Welcome to your home away from home! This property is perfect for multi-generational families or two or three couples traveling together. Each family will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature jetted bathtubs to revive your sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking. Our home also features beautiful views of Pagosa Peak out the back, a 5 minute drive to the hot springs, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a brewpub! You are right in the heart of all the fun Pagosa Springs has to offer.

One of the best features of our home is the amazing neighborhood it is located in! Renting a home in Pagosa lakes gives you access to the amenities below.

5 Beautiful LAKES
PLPOA Lakes are private. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can use the lakes for recreating. Swimming is NOT allowed in the lakes nor the use of any pool float, inner-tube or foam lounge chairs.

FISHING
Being a short -term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase fishing passes during your stay. If you fish without a pass you will be issued a ticket. You may purchase a fishing permit across the street at the rec center. Weekly Permit: $40 Adults, $15 Youth (6-12) Daily Permit: $20 Adult, $10 Youth (6-12)

BOATING
All boats must be registered, all trailered boats must be inspected before launching. Please see our boating regulations on the PLPOA website.

RECREATION CENTER
The PLPOA Rec Center is a private facility. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can purchase passes to utilize the Rec Center. Being a short term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase a pass during your stay. Passes can be purchased at the Rec Center for $15 a day.

The location was excellent. The condo had no air conditioning which in July is not good. The condo also had many spiders which also was not good.

Beautiful condo and location. Very spacious and well supplied. Very close to recreation center with gym, racquetball and indoor pool. Only thing I might suggest is to have cushions for patio chairs and add a couple of lounges for patio. We were very pleased with our stay and we might be back if we come back to Pagosa.

Our stay was perfect! The property was accurately listed and easily fit a large group of us. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Our kids had a blast playing with toys int he loft which the adults enjoyed time downstairs in the spacious living room and stocked kitchen. It was in the perfect location near grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the owners was very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs. The condo was just as advertised; it was spacious and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful during our stay (thank you, Kim!). The location of the condo is perfect. A short walk away from a great coffee shop and an easy drive to good restaurants and a grocery store. And not only did the beautiful hot air balloons fly over the condo, two of them actually landed right beside it! We couldn't have asked for better ringside seats! We definitely hope to come back for another visit next year!

The property is lovely, however, upon arrival the primary bedroom had no linens and the comforter was balled up on the floor. Glass doors needed cleaning, and we had trouble opening/closing windows. The washing machine was broken (owner told us they knew it, but it was scheduled for repair). As week went on, we found the oven was broken, we informed owners, they told us repairman was due to come out, but it never happened. All communication was through owners - I would have preferred to speak with a local property manager, but I was not given a name or number, despite repeated requests.

We came into Pagosa for our grandson's high school graduation. There were 5 of us and the property was just perfect. We all had a great time and so much fun together. The property was easy to maneuver and location is just a few blocks behind the City Market, restaurants etc. We had a great time!!

This Condo is very nice! Great for couples or families. Central location convenient to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, gas, car washing, and hospital. 'Welcome Book' offers hints for dining, fishing and hiking to name a few hints. Owners are "GREAT" folks ready to help with any request. Highly recommend #104 for your next vacation...we will be back! Thanks Kim and Geoff for sharing your lovely home in Pagosa!

We really enjoyed our time here. The home is beautiful and well kept! The kitchen was stocked very well with utensils, pans, and kitchen needs. The home is located near walmart so we bought groceries and cooked all our meals. We will definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our trip to Pagosa Springs to get away from the Texas heat! The owner was easy to work with and the home was located in the very convenient location of Pagosa Lakes. The area has an extensive number of paved walkways for daily walks with your fur babies!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, very walkable to groceries, coffee, bike shop and more. The unit was beautiful and spacious and the owners have thought of everything. The owners were also very responsive, we needed more propane for the grill and they responded immediately and by the end of the day the property manager had switched out the tank. Such a great experience, thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay and would certainly stay here again! We are frequently in Pagosa for work and always looking for a nice place to stay. This trip was strictly for fun and not business so waking up and drinking on the upper master deck was amazing! There was one small issue we can across but I simply messaged the owner and she responded and handled everything appropriately and in a timely manner. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We have 2 families of 4 that meet up to ski Wolf Creek every year and this home was great! The 2 master suites were perfect for the adults while the kids all had their own space in the third bedroom. Everyone loved it!

Fabulous condo. Perfect for my family. Kim was lovely, helpful, responsive, even gave us a shout out when a storm was coming during our stay to make sure we were ready and safe. Highly recommended. We hope to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here during the Thanksgiving holiday. Really close to the grocery store and town, really well stocked kitchen - owner even provided a cast iron pan for the big meal! Beds were some of the softest and most comfortable we’ve had too. Looking forward to returning.

Property was top notch, clean and well appointed. Location excellent, close to shopping and things to do. Three nice sized bedrooms, each with a king bed and dedicated bathroom. Plenty of common space (upstairs, downstairs, dining room and patio), easy to spread out and have different activities.

This home is spacious and lovely. Lots of room to spread out with 3 large bedrooms that have their own full bath. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. It was 90 when we were there but the unit was very comfortable despite not having a/c. I would recommend highly to anyone looking for a rental on Pagosa.

We loved staying in this large, modern townhouse! It has everything you need to make it like home! Three large bedrooms, all with king beds (one with two king beds!). Each bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom. It would be great for large families or groups. Back patio is so nice with a grill and wonderful mountain views. Conveniently located near a grocery story, coffee shop, lots of restaurants, and a wonderful walking trial. Access to a very nice local recreation center that has extensive workout equipment and a pool was an added bonus. Owner was very responsive with all communication. You will not be disappointed!

This property was thoughtfully prepared for the renter. Attention was paid to every detail to make our stay carefree. When I discovered that the BBQ was out of propane, I notified the owners and they had the bottle replaced much quicker than I could imagine. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation referring this home to others.
