Nothing, we checked out after 1 night
Everything, the cleanliness was terrible, the bathroom smells like mould if you can even get in the door. There was sand and broken glass on the floor and sand in our bed. The sheets had holes, the food was average at best, it was noisy, I didn’t get the room I booked my sea view was a view of the car park and falling down buildings.

Este un hotel frumos și cochet situat pe plajă , cu două piscine frumoase și mâncarea excepțională.
Personalul este foarte prietenos și mereu de ajutor , vreau să mulțumesc în special domnului Stelios mereu zâmbitor și foarte receptiv ,care a făcut tot posibilul să avem o ședere perfecta. Mult respect și felicitări pentru ceea ce faci !! O să recomand cu drag acest hotel

Το Gardelli Resort είναι εξαιρετικό! Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, τα δωμάτια άνετα και καλαίσθητα με υπέροχη θέα. Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, δίπλα σε πεντακάθαρη παραλία, και το φαγητό εκπληκτικό. Ιδανικό μέρος για ήρεμες και πολυτελείς διακοπές

The location is great, directly by the sea and away from the Laganas clubs madness.
Everything is close by - you cross the road to the restaurant, you walk to minutes to the sea (which is crystal clear and not deep, all sandy, good for relaxing, playing, swimming and excellent for kids too).
There are 2 pools and 2 bars with lounges all around.
It all looks new and modern, the staff is young and friendly and the food very good and varied though a bit heavy for a hot summer !
Elegant airport shuttle was included
1.The aircon didn't work because it was too hot apparently !!! BIG ISSUE that kind of ruined the whole vibe from the beginning 🥵🥵🥵
We received a mobile unit and 2 fans that made things bearable but not comfortable enough.
2. Also I realized that to solve something on Booking.com is very difficult and you risk to be left on the street, because you have to cancel first and then rebook something else 😡😡😡
3. No decent coffee even if you wanted to pay extra.

Kein Doppelbett obwohl man ein Doppelbett gebucht hat.
Das die Abluft von der Küche bei den Junior Suite hinausgeht. Es richt wie bei einem Fastfood Restaurant.
Hatten keinen Schirm das man auf der Terrasse liegen könnte.
All inklusive gebucht und man musste trotzdem für einiges extra bezahlen z.B eine Wasserflasche für das Zimmer.
Es gibt 2 Bars eine beim Hotel und eine beim Pool Richtung Strand. Beim Pool muss man für die Getränke bezahlen, obwohl es zum Hotel gehört. Will man also beim All inklusive packet ein Getränk holen muss man also zum Hotel hoch gehen um sich was zum trinken zu holen.
Essen war auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
Laut Angaben hat die Junior Suite eine Badewanne. War auch keine vorhanden.
Das Hotel gibt auch an das es ein Gym gibt. Haben Sie aber auch nicht.

Everything about this place is wonderful! The manager Zante was possibly the most kind person I’ve met and went to great lengths to make sure my birthday was celebrated. Konstantinos was our favorite bartender and was great with suggestions to make our trip successful.

The swimming pools with beds and hammocks shisha available was a BIG bonus for me

Everything was beyond our expectations.
We had an incredible time and we truly want to come back! The staff was incredibly kind(Special mention for Dimitrish and Zanet), the hotel was extremely clean, the food was very good and various, the location is super convenient, there are a lot of things to do around... Almost perfect.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza vo vynikajúcej lokalite. Veľmi priateľský a ochotný personál. Každý deň vymenená posteľná bielizeň a uteráky. Jedlo dosť obstojné. Letiskový transfer v cene veľmi potešil.
Malé nedostatky, ako prasknuté sklá na balkóne. Alebo rozbité kachličky. Zle vyriešené wc spoločne so sprchou. Lehátka na pláži za príplatok.

My mother and I spent our vacation at the Gardelli resort, where everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, its location is right on the beach, so we could enjoy maximum comfort. We also had a private pool on our terrace with a wonderful sea view, with a cozy night sky. The hotel has an exclusive sunbathing area for guests on the beach. The all-inclusive, tasty, demanding, abundant food selection and the staff's kindness and ability to solve problems are also above average.

We stayed at Gardelli resort on all inclusive for our honeymoon. Zanet the general manager arranged for Mr. Stelios to collect us from the port when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special.
Irene and Andreas at reception were very helpful. The waiter Dimitris was there every evening and couldn't have been nicer. He and Stelios really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
The two bar tenders Adonis and Kostas make the best cocktails we had while we were on honeymoon. I highly recommend the zombie.
The pools are lovely and the hotel couldn't be located better as it is right on the beach. The sun loungers around the pool are included in the price of the room but the ones on the beach are at an additional cost.
The food was actually very nice and diverse for a buffet style. Each day the menu was different and had something new to offer.
The snack bar was also a lovely option in between lunch and dinner if you are peckish.
When we arrived the private pool in our room was quite dirty. We spoke to reception and requested it be cleaned. Unfortunately this didn't happen until the following evening after we addressed it with reception twice and then the general manager. But once it was mentioned to the general manager it was sorted immediately and then we could use our pool. However the only other issue we had with the 'private' pool was that guests from the hotel next door had to walk directly past it to her into their rooms. There is no privacy in the private pool. Next time I wouldn't book the room with the private pool as the large pool and beach were plenty and so nice.
The cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package which we didn't know until arriving. However all other wine, beer, soft drinks, etc are included.

I loved the friendliness of all staff but Especially to mention was the friendliness of Stelios and Zanet, who really make an effort to make the vacation of everyone as pleasant as possible.

Locations is great, pools area is nice and the food was satisfactory too.

The location is great, right by the beach and in close proximity to locations for going out if that's what you want.
To start, when entering the room we immediately saw issues with the hygiene in the bathroom. The sink was not clean and it was full of hair.
Secondly, we booked a room with a private balcony and pool. Although we had a balcony and pool, the balcony was just above the kitchen, which led to there being a disgusting smell, making it impossible to spend time on the balcony, in the pool, or even open the balcony door for fresh air. Below the balcony, there was an area which was basically just full of trash.
We tried to move to another room but the staff was unable to organize a different room although there was a spare room available.
Additionally, the walls are so thin, that you can here any noise coming from the surrounding rooms.
We then decided to move to a different hotel for our last three days of our holiday, which we then managed to enjoy greatly!
The hotel misses the opportunity to make the most of its wonderful location and leaves a taste of disappointment.

Definitely the best hotel we stayed in Greece. Staff are very attentive, design is stylish, pool area is pleasant, facilities are great, all inclusive is also good with food different and available every day every hour. We got room with private pool which was so cozy.

- Very nice location (close to Main Street of Laganas and only 15 min from Zante town)
- super clean and comfortable rooms
- Buffet was amazing and super varied (Greek food)

- nice service of transfer with the Tesla (special thank to Stelios)
- very nice decoration all around the hotel and outside
- Not really good insonorisation of the rooms (we can hear people outside on the bar terrace)
- Pool sunbeds was always taken since early morning (there are sunbeds in the beach but paying)

the hotel was way better that I expected! great design and environment. the hotel manager ms Zanet and stelios, the PR Manager welcomed me from
the very beginning and they were almost always available. my room and generally the hotel, is very well designed with many art elements (didn’t expect that!).
I was at Zakinthos for work, so the countless areas with sofas, tables and workspaces were ideal for me to work on my mcbook during my stay.
PS: the food was also very good.
thanks for all, definitely this will be my accommodation choice for my next business trips at Zakinthos, as well.

The pool area is beautiful and I am told it’s only going to get better.
I travel a lot but I can honestly say the staff are the nicest I have come across they couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Lift was not working good in our building, we had to go up and down by foot with the kids. Probably you can fix it easily.
I think sea-food like shrimps, octopus and similar, would be a nice addition. But in general food was very good.

We visited "Gardelli Resort" a few days ago for the second time. Great place for a relaxing family vacation!
My son enjoyed swimming in the hotel pools and in the sea, and we enjoyed sunbathing on the new wooden deckchairs! The food was great, and the snacks too! He enjoyed a lot of sweets and ice cream!! The decoration and cleanliness of the rooms and the service of your kind staff are for 5 stars!
Thank you very much for the hospitality, we will definitely be back next summer!! 🥰
