Fantastisch hotel en personeel, ruime kamers, precies een balzaal! Prachtige locatie!

Idyllische ligging in de jungle, zo rustig….

De boeren verbranden grassen en dit geeft Enorme rookwolken die dan over ons zwembad hangen, dit kan ik missen.

Amazing!

The place is just breathtaking and dreamy. The location in the middle of the jungle makes it fictional. The team are just right there when you need it. They were really kind and gave us a complimentary upgrade which made our dream come true. All our friends were inspired to try

Perfect place

We’ve stayed at River villa 2 and Eden villa, both was more than amazing. Very calm and peaceful environment, very kind and responsive staff, clean and tidy place. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Kadek and everyone. Note: Don’t miss the massage! It was GREAT experience.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Ubud with spectacular views to relax and unwind

Very unique and boutique property. The scenery was great. The infinity pools and day beds were eye catching. Breakfast was delicious. Butler service was very attentive.

A little far away from Ubud Main strip. We thought they could have done a better job cleaning our balcony and pool on a daily basis. Should have provided us with more than 1 bath towel each per day.

Pas bon ! Hôtel à éviter !

Bonjour, Le lieu est magnifique et la villa est superbe rien à dire . Nous avons eu un incident qui n’est pas acceptable pour un hôtel qui demande 2000€ les 3 nuits . Des intrus se sont introduits dans la villa pour prendre des photo , ma femme était nue et m’a réveiller pour me le signaler . Il n’y avait aucune sécurité !! J’ai dû sortir moi même pour demander à ces gens de sortir !! Ces gens m’ont menacer et insulter , ça allait en venir au main ! Je trouve ça inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing !! Le pire est que quand je me suis plain à la direction de l’hôtel ils n’ont strictement rien fait pour réparer leur erreur à part me dire qu’ils sont désolé ! Le contact sur booking m’a carrément dit que j’étais un menteur et que personne a vu ma femme nue comme si il était à ma place dans la chambre . C’est vraiment désolant comme comportement de la part d’un directeur d’un établissement pareil et c’est impoli . Partout où j’ai été le client est roi et non menteur … Je ne vais pas dire que l’hôtel est pas bien certe mais il n’y a aucune sécurité . On aurait pu se faire cambrioler , nos affaires , notre argent , nos montres … La chambre est mal isolé , oui d’accord on est dans la jungle et c’est magnifique de voir et entendre des animaux mais la nuit c’est presque impossible de dormir tellement il y a du bruit d’animaux qui sont carrément dans le toit de la villa ! L’es rideau de la villa se ferme mais il y a pas de rideau sur les fenêtres du toit ce qui fait que à partir du lever du soleil il n’y a plus moyen de dormir !! Le personnel de la villa dort dans le lobby et n’est pas du tout disponible pour la clientèle , j’ai dû sortir de la villa et aller jusqu’a la réception pour demander un coca cola j’ai trouver le personnel occuper à dormir dans la salle d’attente . Nos poubelles sont rester deux jour sans que le cleaning service ne les enlève de notre chambre .

No words. 10 stars. Absolutely amazing! Such a gem! Where design meets nature. Perfect location, breathtaking views, stunning pools and the best staff! Every corner is ready to take a photo or video - a real Instagram-Booster! Would stay here forever...

Wonderful! Great pics and scenery

Great location. Very accommodating. We requested last minute birthday arrangement with cake and flower bath and it was great.

It’s not safe for small children, as they could fall. Very open spaces and short glass, but that made the view wonderful and very beautiful

Idyllic location, amazing staff, quiet and peaceful - and the best pancakes we’ve ever had!

Idyllic location within a gorgeous jungle and river. Every morning we could watch monkeys from our balcony during breakfast.

To reach our Villa we had to climb very steep stairs - a lot of stairs. Luckily we are a fit couple!

Superb and worth every cent

Everything was just perfect. Room with a great view. Lots of complimentary things, like 3 pools, 2 beers, a swing, sky hammocks with linen, a bathtub. We were greated in a lobby with cold coconuts. Very tasty breakfast as well as the dinner. The dinner is not cheap, but definitely worth ordering, very delicious. Super friendly and helpful staff who took care about our safety while we were swinging on a swing. There is a catalog of additional things you can order like a pool filled with flowers or a photo/dron shoot with clear prices which we appreciate. Comfy beds, iron available in the room. Quiet and beautiful views. We are looking forward to our next stay here

AMAZING Experience

I have been following this hotel for over one year and was in two minds to book a night stay as its quite expensive. However, I am so glad I did as this is not a hotel but an experience that everyone should have. The room was AMAZING, I mean it had a bar in the room, huge bed, huge shower, walk in closet, outside bath, trampoline and bed, and right next to the pool which was empty most of the day. It was just magical, so glad I did it and to be honest one night is enough for the experience unless you are celebrating and want to do the flower bath etc

Most beautiful accommodation ever!

We loved everything about the VCB: beautiful common area with amazing views on the jungle, river and a local water temple on the other side of the valley. The employees are all super friendly and extremely attentive. We also had great chats with the owner who has a lovely vision for this paradise location. Breakfast was deli! The best part was our villa, the temple villa, which we received as an upgrade and it was simply overwhelmingly stunning! Thank you again! The villa is an old real temple that they renovated and turned into a luxurious place to stay: all wooden and ancient building with pure glass walls and amazing view to all directions! we loved the privacy and the jungle noises! This is definitely the most beautiful accommodation we have been to and we travel a lot! Thanks again! Suksma! Conny and Chris
