The space
It's time for your vacation. Your family has been in the car all day or in crowded airports and cramped planes. You're worried that something is due to go wrong at this point, but when you open the door at your private Kissimmee vacation home rental, all your worries disappear. You step into your Vacation home with pool paradise and realize "this is exactly what I wanted, exactly what my family wanted. Let's get this vacation going!!"

Immediately after entering the home, you're greeted with a spacious formal living room and dining area. Walk further into the home and be find an open-concept where you can get a full view of the family swimming or lounging in the large family room.

From the family room, you can step out onto the lanai where you can enjoy a cool drink while getting some needed sun, or enjoy grilling and then doing a cannonball into the pool!

Your kids' eyes light up as they discover the game room in the garage equipped with a pool table, dart board, and basketball free-throw game.

When it's time to eat, the chef of the family can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything to make a perfect meal, whether it's just sandwiches or if you're cooking up a full meal for 8. Sit down at the dining room table when it's ready to eat! Or keep it casual and eat at the breakfast bar or on the lanai.

Tired? Don't worry. You won't have to worry about the kids staying up late in excitement when they're in their own bedroom down the hall. Your master bedroom suite includes a huge walk in closet, flat screen TV, and a luxuriously comfortable queen size bed. The private en suite bathroom has a separate bathtub & shower, so you can spoil yourself with a relaxing bubble bath after a long day at the parks. The second bedroom features a TV with a queen size bed and plenty of drawer space for unpacking. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 twin size beds and TV. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

Casa Felix was 20 minutes to tennis tournament and close to grocery stores. Only irritation was the entry gate to the community. Many visitors struggled with code. We had no problem once we got to the gate ourselves 😊 We enjoyed our stay

The place was great our only issue we realy had was the gate wasnt working when we arrived and after they fixed it our code wouldnt work so we had to call on the phone to get in with people honking at you behind us or just wait till someone put the code and in drive behind through. That made my wife have aniexty but the place was in a great neighborhood clean nice pool

Mature landscaping, good amenities, plenty of space, well kept and affordable. Hard to beat. Would rent again! Great laundry machines and tvs everywhere... Good master suite and bath. Lots of bedrooms and comfortable beds...

Bedroom rugs should be replaced. Bathrooms are old and dated. Washcloth and handtowel very worn. Absolutely no condiments, a salt n pepper. . Only had jar of decaf instant coffee. So i went and got my own ground coffee. Couldnt use bc there were no coffee filters. No sugar. Sign that said grill had tank but up to us to get gas. Nothing about this listing made you feel at home.

Fantastic place for a family stay in the south Orlando area. The house was beautiful, property was immaculate. Eli is amazingly communicative and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Couldnt ask for anything better!

Home is located in a pretty neighborhood with a walmart and walgreens less than 2 minutes away. We walked to the neighborhood park with a playground, tennis, and basketball courts a couple evenings. The wifi was above average, making it easy for me to work, attending video meetings. All bedrooms had a TV with spectrum cable TV boxes. Owner had a small basketball game and pool table in the garage making for a fun game room. The private pool's water was crystal clear and great for swimming (didn't need the heater which was available for an extra charge). The pool area was in a cage which kept the bugs away while swimming. Great location near the airport, with easy access to the turnpike, 192, and 417. Washer and dryer were convenient and easy to use. Will come again in the future if we are in the area. Thanks for a nice stay!

We took our annual golf trip to the Orlando area this year. This home was perfect for us. Close to everything, spacious, and comfortable. The home was very clean on arrival. The pool was great and the game room was a nice addition for a guys trip. Plenty of room for the 4 of us

The house was exactly as pictured and in a quiet location. Parks were a short drive away and shopping was close by. All the details needed for check-in were provided in advance, making our arrival easy. We would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a nice experience staying here and would stay again. The house was clean, safe and in a convenient location to the parks. The pool was very nice and got used a lot during our stay. Eli was responsive to messages when we needed trash bags and more paper towels. But thats where I feel the house was a little lacking. The house didn’t have nearly enough paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. Also if you plan to cook I’d highly recommend that you bring your own pans (there was only two very small pans) as well as any seasons you’d like for your food (mine provided) especially if your group is on the larger side. I’m sure with this being a newer listing the house will improve after each stay.

The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was large with a small eating area and the pool was a delight to have. The house is so large, we did not use all of the space. One bedroom is on the opposite side of the home for privacy, with its own washroom. We used the formal dining area as office space as we had some work to do while on vacation. This included Zoom meetings, which worked without any issues. The host was accommodating, friendly and available. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home, we hope to be back and would rent again from you in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was clean and well maintained. The extra expense for the heated pool was worth it. It wasn’t too far from the parks and was convenient to the airport.

I booked the home to celebrate my birthday with an intimate group of friends and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and the game room were a great part of the house, so much so we barely left the house the whole trip.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at Casa Feliz. The home was exactly as described. The location was great and close to everything we needed. We immensely enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our large family and did not feel overcrowded. The furniture was comfortable and homy. If ever we are in Kissimmee we will stay again. Checking in and out was easy. Eli was very accommodating with our schedule and needs. I would recommend to our friends and family and anyone else planning to stay in the Kissimmee area.

Home was very spacious,clean, and convenient to stores. Excellent to have been in a gated community. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The pool which was beautiful, but difficult to appreciate because a few hundred feet above your head are jet engines roaring from the near by airport. I understand this was out of the owners control, but would have been nice to have seen it in a review. There was wonderful communication with Eli, very helpful in all aspects. We do appreciate the opportunity.

This place was amazing, it was so clean and it had everything needed! The kitchen appliances were super nice, had every pot and pan needed for cooking all weekend. The washer and dryer worked well, the game room as fun and the pool area was beautiful, we will definitely be staying there again!!

Our family had to evacuate for hurricane Ian, Eli our house host, was incredibly helpful and welcomed us into this great home. Incredibly clean, cozy with a great pool and privacy. Safe neighborhood filled with families and in a great location close to shopping. Would recommend this house to anyone, especially families with kids or individuals with pets! 10/10 amazing stay!

The house is as presented and it is great for a family! The neighborhood is very beautiful and there is even a walgreens and walmart marketplace right outside the neighborhood. Communication with owner was great! Highly recommend!
