This was a great location for our golf outing, close to all the courses we were playing. The guys loved having their own rooms. we were very comfortable with this stay and are talking about making this trip a couple of times a year.
Only down side is it sleeps 14 but only has 7 forks to eat with. we had other friends over for dinner and was short on the eating utensils. Thanks

This property was amazing for our large family, only made better by the amazing host! We enjoyed all aspects of the home but most, especially the screened in porch - It was an absolute delight. The walk down to the dock is rather treacherous, but once you get there, it is peaceful and a great place to fish. The house had all the amenities you would need for cooking, Laundry, Games for the family, Lifejackets… Etc.. We spent a week here as a family of 11 and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time!

Was good layout for family. Hard to get to dock and tree down by dock so unable to swim like we wanted. But Avalon Beach was close so we went there instead.

Loved the house it was in a beautiful setting. The windows were very nice and you could see different views from each set. The fireplace was a nice addition as was the snow, don’t know how he arranged that. We had one little problem with the clothes dryer and that was taken care of almost within the hour. Just an all around great stay.

I chose this house to accommodate family and friends and allow everyone to spread out while in town for my daughter’s wedding. This house definitely allows for this. Beautiful location and easy access to everything!
My rating for cleanliness is lower due to a few oversights that should always be addressed between stays. A used and not flushed toilet, leaves were not blown from deck and driveway. They were heavily covered and my brother spent time taking care of it. The upstairs fireplace was not emptied of coals. We had to spend time cleaning it out prior to use. Garage trashcan and screened deck trash not emptied.
Suggestions; provide fire starters, change lightbulbs to ensure adequate lighting; lamp in upstairs bedroom doesn’t work nor ceiling fan light. garage door opener didn’t work (battery?), downstairs shower door doesn’t shut.
Parking Note: We had lots of car shuffling due to extremely steep driveway. If multiple car use, it could be an issue for parking.
Other than these things, we all enjoyed the stay here and I do recommend for large gatherings!

This is a wonderful home that is very clean, spacious, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, excellent mattresses, well furnished and they even provide fishing poles, kayaks and life jackets!! There were 4 couples staying here for our family reunion and the home was plenty large to allow quiet space for all while accommodating as well for fun times in the large living room and on the two back decks to watch tv, play games, read and just hang out & chat. The fishing dock was awesome as well for a gathering place to fish and kayak and then the ping pong table on the lower level of the home became quite a popular spot as well! The only challenge is the driveway since we had 4 vehicles but we made it work to fit them all. What a great place!

Just steps away from a pristine lake! We really loved the open floor plans on the top and bottom floors. Bedrooms were large, beds comfy. Big TVs. Ping Pong. Great access to nearby trails. The house had a very helpful guide that lead us to a near by waterfall! Highly recommend you check this out.
Host was very responsive and resolved the few issues we had quickly. I would encourage the host to purchase new kayaks and paddles. The equipment provided was a bit disappointing but we made it work!
For any active guests, make sure you sign up for a guest pass with the HOA. This is a requirement to use the beach and swim dock.
Thanks for a great stay. We will be back next year!

The home was very spacious. Plenty of room for our family to hang out. Everyone loved the ping pong table. Driveway is a little tough to navigate but with some help everyone was able to manage and we were able to park 4-5 cars. I would say the home is more like 6 bedrooms vs 7 though as you have to walk through another bedroom to enter/exit that room. It would’ve also been nice to have more spare linen so if you plan on bringing air mattress or sleeping on the couch then make sure to bring your own pillows and linens! All the bathroom locks could use replacing too as they didn’t really lock. These are just small details. Overall the home served its purpose and we all had a wonderful time.

Lots of fun. We could have used another bathroom but it all worked. Haha.

Good location on Lake Avalon, roomy house and comfy beds.
Advertises 2 kayaks and a pedal boat but they do not have the current Bella Vista stickers so you cannot take them on the lake. There are no paddles for the kayaks.
The property had to be vacuumed and the decks and outdoor furniture had to be cleaned by us.
Broken toilet seat we had to replace no reimbursement Sugar ant problem in the kitchen
Property manager was extremely rude when I discussed the issues on the phone.

Great house for a big group to stay. We played all of the Bella Vista courses. This house was close to them and provided a nice relaxing place to hangout when the golf was done. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

This property is exactly as described and pictured. We had 6 adults, 8 children ranging in ages of 8 - 16 and our dog. We all had beds, even the dog had a bed. The ping pong table was a hit, everyone played. A lot of games were played by the kids which they enjoy the most. Since we stayed later in October, the dock and bay this property is on didn't really offer us swimming. But the kids had fun at the park close by, they went mountain biking for an afternoon and went to an amusement park in Fayettville for an afternoon. Would we stay again? Maybe. It is a long drive from southern Minnesota. But this experience was well worth the drive!

We stayed here for a family wedding in town and absolutely loved this home. The location is perfect, views of the lake were amazing and the pictures posted on the listing portrayed this home Perfectly. The house was clean and laid out perfect for multiple families staying. The only negative would be parking with several people was tricky. The driveway was sloped and hard to fit everyone’s cars but we would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Experience
We had a splendid stay. The house was exceptionally clean, the house and decks are shaded, and the dock was great for fishing and boating. And several kayaks and a paddleboat were provided at no extra charge. Our interactions with Bob and Brenda were friendly and helpful. This was our families 19th yearly vacation - only the 2nd time we have gone to a lake instead of Part Aransas on the gulf. The kids really enjoyed it here and want to return to a lake next year. The kayaks were a big hit as the lake is small enough to get around in safely. Fishing was good! Thanks Bob for a memorable week.

Quick and easy
Verypleased with the home itself but the grounds need word and the cove off the deck needs to be cleaned out so everyone is not stepping on sticks and other objects to injure feet!

Three days of fun and relaxation
Great house situated in wooded hills that is in an area with plenty to do. We brought our sail boat with a small outboard, hiked to the waterfall, swam at the beach, played a lot of chess, did a little fishing off the dock, and a little biking. Great stay and the owner was very nice!

Great Location | Spacious Living areas
This is a fantastic location for entertaining extended family & friends. Whether you are into MTB'ing, kayaking, or fishing, it is all right here. Huntley Gravity Zone and Tunnel Vision trails are a short ride from the house. Grocery stores deliver to this address making it easy to just show up and feel at home. While we brought our own paddle boards for the lake, there were kayaks and a paddle boat available for use at the dock. There is also a hose available to wash off bikes after a dirty ride.
Bob was very helpful in our pre-arrival as some concert tickets were delivered before we arrived. He made sure they were safe and secure in the house when we arrived.

fabulous house
The house is beautiful and very spacious. It was very clean. And had a decorated Christmas tree set up!! Now that was a special surprise. We were 11 adults and one 16 month old. The house is down the street from a beautiful hiking trail/water fall that did not disappoint. A short drive to Bentonville or park the car close by to bike trail for a 6 mile bike ride into Bentonville. Only small thing, and I hate even mentioning it because the house was so fabulous would be for a house that accommodates so many people it needs more dish towels and stock up more with paper towels and TP. But putting that aside, We had such a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
