Simples, prático e agradável.
Beira-mar, cozinha com os utensílios básicos, perto de tudo.
Estava com cheiro de lugar que fica fechado por muito tempo, mas no segundo dia, passou (ou nos acostumamos).

Segundo andar sacada frente para o mar
Não fazerem checkout antes da abertura da imobiliária. Penso que poderia ter disponível uma pessoa para fazer atendimento em horários diferentes. Ajudaria muito clientes que precisam sair mais cedo. Mas a menina da imobiliária foi categórica em dizer NÃO, só atendem depois das 8 horas.

Localização.
Sofá cama muito desconfortável. Cheiro de podre no banheiro. Limpeza do chão e do box ruins. O que foi péssimo é ter que retirar o lixo, limpar o fogão e deixar a louça lavada porque tudo isso não está contemplado na taxa da limpeza. Vejam o aviso em cima do fogão. Tive que colocar o lixo na rua. Absurdo!
