This COZY Cottage has a NEW ELECTRIC FIREPLACE. This Spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Located in Lake of the Ozark - Village of Four Seasons on the 12 mile marker. Complex has an outdoor and indoor pools with hot tub. This unit has an awesome view of the main channel! You can lay in bed and watch the boats go by!

Boat ramp available next to the building. Boat slips available for an additional $25/day
No trailer parking permitted on complex, but there are multiple locations for parking close by.

Boat rentals are right next door.

The master bedroom has a NEW King bed with Cable/TV, second bedroom has a NEW Queen bed with TV/Cable. We also have a Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom for those extra guests! Free WiFi!

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that seats 6 people. You will find all that you need to cook in and take advantage of the new gas grill on the balcony.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels.
Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pets 35# and under. $25/day pet fee/pet (2 allowed)
2 Cars per Unit allowed for parking

We loved this property. It's a great size, and we loved the large patio. There is also access to an indoor and outdoor pool. It's very hilly, so be prepared to walk up and down hills. It's a third-floor unit, so there are lots of stairs. Overall, it's a super cute place with lots of space for 4 people. I highly recommend this property!

My husband and I like to rent a condo during the holiday/winter season. Southwood Shores is a perfect location; providing easy access to Horseshoe Bend, an indoor pool and hot tub, a welcoming, cozy environment and is very reasonably priced (less expensive than a hotel during the winter). The condo was updated and well decorated, very clean, very close proximity to the indoor pool & hottub and we would definitely stay there again.

Loved the view of the lake..the deck is so huge...perfect location to get to the strip....only down side was the indoor pool and hot tub were not open...Would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Close to beautiful restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. View from deck is fabulous. Condo is decorated so cute!!! Guest bedroom and bath were a little dirty. Overall great stay and hope to return!

This is an excelent place to stay. It's better for younger guests due to its third floor location, but this 62 year old had no problem with it. View of the lake was great. Would recommend it do anyone.

We have Pastored for 20+ years. I have taught school for 30+ years. The last three years we have tried to find a place when school is out just to get away and shift gears for the summer. This was the perfect spot not too far from home with an amazing view and all the amenities. We will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful place.

We loved it the unit was beautifully decorated very clean several toiletries like body wash, shampoos plenty of bath towels which made it nice if we would’ve forgot something also kitchen was well supplied air conditioning was good. The unit we stayed in was on the end and in the middle of both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a third floor unit which I’m 65 and I had no problem with the steps. My son lives about a mile from this place and there is a top of the line gas station/grocery store within walking distance overall I will be staying there ever time I travel to lake Ozark.

This condo was spectacular!! The view was amazing, and totally worth the three flights of steps! Perfect lakey decorations, very clean, lots of natural light. Mid April was perfect as the lake is pretty quiet; relaxation was on the agenda and was achieved. Thank you for allowing the use of your property!

Nice quiet place. Great view of lake. The bedrooms we’re comfortable and each had a bathroom. Just think the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but under the beds there were alit if dust bunnies and trash.

The condo was clean and had plenty of space. The deck was amazing with a great view. The condo had many amenities to make it a comfortable stay. One downside is the condo is on the third floor with alot of stairs.

Super quiet and cozy little condo right on the lake. Loved having a deck to sit out on in the morning drinking coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine watching the water. Enjoyed the indoor pool/hottub to relax in during the chilly days/evening. Would love to stay again

Although the description says "sleeps 6", our visit with 5 people felt crowded. This place could adequately sleep 4 or would be great for a couples retreat. Be sure to check your email concerning check in instructions before you arrive as we found out that we had to have a parking pass printed an in our car at all times. We ended up having to find a place to print one off. The property manager was great at responding to communication if we had issues with appliances or TV.

We have extended family in the Ozarks and just needed a spot to sleep at night. This place was fine for our needs. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for toddlers/young kids. The front door does not have a deadbolt (auto locks from the outside and requires a keypad code to unlock) so our 19 month old was able to open the door which lead directly to a flight of outdoor stairs. We had to be incredibly vigilant whenever we were in the condo to make sure he didn’t get out. The cable was also completely out our entire stay. This was okay for us since we spent very little time there and brought our own Apple TV, but other renters might have an issue with this. The place also could have been cleaner. Our feet were black after walking around the first day and the showers were pretty grimy. However, If you’re in need of a spot that has the basic amenities and a place to lay your head, then this condo will be just fine.

The condo was all I expected it to be. I had one problem with the coffee pot and the manager brought me a new one within an hour of me sending a message to them. The only thing that I would worn people about is it is the 3rd floor so there are a lot of steps but it's worth it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked, washer and dryer were small, but useful. Condo is close to shopping and beaches. The pool and hot tub were nice, with the exception of 1 day when there were unruly young adults. Would have given 5 starts, but the pullout couch was broken and it would have been nice to know the unit is on the 3rd level with no elevator. Also, the description says 7 people max, but doesn't allow you to ask questions of the owner before putting your deposit down. I mistakenly thought babies wouldn't be counted toward that total, but after deposit was placed and question asked about bringing the babies, I was told no. Therefore, our oldest son and his wife and babies couldn't stay with us. Beautiful place.

Beautiful But Noisy with Construction Work

The property itself is gorgeous! However, in the middle of our 9 day stay, while my High School Junior was taking her semester finals from her laptop, and my husband was conducting work interviews through Zoom, there were construction workers installing new gutters at the unit and making terrible pounding, hammering, and construction noise. Moreover, they were walking around the outside of our unit on scaffolding (3rd floor), sitting on the railing of the wrap around porch, and directly at eyesight level in scaffolding outside all of our windows. This started early in the morning, while we had all of the drapes and shades open, to be able to take advantage of the gorgeous lake views. The workers could see directly into our bedroom, living room and kitchen. We were informed that this was work that needed to be done at the complex, but that the workers would no longer work on our particular unit, until after we left. The workers proceeded to work on the unit directly below us, so we were still affected by all the construction noise, hammering, loud radios, etc. Incredibly, they chose to continue to work on our building, right below us, during the time that we were there, instead of moving to an entirely different building in the condo complex. I can't imagine that the complex was filled with renters, considering we were in the middle of the pandemic and it was a Christmas time. We were credited for one day rent at the condo. That was nice, but we were disappointed that the condo association and/or the owner would allow us to rent a unit knowing that construction work was going to be done on it during our stay. The lack of transparency during the booking process means I can't recommend this property, despite its gorgeous views.
