A beautiful and serene bed and breakfast offering a slice of Thailand in the heart of Napa for those seeking relaxation

The property was beautiful and quiet. Loved the small touches, Thai theme and each room had a nice view of the vineyard.

The pool was not heated.

I would award Bann 20 out of 10 stars!

My mother, sister and I had the most incredible stay here! From the kind, welcoming staff to the stunningly beautiful and zen surroundings, I would award Bann 20 out of 10 stars! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and so unique. You'll feel like a queen (or king). The decor both inside and outside is truly some of the most beautiful decor I've ever seen. The pool, hot tub and surrounding vineyards are so pretty and peaceful. The breakfast is incomparable...be adventurous and you will not be disappointed! The Chef is absolutely on her way to a Michelin star. The property is quaint and quiet, but there's enough activity that it doesn't feel like a ghost town at night. All the best vineyards and wineries are within a few miles, and Ubers arrive quite quickly, if you do not have a car with you. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here!

I loved everything! I do have a few small suggestions to make the guests stay a tiny bit better! 1) provide hair conditioner (both rooms we stayed in did not have hair conditioner) 2) the fruits and pastries that are provided at breakfast - I would find a way to make them available to guests all day long, if they don't all get eaten during breakfast, to ensure everything gets consumed and guests can snack on the deliciousness all day long!

Charming but a miss on essentials

The rooms are huge and beautiful, bathrooms large, the premises are pretty ( although a bit too much frou frou… Asian statuettes, lamps etc everywhere, a bit overdone) Breakfast is nice, although I missed a bit of yoghurt. The landscape is very pretty. Pool area is sweet.

It’s close to a busy road, which wakes you up early morning. There’s an uncovered high window that again wakes you up very early morning. Only in the mornings there’s staff around, but they go away after breakfast and the place is then without service/ personal. We wanted to leave a bit later, but bedroom was locked off and restrooms no longer available. That’s ridiculous for the price we paid. No cushions or towels around the pool, no drinks service, nothing.

Outstanding breakfast and phenomenal chef’s dinner. Great views and rooms were very clean, spacious, and large. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous nothing but great things to say about this place.

I want this place to be a secret for me, but they’re too amazing to keep to myself.

It was perfect. Beautiful, peaceful, excellent and interesting breakfast options made with local produce. We will be coming back.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. In fact, if they had a restaurant for lunch and dinner there, you could stay there all day and never have to leave the property.

Perfection

Absolutely everything about our stay here was perfect! The hotel is beautiful - like a piece of Thailand in Napa. The staff are all outstanding - so friendly (without being intrusive), helpful, kind & professional. The setting is blissful - vines and mountains and nature. And the food is out of this world - we did the chefs tasting dinner at the restaurant in Napa and it was the best Thai food we have eaten in our 8 years in the US (& we eat a lot of Thai food). It was delicious and so beautifully done. I highly recommend it. Breakfast and the tea and snacks on arrival were wonderful too. We can't wait to come back!

Exceptional property with great customer service and amazing 3 course breakfast!

This small boutique hotel is located outside of the main town's hustle bustle around a quite vineyard. Our stay was great. There is great attention to detail from interiors, to bathroom to food and customer service. Staff was great. Breakfast was awesome! Fresh and made to order per your liking.

There was a strong floral fragrance upon entering the room, might’ve been a bit too much. It wasn’t from the fresh flowers though.

The location and design were very nice. We stayed on a weekday, which was very quiet and allowed us to have the small property to ourselves.

Only thing we did not like was the price, very expensive and not sure if it was really worth it. We would rather stay at a Ritz next time for the cost and get a more robust customer service experience.

This place is such a treasure - perfectly situated in Napa Valley just far enough away to be serene, but conveniently located near everything. Stunning views, Thai inspired elegant theme throughout. Staff is precious! Breakfast is to die for!

Longer stay! And the pillows were a little hard, but to each his own : )
