Welcome to Burnt Store Marina! We are a gated community in Southwest coastal Florida (https://bsm22.org). Our 1bd/1ba waterfront 3rd fl unit has been recently refurbished. Take the elevator with your luggage. Sit on your private balcony and watch boats as they enter the south basin or docking for lunch.
You are just a few steps from Cass Cay restaurant where they offer inside and outside dinning, and from The Trading Post, perfect for breakfast, lunch and take out pizzas and salads. There is also a farmer’s market on the parking lot every Friday morning.
If you are headed out on a boat or renting a kayak, the ship store is just across the parking lot. Golf, fitness center, pickleball and tennis are available in Burnt Store Marina (check the website for more infos).
For those looking for some serious early summer fishing, Boca Grande is only 20 mins due west of us by boat and was named 2017 "World's Top 12 Tarpon Destinations" as reported by NewSportFishing.com and in 2019 by SaltwaterSportsMan.com. Our marina has a number of captains available for charter specializing in tarpon fishing. So if you are considering hooking into a Silver King this year check our calendar and book early.
Very close to Punta Gorda, Pine Island and wonderful quirky Matlacha, with gorgeous waterfront.
If you want a lovely view, peaceful and confortable condo with no noise above you, this is the place. Hope to see you soon!

This condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The view is as described, we even got to see a dolphin one afternoon! Pool was warm, about 85 degrees every day. There is also a community grill so you can barbeque if you like. We thoughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo is just as described. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with paper products, K-cups, towels, extra sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. He even gave us a bottle of wine! The TV has a nice selection of channels. The pool was heated and the area was clean. The owner is very responsive to communication and allowed us to check-in early as we were already in the area staying with family. The Burnt Store Marina community is massive! There are endless places to walk and the views are amazing! There is a nice walkway on the opposite side of the marina that goes along a canal and then to another part of the marina. I enjoyed looking at all the different boats. There is a restaurant just steps away from the condo and the food was excellent. There is also live music there most nights which requires a cover charge. There is a fitness center within walking distance but requires a fee to access it. I bought a $15 daily pass the first day but just walked in the rest of the times that I was there. There is a Dollar General within half a block of the main entrance that has a very good selection of groceries and supplies. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. I prefer a firm mattress and the one in the condo was very soft. Also, the pull-out couch is well-worn and not very comfortable to sit on if you want to watch a movie. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Burnt Store Marina.

Absolutely loved the location and condo. We enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. The restaurant which had weekend music was great. We could sit on the patio & listen or walk over & join the fun.

Terrific, clean, well appointed & stocked condo with an elevator.There’s a beautiful view of the marina. Plenty to see while working. Everything was great! We appreciated the luggage cart, extra hangers, beach towels. So many little things that add up to an impeccable stay. There’s a restaurant next door. So convenient for a quick drink. The pool was also clean & the residents very nice

This condo was decorated and furnished with impeccable taste! We have stayed at the Keel Club for 20 years. This was by far the nicest one we've had the pleasure of staying in. We will book this condo again, and soon!

The condo was cozy and very equipped with anything we needed. The view out the lanai was amazing. Thank you for the bottle of wine!! Nice touch. We were extremely happy!! One suggestion would be to replace the mattress. That’s all I got. Lovely place!!

We were in FL to visit family. The little condo was nice, clean, a good size for just the two of us. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. The living room furniture was quite uncomfortable though, for trying to relax in the evenings.

Our experience was excellent. Our unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view overlooking the Marina is the best! My two comments both have to do with the bedroom. The bedroom needs some drapes to make it darker. Also the mattress had quite obvious indentations on both sides. The keel club owners/renters were all very nice. We had a great time and hope to return.

This condo was in a wonderful community. You could enjoy all the pickle ball and tennis courts for a daily or monthly charge. There is also a nearby golf course to enjoy. Pool was great and spent much of our time there. It was nIce to watch the activity of the marina from the balcony. Restaurant was hub for entertainment. Would return here in the future.

I stayed at this property since I was displaced by hurricane Ian. It was practical at first but ended up being too far from my home. I needed to go back and forth with house and yard cleaning.it would be more appropriate for people on vacation.

Our second time staying in this cute condo, which has everything you need, except No-See-Ums repellent! No joke, even in December! So nice being steps away from Cass Cay and The Trading Post. We enjoyed wonderful meals at both as well as the live music. People in the BSM community are so warm and welcoming, booking was simple.

Top floor, end unit condo, with great view of the marina. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go, while drinking our morning coffee. The condo was recently remodeled and VERY nice. The hosts tried to think of anything you might want or need - it was well stocked & nicely furnished. The bar/restaurant & a deli/store is a short walk (less than a minute). The deli rents bikes (which we did one day). Pool was warm and clean. There was a newer gas grill by the pool, which we used several times. We had a great time and plan to return next year.

This was a great condo, with many personal touches! They supplied all the things you forget to bring (eg. dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee pods for the kereg). The owners were even better. We were to check in the afternoon a hurricane was to hit the area. The owners let us have a morning check-in so we could unload before the rain started. Watching the boats coming in and going out of the marina was fun, my husband’s favorite thing! The food was close and delicious. The bed was very comfy, as was all the furniture. This will definitely be on our list return visits!

Very relaxing retreat with gorgeous views. This is a beautiful marina. The restaurant and bar next door was a bonus with live music most nights. There is a screened in balcony that is perfect for morning coffee, reading or afternoon wine. We saw dolphins from the balcony and watched the boats go in and out each day. There is a dollar general that is just outside the gated community for quick necessities. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is it! You have several options for beaches in the area, however do plan for about a 45 minute drive to get to them. The condo has been kept up to date with modern kitchen appliances, countertops, flooring and furnishings. I am so glad that we chose this particular unit in the condominium, the owners have made it a very welcoming and nice retreat!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. The view of the marina from the screened-in balcony and watching the boats was a favorite part of our vacation. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and the condo was very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The wine and snacks were a welcoming touch after our day of travel. We took advantage of the cooler, beach chair & towels and umbrella for several beach trips. Always an open lounger or table at the pool. Loved being able to pack light thanks to the washer and dryer. A local friend of ours also used the public boat ramp, so we could enjoy a day of fishing together, but there is a fee to park the trailer at the ramp - see the Harbor Master right next door to the condo. While we didn't dine there, having the restaurant & bar right there was convenient. We did enjoy a few happy hour drinks and the live music was great. The location was perfect for us to explore the area, too. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo, we hated to leave!
