Very comfy bed and clean room with snacks and a mini fridge. The checkout process was super easy.
Minimal counter top space on bathroom vanity and nowhere to hang a hand towel by the sink.

Karlayne, the manager, was very helpful in changing my terrible room to a much better one. She even helped me with luggage. She listened to my complaints about the original room and remedied it. Bed was comfortable.
1) The original room for $250/night was the smallest room I've ever seen - no chair, no desk, nowhere to put suitcase - just a bed.
2) The new room - after I complained - for the next 3 nights was roomy and well-equipped - but it had paper thin walls so I could hear loud footsteps above me and a creaking floor. When anyone on the wing closed their heavy doors it was loud enough to wake me.
3) For that kind of money I would expect at least a continental breakfast.

Very comfy beds, good coffee, and a great location to visit Glacier National Park.
Pricey, but worth it.

Beautiful hotel that was spotlessly clean, top to bottom. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and well appointed, great water pressure. I would stay here again!
No coffee in the morning and the hallway was noisy, but eventually got quiet. No elevator, so if you can’t carry luggage up stairs, request a first floor room.

Simple, good quality in central location.
They were fixing the interior stairs while we were there so it was challenging to access the lobby area, but we were visiting midweek in the offseason so I get it.

Clean renovated but very simple
A very rude receptionist , a guy in his late 40’s, very rude unwilling to help or speak, just handed us to keys and never gave us any useful info. And when I went back to ask about wifi password, he just told me to go read the printed slip in the room. He also lied about that we can’t enter from closest entrance to owner room , and I saw everybody going in from it. He might be the owner , that’s why probably he didn’t care much to be courteous. One big downside of local businesses. He ruined my stay
I will never use a private owned hotels again

Clean and great local food recommendations. Easy to check in and out. Coffee available very early. Perfect complementary snacks left in room to take hiking.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again.
We only had 1 lamp in our room, it would’ve been nice to have a 2nd for the other bed.

Great location, on route 2 in Columbia Falls, only 6 miles from the airport and right next to a gas station. Despite it's name it's not at Glacier National Park but a quick 15 highway miles away. Super 1 grocery store and a number of low-key but great food restaurants are nearby. Whitefish is a more up market town, is 20 minutes away. Hotel was sleek, clean and modern. Reminded me of Icelandic hotels. TV noise was a bit of an issue from other rooms but they provided earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.
Breakfast not included but there was tea, coffee available all day. Though I didn't expect it to be fresh at 5am on my way out for a hike I was disappointed that it wasn't fresh at 0830 on a Monday morning.

Very sterile looking

The location was easy to reach off the highway, but visually it did not have a lot of visual appeal. They also need a new sign of the property name.
The beds and the remodeled bathrooms were top notch.
snacks in the room were an extra bonus.
Outside landscaping could be improved. you could tell the hotel has been updated and the inside looks so much better than the outside.

Simple clean lines. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Staff recommendations for meals. 24 hour hot water, water refill, coffee and selection of teas.

Bed
Stayed in room one. The person above us walked around their room for two hours straight from 8-10 pm. i finally put the ear plugs in and fell asleep. That person was up at 4 AM walking around the room and slamming things. we finally just left and checked out at 5 AM. Do not go there if you want a good night sleep. Even my husband who can sleep through anything was awoken by the noises and constant pounding from the room above.

I like that it was a very clean. One of the cleanest bunkhouses I've been to. It was very quiet and comfortable here.
Personally i wish it was a little cooler in the bunkhouse area. It was much cooler in other parts of the building. I think because the room is bigger and there are more people in there it was warmer than I wanted. But still comfortable enough.

The facility is new.
But amenities are lacking.
For $450 per night, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room, no closet for hanging clothes.
Lack of amenities.
Over priced.

Beautifully renovated
Great bed and amenities
Easy to see how much time and money has went into the remodel of this place. Great place
It is loud with road noise and within the room itself, but manageable. Should have a smoking area on both sides of the building. Just petty complaints. Great place!

The hotel provided a good place to crash at the end of long days in Glacier NP. It was clean. The beds are very comfortable. Everything in the room worked well. I contacted Jacob at the front desk with a couple of questions and he was very helpful.
The hotel is close to the highway. Our room faced the highway and road noise was a minor issue. The hotel provided earplugs, which we saw upon entering the room the first time. Honestly, the noise was not as bad as I expected when seeing the earplugs, but it was noticeable. Noise between rooms was not a problem. The room was very plain and not as modern looking as many of them pictured on the website.
The coffee provided in the lobby was not there on 2 of the 5 mornings we stayed. The front desk is strange in that no one is there. There is a phone number to call for assistance. They always answered and provided that assistance, but it felt a little impersonal.
A pet peeve of mine is a lack of hooks in the bathroom. Almost every toiletry bag is designed to be hung. There was plenty of wall space to hang bags, towels, wet clothes, etc. But there were only 3 hooks in the whole room. The bathroom countertop was small, which made the issue worse.
Given the location was a 30 minute drive to the West Glacier entrance to Glacier NP and the fact this is more of a motel, I felt the room was overpriced.

Would have liked a full length mirror somewhere in the room/ bathroom area.

This was a DELIGHTFUL hote. I was extremely & pleasantly surprised. Decorated mod & comfy. I felt like every detail of a “home away from home” experience was thought of. We came in LATE from glacier only to walk in and find a tray of snacks (healthy & yummy!!) - THAT was perfect since most food closes early in small towns anyway. The noise machine and ear plugs were great touch. I’ve already been posting in travel groups & telling all my friends THIS is where they need to plan to stay! 🥰
That I didn’t have the time to stay longer. 😆

Location. Aesthetic. Minimalist. But classy, clean, and very comfortable.
Needed a few more hooks to hang towels and personal items in the bathroom. There was no where to put anything. And I had to ask for a chair to put our bags on as there wasn’t a caddy for our luggage and I didn’t want it in the floor.

The room was spacious, modern and very clean.
Considering that the facility is by the roadway the isolation should be better, especially for those rooms facing that side. It is a pity that such a nice room is wasted because of the heavy noise. Also, we requested housekeeping one of the nights and nobody showed up, we had to call to the after hours phone to get fresh towels. The guy came after 10 minutes with the towels but not a single explanation about the housekeeping.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the noise level was low, great coffee and superb design. Overall we will be back
The parking lot was small but ample for guests when full.

The vibe in the room was great, cool and updated finishes, bathroom was nice. Staff was kind and attentive .
Some noise from the hall at 2 am woke me up and lasted for a little while . Not a huge deal
