendo le recensioni, in realtà già dall'arrivo siamo rimasti molto stupiti. Il resort presenta molti elementi degni di nota, tra i più importanti: La posizione eccellente (il resort è infatti in una posizione unica, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, nel bel mezzo della riserva naturale di Corralejo, in questa zona ci sono solo 2 hotel e il Riu Oliva è l'unico che accetta i minorenni, per cui è letteralmente unico), la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale (ho avuto bisogno di stampare 25 fogli, ho chiesto alla reception e senza esitare un secondo hanno eseguito GRATUITAMENTE la mia richiesta, sempre con enorme gentilezza) , la grande varietà di cibo al ristorante (pesce e carne sempre freschissimi, abbondantissima varietà di verdure, cibo da ogni parte del mondo il più delle volte eccellentemente cucinato, fatta eccezione per la pasta la cui cottura andrebbe rivista), l'ottima pulizia di tutti gli spazi comuni e non, la grande varietà di proposte offerte dall'animazione. Quindi Riu Oliva per noi è un grande sì! una piacevolissima scoperta, sicuramente ci torneremo.

gli arredamenti delle stanze, un po' "antichi", la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una "svecchiata"; per il resto tutto perfetto e bene sopra le aspettative

Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear por estar muy avejentadas, piden un reforma a gritos, si no fuera por eso, diría que son amplias y estupendas, pero tal y como están parecen más de un hotel de dos estrellas 😔

Perfect location, the evening entertainment was amazing. Quick and easy access to the town centre if wanted. Shop at the hotel and a 2 minute walk away across the road and a beautiful beach attached to the hotel. Lots of different foods to try and a separate snack bar by the pool. Will definitely be back.

Honestly I can’t fault the hotel. A little run down and could use some TLC in places but didn’t affect the over all holiday experience what’s so ever.

Fin de semana en Fuerteventura

Complejo hotelero situado en pleno Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo. Las vistas eran espectactulares, y la playa estaba al lado del hotel, y es de arena blanca y de dunas. Fantástica.

Se nota que hace tiempo que no renuevan las instalaciones, sobre todo las habitaciones (mobiliario antiguo, iluminación pobre y puertas afectadas por el viento y por el sol).

Las 2 Habitaciones viejas Colchones viejos e.incómodos El personal desde temprano pasando la máquina limpiando el piso de la entrada haciendo demasiado ruido despertando a nuestro bebé.

Für eine Nacht war es Okay

Freundliches Personal und eine gute Abendshow… Essen war reichlich vorhanden.

Das Hotel hat einen Einrichtungsstandard aus den späten 80er. Möbel aus Holz , Eiche Rustikal, überall platzt Farbe ab. Ein erheblicher Renovierungsbedarf.

Really nice hotel, will return to it in the future!

The games room set up for card games came in handy as a make shift office for us digital nomads doing some remote work while room cleaning do their thing.

There’s a beach cafe with a very loud generator which starts up at 9am and doesn’t stop until late afternoon. Don’t try and sleep with that thing on.

Very average and not good value- especially the lack of WiFi in rooms was a major irritant .

The theme restaurant very good but we could only book for one of our three nights there. Most staff trying very hard.

No WiFi except in public areas - pathetic these days! Hotel is generally past its best , outdated , with much broken building repair work needed , also lifts are so errant and erratic .

Katastrophales Hotel

Die Lage ist top, wenn man Strand und Meer liebt, - auch wenn Corralejo 10km entfernt ist.

Das hat mit RIU und Standards nichts zu tun. Deshalb wird es auch verhältnismäßig günstig angeboten. Aber geht einfach trotzdem nicht. Das ist gefühlt 60 Jahre nicht rennoviert worden. Schlimm. Essen grauenhaft. Toller Strand, 2 schöne Pools, mehr gibt es nicht.

Great to spend a night with family, who were staying at this accommodation. Travelled from Lanzarote on the ferry.

Good location. Great beach. Food and drinks good. Only a short bus/taxi ride to Corralejo.

Muy agradable la estancia en este hotel.

Es un hotel grande, pero sin aglomeraciones, hay mucho personal trabajando y se agradece mucho, porque no hay que esperar ni en recepción, ni en el comedor, ni en los servicios de cafetería. Es verdad que está anticuado, pero la limpieza y la atención están muy cuidadas. La piscina esta climatizada a 23 grados y te dejan toallas para la piscina o la playa.

La zona de las villas que están alejadas del edifico principal, vienen bien para familias porque son mucho más amplias, pero nosotros éramos solo dos personas y muy amablemente nos cambiaron al edifico principal.

Despite the few hitches, was definitely an amazing stay & I would recommend

The large expanse of white sand beach was heavenly. The resort was huge. The non stop availability of food & drinks could overwhelm a glutton. I am a picky eater but was able to find something that suited my taste each day, Family with kids also seemed to be having a swell time due to available facilities, activities & of course snacks

The bed felt like lying on just springs. Thankfully, the couch saved me after 2 dreadful nights. I think more information & signage will be helpful too for instance how to get around or what to do or where to go without relying on package tours. It was a hassle trying to figure things out & google definitely has no takes against locals with experience.
