We drove all the way from Alberta, Canada for the Young Living Annual Convention and this home was absolutely ideal for us to come home to each night! So clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. And reasonably priced! A 10 out of 10!!!

I was in SLC for work and stayed here with a colleague. Great house and the location is also very nice. Park nearby and close to hikes and restaurants. Hot tub was a plus as well!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The size and location were great. It was quite warm, but fortunately there were some fans we used in the bedrooms upstairs. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Midvale is a perfect location when you intend to visit multiple ski resorts and when you have additional guests coming and going thru the airport. The unit was perfect for us and for all the guests we intended to host. It was a plus to have a private hot tub and grill. We were comfortable the entire time and would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit pricey for us. The overall price was listed as less than some others. If you don’t read the price details you don’t realize that you have an extra $150-$200 of fees that go towards the Utah Vacation Club. So that makes them more expensive. The space was great and if you have a larger group this would definitely accommodate your needs. The applicants are a bit dated too. The use of the TV was harder in this place than I had with other VRBOS’s that I have used multiple times. There was supposed to be a garage door opener and there wasn’t one. I reached out to management and they asked if we wanted one brought to us and we of course said yes but we never got one. Overall I may rent this place again now that I know there are extra costs to this facility.

The house was clean and as pictured. Hot tub had a bit of a weird smell but we didn't end up reaching out to anyone about it. Overall was an ideal rental for my ski trip with 4 friends.

We had a great stay. The condo had what we needed. Plenty of room & comfy sofas. The location to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons was perfect. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. We appreciated having a garage since we were there during a big snow storm. Very simple check in/check out process. Overall we had a great stay & hope to return in the future.

Incredible value located in a quiet cul de sac near plenty of retail grocery, food & ski rental stores. Was perfect for our family of 4, we stocked up on groceries & ate in thanks to a fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub after skiing.

Nice property quite area. If you have a full size pickup truck parking is a little tough. The driveway is short and a pickup won't fit in the garage. Other than that we had a nice relaxing stay.

The front door Yale lock did not work, so house was not locked each day.
We had booked a house with a game room and pool table. This unit had an unfinished basement. Very disappointing. Back fence is falling down so it made it hard to open and close the hot tub.
The can opener did not work. One dirty coffee cup. Pills, no soft ones. The mgr on the phone did not seem to care too much and just said that’s what you booked. Login for WiFi is wrong in instructions

Staff was very kind for my mistaken reservation dates and related accommodations. Property was clean and fresh, very well setup with cooking and hosting supplies. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice. Not all TVs are setup like the living room which is perfectly fine, no tv on vacations! Location was ideal as described by local friends. Nicely suburban spot, 2 min walk to nice park for kids, 5 minute walking distance to restaurants, fast or neat, and gas station for vehicles. Would recommend this location for families and will absolutely use this company for future Utah travels. Thank you, Niall.

We enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub because it was over 100 every day we were here. The AC worked very well. Thanks!

We stayed here during a recent ski vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is about 25-30 minutes to ski areas (depending on traffic of course). The beds were all very comfortable. Living room is comfy. Lots of space. We did not really use the kitchen as we only had breakfast there. The house was very clean upon arrival. The hot tub was hot but didn't seem like the jets worked too well. Our main complaint was the programmable thermostat. The house was too hot for us as it was always at 70 degrees. We'd adjust the temperature to 65 and it would go back to 70.
The agent from UtahsBestVacations was always very helpful when we were booking, and we received plenty of (advance) information in preparation for arrival and departure.
We would rent again if/when we return to SLC.

We came to SLC for a ski weekend and could not be happier with our choice. The house is spacious and comfortable (3 large beds and a large couch). The kitchen is well stocked and there’s even a ping pong and football table in the basement!
The host was very communicative too. Even though the wifi was slow and difficult to connect to, the host was quick to respond and provide us with an alternate network.
The biggest perk was the hot tub though - it was perfect after a long day of skiing and set this house apart from the others we considered. We would definitely come back again!

Fantastic find, the hot tub was the star!

Very nice property and close to everything. We skied at Alta, Brighton and Snowbird it only took 25 minutes to get there.

Very nice place except for it is misleading about the "9th" sleeping space . The futon was not safe for sleeping. It was downstairs in a dark, dank basement with a broken leg on it with stains. We were going to have my daughter sleep there but had her sleep on the floor upstairs instead.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Nicely furnished, clean and spacious. The main issue we had is that the home is on the bottom of a hill and a private road serves the homes in this area. We had a large storm come in on a Monday and the road wasn’t plowed until Thursday. We rented a minivan and it wasn’t able to go up the hill those days before it was plowed. We ended up buying chains for the tires just to get up the hill.
If you are coming in the winter then be sure to have a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Our neighbors had those type of vehicles and didn’t have a problem.
Still, we had a great time.
