About this apartment rental

Fully updated, beautiful 1BR, 1Bth condo on the first floor and centrally located in Ocean Village. Everything has been updated in this unit. Living area has been expanded to include the original screened porch, so it's very large and open! Sliders lead you right out to a patio overlooking the putting green! Have your cocktails right outside your door and practice your short game! Close to tennis courts and only a 1 minute walk to the ocean, the main pool and the Tiki Bar!
French doors off the LR lead to the cozy MBR. Ample closet space in both the bedroom and the separate dressing area. Bathroom has a large shower with custom tile and custom glass shower doors. Two sinks make it easy for several people to get ready at once - one is located in the shower area, and one in the dressing area.
The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with all of the amenities you'll need to cook a memorable meal (or not!) 4 barstools at the large peninsula, and a separate table for 4 means ample seating to entertain! This unit has a FULL SIZE LG washer and dryer!
But who's staying inside? Here in OV, you'll never run out of things to do! Besides the gorgeous beach, there's a 9 hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, 6 pools, the Tiki Bar for lunch and fun drinks, a wonderful restaurant on premises, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, basketball, fitness center, library, great walking trails along A1A, and so much more! My husband and I spent two weeks here, and it was awesome. This was the cleanest VRBO rental I have ever experienced and the location was ideal. Owner was quick to respond to any questions, and the house was fully stocked with everything needed for the beach and relaxing vacation. We will absolutely be back.

Upon arriving we were disappointed to find that the main pool was closed for renovations and that the pickleball courts had been closed as well. However the beach was beautiful, the remaining smaller pools were refreshing and well maintained and our condo was clean and very comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful week at Ocean Villages!

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Ocean Village in a nice 1 bedroom condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location to the main pool and tiki bar, plus right on the golf course. The owner was very cordial and pleasant to deal with.

The condo is perfect, very clean, great location. The condo has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, only need to bring your clothes and food. Bonus was a 24 hour guarded gate. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described. It was nicely decorated and very clean, which was very important to me. Having the beach such a short walk was awesome , especially when traveling with a 6 month old and four year old. The pool was also steps away. It was a perfect place for a family vacation stay, the location can’t be beat!

We had a great time. Well cared for property and well maintained. Pools were great! Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Scott was amazing to work with…always available to answer questions. Only negative was that the condo was next to putting green and lawn maintenance workers were out working early every morning. (Loud equipment)

We stayed to see the Cardinals spring training games. However, still in negotiations and we needed to plan other adventures. This home away from home is beautiful. Awesome size Tv in main room and good size tv in bedroom for when you want to chill. Plenty of sheets and towels. Great kitchen amenities. Coffee pot under cabinet by bar stool. ( don’t worry). Excellent location to everything. Just book this VRBO. We took a drive to Herman’s Bay and Barefoot Beach. The beach here at the Ocean Village is awesome too. You don’t have to go anywhere. Beautiful clean corner unit. Scott, the owner had very detailed check in instructions. It felt like home. The photos are accurate. Full kitchen was great. Very close to the beach, pool, hot tub, and Tikki bar. Great food at the Tikki bar and the restaurant. We didn't need to buy anything except our own food.

This Condo was very nice. It had all the amenities that you will need. Perfect location. It is an easy walk to a restaurant, Tiki bar and pool and the beach. It also has a room that you can go in and play cards or do puzzles that they provide and a workout room. The owners were very helpful when we had a problem and had to reschedule.

We had originally booked a week in southern Portugal but Covid lingered on and ruined those plans. My wife grew up on the ocean In Massachusetts and so I began the hunt on VRBO. I wanted off the beaten path and luckily I found Ocean Village and this super property literally steps from the beach, pool, restaurant and it has the practice putting green in the “backyard” where I taught my wife the fundamentals of putting. The Island Beach Bar and Restaurant had excellent service and the food was delicious- visited 3 times during our week - the fish tacos (1/2 price on Taco Tuesday)were unbelievable and there was live music on Friday. We will definitely be booking another stay here - the check in process with the proprietor was easy the condo was exceptionally clean and we really liked the fact that it’s a gated community. One of our favorite excursions was the clear kayak tour - excellent.

This was our third stay at Ocean Village and first time in this unit. The property manager was very accommodating in our check-in schedule. At the time of our visit the on site restaurant was not open but the kitchen had everything you would need for food preparation. Plenty of towels and linens. For golfers, location is great. Would recommend this property.

We loved the condo and the Ocean Village community. Condo cozy and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. So many things to do. Perfect getaway for a couple. Condo is immaculate and has everything you need. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. No issues at all. Village was fairly empty for the month of November. This listing was as stated. We had friends in the area with a house on the water so we did not use any of the resort amenities or even use the kitchen. However, for the few things we did need (bowls for cereal and a pot to boil some eggs) it was easy to see that everything was in order. Unfortunately, the one day we left our adult kids to go fishing they could not find a spare key so they didn’t feel comfortable leaving the place unlocked and did not take advantage of some of the on-site amenities. As well, we did not realize we should have left $ so they could rent ping pong paddles for $2...opps! (We’re Canadian) The resort itself is dated but, this unit has been very nicely renovated and we would recommend staying here.

We stayed at this corner unit and enjoyed every day. You can watch people, mostly men all day as the putting green is right out the door. We used the nine hole golf course quite often as it was a few steps from the door. There are plenty of sheets, towels and a kitchen with everything you need to make meals. There is a TV in living room and bedroom. You don't need to spend a lot of time looking at other condos as this has everything you could possible need.

Dana and Kevin have a very special property in ocean villas I. When you walk in the door, you immediately feel like it's your new home. I LOVE the shower. This has nothing to do with Ocean Village but the weather wasn't very nice. Thank you Dana and Kevin.
