Very good

Great place to stay for clean and simple accommodation. Great location, but it did take a little while to find. George and his family are really nice and will sort any issues quickly. It is a small complex and doesn't have a swimming pool, but the sea is a 2 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice short stay

The location is perfect, you can see the beach from the balcony and get there in 2 minutes max. The restaurants, shops and markets are very close and diverse. Also close to bus stop 27 which you can use to get to the airport or other locations on the island. The host was the kindest and always there if we had questions. We had a really good time there.

The room could be a little bit cleaner as we found sand on the couches. Also the lightbulbs didn't give a lot of light

A calm quiet place just 1 minute from the beach

Very close to the beach and nice restaurants, at the same time very calm and quiet place. Helpful and friendly owner, when we needed something for our room he quickly arranged it for us.

The location is close to the beach, 3 minutes by foot

It's a very, very dirty place. I mean litterally it' s so dirty you can feal the dirt in your fingers. It smells horrible, like the owners are cooking human bodies underneath the building. We stayed 2 nights (first night in wich we arrived late in the night) and after that we moved. Don't go there, i know it's a good price but, believe me, pay a little bit extra and you won't regret it. Honestly, don't go ☹️

Loved the location, close to beach, restaurants shops and also quiet. George was very welcoming and so was his dog Bobo. Would definitely go back.

OK but not spectacular

The owner was accommodating and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean, situated in a quieter side of the town. A really nice beach, shops and restaurants are nearby. We also enjoyed walks along the beachside promenade.

Upon arrival due to owners mistake, our room was given to other people and we were forced to spend 2 nights in a lesser accommodation. Another unpleasant surprise - we were asked to pay extra 7€/day for A/C. Upon complaining that this was not mentioned during reservation on booking.com, the charge was dropped. Overall the place is quite worn-down and in need of repair: electrical sockets coming out, towel hanger falling down, missing shelves in the fridge, leaking kettle, puddles on the shower floor. And worst of all a really old and noisy A/C: when several of those are used simultaneously the whole wall starts to vibrate and sleeping requires earplugs. On top of that traffic noise from a nearby motorway can also be heard. Room service was subpar: towels were changed just once during our 2 week stay and eventually we ran out of toilet paper.
