The Space
The recently built contemporary and spacious house is set in a calm & safe area of Kensington village. Set over 3 floors of living space, the house is well equipped and incredibly designed to the highest standards, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers all the luxuries for your relaxing stay.
The layout of the house is the following: 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, open concept living & kitchen & dining area, game room, and laundry zone.
Once you are in the house you will find a sunny living space, where beautiful design and lovely décor will make you feel home away from home. The living room boasts plenty of seating, while large windows let in lots of natural light. Relax on a comfy sofa, turn on your favourite film, and enjoy the moment while the electric fireplace bringing the warmth & beauty of crackling flames.
If you enjoy cooking, there is a stylish brand new well-stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances you might need. The kitchen comes with an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, tea &coffee maker, etc. You can enjoy delicious meals or morning cup of coffee at the large dining table located right next to the kitchen.
The ground floor also features a half washroom for guests’ convenience.
Moving up the stairs you will find yourself on the upper level where 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms are located. All bedrooms are designed & decorated with style, featuring pristine linens and plush pillows while creating a perfectly peaceful sleeping environment. The master bedroom offers plenty of light and space, comes with a comfy king-size bed, a Smart TV, and ensuite luxurious bathroom with large windows, a glass walk-in shower, soaker tub, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
2 other bedrooms are very cozy, designed in warm & pleasant colors, feature queen-size bed, and share 1 full washroom (toilet + tub with rain shower). Washing and drying machines are located on the same floor.
The basement of the house offers a spacious game room with a comfortable couch crafted in an oversize style, Cable TV, arcade games that's perfect for families, or those who love to entertain. There is a number of shelves and a small fridge where you can store some snacks and drinks!
One of the bedrooms with a queen-size bed and another full washroom is also located on the lower level. AC, heating, complimentary toiletries, linen, free private parking, and other comforts for your convenient and carefree stay are provided.

Our trip was to take our little guy for his check up at the Children's hospital. The house was perfect and the area seemed nice as well. We would book again when his next visit is due if the house is available.

Prince was absolutely wonderful, I had inquired about staying at his property before I booked anything. As we were a group of young adults coming to the city to celebrate two friends birthdays. He replied in a timely manner, and was very kind! He sent me all the information I needed prior to our arrival to make sure our check-in was as easy as possible. Upon arrival there was lots of parking on the street and access to the garage. The house was very clean and looked stunning, exactly like it was advertised. I was thoroughly impressed that the house was stocked with good quality knives that were sharp. The pots and pans were good quality as well. He had a spruce rack and other basic cooking necessities for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, very nice towels, and bathrooms! The over all quality of our stay was a great experience. This is the best stay I’ve ever had with a rental, I would definitely stay here again. I can’t thank Prince enough!!

I have never had a home rental experience better then this. The price for the property is more than fair, the location is perfection for a Kensington experience and the hosts were clear on checkin/checkout expectations.

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this beautiful property! Well stocked kitchen, great space to watch movies, have dinner and enjoy our time together. One criticism I would have was that the carpets could use a good clean. But other than that we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood with an awesome location.

For a small group of longtime friends (senior women) this property was fantastic for our annual reunion The location was outstanding for ease of walking access to shops and dining. The accommodation was very clean and well stocked, ideal for families or small groups who are not insistent that all rooms and bathrooms be of equal size. The master suite is sumptuous. Prince's home made our stay in Calgary fantastic. The home was large, beautiful, clean and very well-stocked. He really thought of so many small details (the fully-labeled spice rack, extra fans, etc.) Location is great, so close to everything and in a safe residential neighborhood, just a few blocks from Kensington Village!

This was a perfect property and location close and easy accessibility to all the major destinations and amenities for our holiday. Property is clean new and well looked after with great interactions with the owner whenever necessary. We would definitely rent this property again anytime and recommend it to friends!!

This property was advertised as having 3 queens and 1 king but only has 1 queen and 2 doubles/fulls as well as the king bed. While the listing has now been updated to reflect this, we would never have booked this place for our large group in town for 10 days for a family wedding and reunion.
When I brought this to the attention of the owner he was quick to respond with bringing in an extra cot, but by that point we had just made due and were focused on trying to enjoy our reunion rather than go back and forth with the owner. We appreciated his willingness to try to work with us but ultimately left frustrated with the experience given the amount of money we were spending.
Otherwise, the rental was well located in walking distance to Kensington shops and restaurants. It's quiet though it's on the main street, because it's the rear unit in the complex. Parking in the garage was spacious and on-street parking was ample. The kitchen was one of the better equipped we've had with appliances and equipment, as well as basic cooking necessities. The beds were comfortable.
One other note of caution if you stay during hot summer temperatures - the air conditioning is helpful, but on each of the three levels produces vastly different temps - to be cool on the top floor those in the basement had to pile on extra blankets.

Family Wedding Trip
Our son was getting married in Calgary and we needed a place for ourselves and two other couples. Prince’s house was perfect. It was well located, within easy walking distance of amenities and a short ride to downtown. The property was exactly as billed and was nice and quiet. Prince was very accommodating and easy to contact and deal with. We’ve rated him and the house fives across the board and I’d note we have stayed in VRBO’s around the world. Prince and his house stack up very well.

Wonderful stay
Clean, modern, and roomy spot in Kensington was perfect for a weekend get together of friends. Four bedrooms kept everyone happy and the garage in the back was great for parking the car and walking to all the great amenities in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome property
The unit was as advertised. Very clean, modern with all the amenities. It was easy to access and in a great neighborhood. There was something fir everyone...shopping, restaurants, walks along the Bow River. There were 6 of us staying at the unit and plenty of room for everyone. The host was very attentive and made are stay exceptional. Highly recommend this property.
