A very clean and modern. A big bed but this was two singles put together. Nice price. Fresh juice, milk, and bread are provided in the fridge with a small selection of biscuits and tea/coffee. Friendly hosts. Handy for visiting Hardin's wall and surrounding areas.
Wifi was a bit patchy. The shower pressure was low. The towels were a bit rough. No control over the heat that we could see.

The room was decorated to a high standard and had everything you need. And extras you didn’t know you needed. I think the situation of the accommodation is very handy for walking or sight seeing in the surrounding area. I spoke to the owner on arrival and was made very welcome. And shown were everything was. I parked right outside the room. Very handy for unloading and loading the car. I would recommend this accommodation and I will use them again.
There was nothing I disliked .

Right on Hadrian’s Wall Path. Property was exceptionally clean. Everything there that anyone would need including hot water bottles that I made use of after a wet and cold day. The little verandah is lovely and private. The breakfast is perfect for walkers and more than enough to eat. Beans on toast if you wished and croissants etc. Packed lunch was excellent. I recommend this property and the hosts.
It took me a while to work out the ‘kettle’ but I got there in the end!

Perfect in every way. It was clean, tidy, well thought through. .
Can't think of anything

We were told that it was a converted garage, but one would never have thought it, it was very well planned and high quality eqipmenr ie kettle tv, very comforable would recomend
unfortunately the wifi went down but that wasn´t the fauñt of the owner

Beautiful location in a very quiet little town. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The host left as many things for our breakfast. We were more than satisfied.
The host informed us when we arrived that the Internet was out. Being in such a remote area, that left us without any connections. I know this is just a temporary issue that will easily be resolved. So this is not meant to be a negative, is anyone can have the Internet go out at any time.

Excellent, simple facilities, a good range of treats, adequate breakfast, peaceful location, handy pub/restaurant near by, outside space. Perfect stop over when travelling north or south
Nothing comes to mind

Very comfortable stay. Accommodating, friendly hosts, great little shop onsite, could order a takeaway to the studio after a long days walking. Great packed lunch (enquire in advance)

We read some reviews before, learnt over the years to navigate the informative from the whiny.
This place is like the old Ronseal advert “ it does what it says on the tin “
After reading reviews I do not understand some of them
Liz + Mike are totally honest ,upfront and set expectations on description of this delightful accommodation .
A bonus of continental type breakfast of cereal, bread/ toast ,croissant , with jams thrown in as a good will welcome
Very clean, nicely decorated ,fantastic en suite, massive bed and kitchenette to cook simple meals and set up your day walking
So simply if you want super fast Broad band , fifty choices of coffee and pretend your visiting a historic site ,by driving taking a selfie then go to London ,Carlise ,Edinburgh,Newcastle etc
If you want to embrace over 2000 years of history ,disappear, disconnect a bit (they do have mobile signal and Wi-Fi)
Then go for it (but not too many people as we want to be able to book again )
Absolutely nothing

Studio situated on Hadrian's Wall walk route so ideal stop off. Of all the rooms we booked each night on our six night trek, this was by far the most comfy, most clean and most quiet. We slept brilliantlly. There were snacks and breakfast and we were able to leave our bicycles stored safely for a few nights. Hosts were super friendly.
Nothing.

Great location on the Hadrian's wall to stay - literally ON it. Good beds, you can cook your own meal, no hassle, nice people.
The hosts will make you lunch, just ask about in in time. Lunch is really good.
This is not where you go for a great breakfast - you can compose it yourself from prepackaged goods and the space to eat is small.
Still: it's plentiful, all is tidy and you are 10m from Hadrian's Wall trail. It's all about your priorities.

It is a lovely property with a large comfy bed, good shower plus a well-stocked fridge and items for breakfast. The kettle delivers an automatic amount of hot water for a tea or coffee. You can park on the grass at the front or just outside the property.
It was slightly difficult to find due to some temporary road closures in the area, which is obviously not the owners’ fault. The hot water pressure to the sinks is quite low.
4.5
Everything you need in a small, stylish package, literally a few steps from the Wall path.

It had everything we needed. Quiet location on Hadrians Wall trail. We walked to Sally's restaurant in Irthington, can highly recommend the food.

Everything was spot on. No complaints at all. Location was paramount in my choice and you can't get much nearer to Hadrians Wall Path ( about 3 yards from the property!!)

Small but adequate for a 2 night stay visiting friends.
Very clean and well equiped.
Small problem with the shower which Mike came and fixed straight away.
Breakfast cereals weren't topped up for 2nd morning.
The mattress on the kitchen side probably could do with replacing.

Location, everything you need in miniature
There should be info/warning that their snack shed was open dawn til dusk just near the doorway of the studio

Everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Good to be right on Hadrians Wall path.
Everything we needed
No pub next door or in the village but a restaurant a mile walk.

Close to the wall , clean
A warm welcome at the studio was not forthcoming , bed mattress creaked springs stuck in my back very uncomfortable needs changing, I noticed this has been noted on the reviews before seems the hosts ignore there clients comments and them personally, very Roystan vassey.

Clean and comfortable. Bed was fantastic.

Lizzy and Mike are great hosts providing everything you have for a comfortable stay. Great heating, king size bed, great pillows. Brampton is only a couple of miles down the road and has shops, restaurants, and pubs.
The studio is very close to Hadrian's Wall, Lanercost Priory, and good walking tracks.
Off street parking adjacent to the studio is great.
I was very impressed with the continental breakfast and that they provided face washers (flannels) not common in the UK.
Everything was great
