The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable. Very spacious and warm. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome. Nice touches such as tea and coffee with local biscuits. The decor was of a good standard and bed comfortable.
Everything the quirky theme. The location literally down a few steps and your in town with a number of local shops. The sea front was a short drive away. Pleanty of local cafes or restaurants to eat in or just to have a quiet drink. Parking was included.

How close amenities were, pubs, town, restaurants etc., not fat from par market and other locations.cinema near by literally on the doorstep. Quiet and tucked out the way.
It rained but still had a lovely time away. There was not anything really I didn't like except the rain.

The accommodation is very spacious and very well finished. There is plenty of storage for your belongings how ever long you are staying for. Excellent central location for visiting the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens just down the road too. We found it easy to locate, allocated car parking space behind the property and easy access to the property. The dining area is very generous leading up to the kitchen area with the lounge space. The bathroom with shower is great, which is always high on our list of priorities when booking somewhere. The bedroom is a good size and has more than plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Kitchen could do with a colander, bread knife and another small saucepan. These are only minor details and the accommodation is otherwise spot on.

Comfortable, fairly quiet for a town centre location and very conveniently located. Fairly well equipped and heated. The shortbread left was a nice touch. Also left some tea bags, but no milk! However, the Co-op is just a short walk and open till 10pm. It was very clean. Bathroom and the shower were good. The lounge was rather empty and might have benfited from a larger coffee table and another easy chair (as well as the sofa)
Only 2 forks for 3 of us! The TV just seemed to play catch-up not live TV, the radiators were difficult to work out with no instructions. Neighbours parked right outside the front door which was somewhat off-putting. There was no waste separation, just one general waste bin.

I arrived Sunday, the apartment layout was not what I expected from the photo's I had seen, it was a wonderful suprise to have so much space. The bed was comfortable and the room felt and looked clean. I don;t have a car at present so needed to use public transport. Transport for Cornwall seem to have improve matters and the apartments location to the bus stops at White River and the proximity of the Rail station are excellent.
The location for Restaurants, pubs and takeaways was excellent.
Sunday no local shops are open and I started my journey early, you can get meals and takeaways, but no supplies if you don't drive. Some UHT milk would have been good to get me through to Monday morning when I could pick up some milk. The supplied Tea and Coffee were a great touch, just had to drink them black.
The bin men arriving between 5am and 6am every day to pick the commercial rubbish.

It was a perfect apartment. It was clean and tidy and the theme was great. It's location is also perfect as near to shops, train station and bus station. It's just a really nice place and everything was catered for.

The hosts communication was next level good making for a hassle free, uninterrupted stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
Quite literally the WiFi was the only let down. Very low signal on any device I used, still usable however.

The apartment is central St Austell which allowed us to visit a large proportion of the coastline easily. There is not much in St Austell town centre itself other than few high street shops but there is a beautiful harbour 10 min drive (or 40min walk) called Charlestown which offers some fantastic food and drinks. We used public transport to get to Mevigissey and Charlestown. We drove further a field to Lands End, Porthcurno, St Ives, Truro, Newquay and Falmouth for days out. The apartment was clean and perfect set up for a base- we enjoyed a few evening drinks in the apartment on days we had been out all day.
There was nothing we didn’t like although we found sofa in the living room a little uncomfortable for longer than a short relax.

The cleanliness it was spotless. also provided us with a fan with it being so warm. absolutely fantastic would stay again anytime 👍
i would say the location is hard to find it’s not signed up a lot really. Also the front door is really hard to lock

I dont normally leave reviews but I’d like people viewing this property to know it’s worth the stay. It was spacious and clean with modern facilities. The bed was comfortable and the whole place smelt clean. I would definitely stay there again if I was around the area
Shower pressure could be a bit stronger and we couldn’t work out the right temperature on the shower. And a washing machine might be ideal but no problem

Very central location easy to get around even withouth a car. Apartment was lovely quite spacious and very clean. I don't like hotels as I prefer to do my own meals and kitchen had everything that would be necessary for cooking. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, spacious, modern, comfortable bed, excellent wifi. Host was engaging and helpful in every respect and they have gone to so much trouble to carefully make the property so inviting.

Bed was absolutely amazing, so comfy feel asleep within minutes of head hitting the pillow.
The pirate theme and how the apartment has been set out and finished to meet that theme, was outstanding.
Very nice and spacious layout with everything you could need for a home away from home.
Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Cornwall.

Avery good location with all the facilities we needed at the hotel and local facilities/amenities within a few minutes walk. The beds were very comfortable in the room and all in all the rooms were very good
We had opted for an upgrade to an excelsior room but although the room was very nice to the eye, there was a damp atmosphere and smell to it. The hotel staff moved us to a smaller double room which was was very good
