New! This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a huge backyard. It is located on the golf course in Windsor. It is in walking distance to a great restaurant and just moments to the downtown green. Home is very close to the world famous Russian River Brewery. And Lake Sonoma is just a quick drive north if the lake suits your trip.
There is a lovely hot tub for you to enjoy, as well as a fire pit, BBQ and hammock to lounge in the sun.

I stayed here with 10 other girls for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house is exactly how it was depicted in the listing, and comfortably fit our large group. We loved the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and spacious, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The house is located in a great area; we went out at night to downtown Santa Rosa which was a quick 10 minute Uber ride, we spent a day at Russian River and enjoyed a scenic 30 minute drive there, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The only small notable issue is that there were a lot of signs around the property warning us to be quiet or we could be kicked out. It’s understandable that we need to be quiet during quiet hours but the excessive amount of signs made us feel on edge like we could get in trouble at any moment. We luckily didn’t have any issues with noise complaints and the stay overall was great, I would happily stay here again

The property itself was definitely designed to host a group of people. It had all the essential things you needed for cooking indoor or outdoor. Plus, the house had this clean, but also warm smell that made it that much more inviting. We were really surprised how close to different breweries and wineries it was. Plus the different trails around it were so tranquil in the early mornings or mid evenings. Would stay at this rental again for sure.

We had 10 people and we all fit in the house comfortably! We loved the open layout in the kitchen. It allowed us all to really enjoy our time together.

House and hot tub are lovely, but some of the outlets and appliances don’t work. We couldn’t reach the host and never received check in instructions. We were stranded for a few hours even though it was hours past check-in time.

Overall the property was just as described and spacious for a group of 10 (8 in rooms, 2 on sofa bed). Fully stocked kitchen, nice yard with hammock and grill, hot tub, and nice residential neighborhood. Definitely respect the quiet hours so as not to bother the neighbors, as it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed staying here - the neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. There was lots of space to stretch out, including a nice outdoor area. We cooked a couple meals and had all the kitchen appliances necessary to do so. Overall a great stay.

This was the middle stay sandwiched between two stints of camping. The house had everything we needed for our group of friends: plenty of space for socializing both inside and out, well equipped clean bathrooms, and a very easy kitchen to work in. The hot tub was a bonus. We would stay here again if we were to visit the wine country. .

Property overall was nice and as presented. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot tub that made not useable, and despite multiple contacts with the host the problem was not resolved during the time of our stay. We did receive a partial refund for this inconvenience.

We were visiting the area for a bike ride a group of us do together. We ride hard on Saturday and it was wonderful to come back to a quiet home with a hot tub for us all to relax and unwind. The home is modern and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was very clean and well decorated. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. My only concern was the check-in process. I asked if it was possible to arrive a bit early to set up some decorations for our guest of honor. Due to the house being rented the previous day, we were unable. We arrived after check-in time, at 345pm and the cleaners were still there. The cleaners were great and very helpful, allowing us to unpack our car. It wasn't until hours later that I realized the host has emailed me at 230 (just 30 min prior to check-in at 3) saying they needed more time to clean. Luckily it wasn't too long of a wait. The only other gripe we had was that the faucets were a little hard to get used to, as they are touchless. The kitchen faucet leaked a bit and needed the handle jiggled.

The house is just as pictured. It was perfect for our needs - a girls getaway of 6 people. Everything was pretty, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, we visited several wineries around Healdsburg that were just short drives away.

The home was beautiful and well equipped. The outdoor space was also beautiful. It was convenient having the washer and dryer available and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were also plenty of towels available. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple minor complaints. We had a 11 people so we had to utilize the pull out sofas and it did not appear the sheets were clean so we had to find clean linens and remake the beds. Also, we showed up to find the garage was locked and we were not allowed access. We had 3 cars so we needed the space. It was not clear on the listing that we would not have access to the garage so it created a little concern when we arrived. We did get a hold of the management company and found out we could park on the street so that took care of the issue. The biggest issue we had was not being able to enjoy the beautiful backyard. There is a hot tub, hammock and firepit. Apparently the community has enacted quiet hours. They asked for no amplified music or loud noises after 9pm on weekdays. We completely understand and respect this as this a residential community with other homes nearby. However, one of the evenings 4 of us were sitting around the firepit talking about 9:15pm. We were not being loud and there was no music playing. In fact, the AC unit kicked on and was louder than what we were talking. We suddenly heard a voice that sounded like it came from a speaker that said we had to "take it inside". We have no idea where it came from. It could have been a neighbor or someone spying on us through a camera of some sort. But we felt completely violated. Again, we understand not having a party and loud noises but find it very unreasonable not to be able to sit outside at all after 9pm. It was hot during the day so it made the backyard completely unuseful. Unfortunately, because of this we would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was just as pictured in the photos...in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We all commented on how nice the beds, linens and towels were! The location was great too! A quick drive to Healdsburg and surrounding wineries. We would highly recommend this home.
