This LUXURY home has been fully renovated from top to bottom! Guests can enjoy a modern space with all the comforts of home. This home is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. It includes 3 large bedrooms PLUS a great downstairs bonus room with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space.
THE SPACE
As you enter through the front door, the middle level is an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room to enjoy. Walk down 1 flight of stairs to the bonus room (TV) with washroom and garage entrance or up 1 flight of stairs to all the bedrooms and 2x bathrooms (AMAZING master bedroom with en-suite).
The SPACIOUS living room has AMPLE seating and a big screen TV with CABLE/NETFLIX (must sign into your own accounts)/MOVIES ON DEMAND provided. The Gas FIREPLACE gives a warm and cozy setting to snuggle up with a hot cup of cocoa after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs (many guests have commented about what a huge PLUS this is)! COFFEE (Keurig and regular coffee maker) and an assortment of TEAS will be provided during your stay. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line ITALIAN MADE stainless steel appliances. It is perfect for entertaining a large group for dinner. The gorgeous dining room has seating for up to 10 guests.
Off of the dining room and kitchen areas, you will find sliding glass doors that open onto a PRIVATE PATIO with a beautiful 8-person HOT TUB to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. In the Summer, or for those of you who like to BBQ in the winter, there is a Gas BBQ on the patio to create yummy meals.
BEDROOMS
The upper floor has a grand master suite with a KING-SIZED BED. The room has beautiful, large windows that provide the perfect amount of sunlight all day. The ensuite is stunningly designed and provides a LARGE SOAKER TUB for some relaxation time. As guests walk across the hallway, they will find the second bathroom of the home which is equipped with a shower and bath.
The last 2 bedrooms can also be found on this floor. One with a QUEEN-SIZED bed and the other 2 SINGLE BEDS (perfect for travelling with children).
*ALL Bedrooms are equipped with Portable AC units in the summer season*
FOR THE KIDS
Kids' equipment available in the home: installed baby safety gates, infant bassinet, infant bath, high chair, toys, books, bubbles, beach chairs/floaties (summer), etc.
The basement features a MEDIA ROOM with a large TV, ample seating, and a comfortable SOFA BED for an additional 2 guests. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this level. Great to entertain the kids while the adults converse upstairs!
PARKING
FREE parking for up to 3 vehicles and space to store your skiing equipment. Please note: 2 vehicles fit in the garage, the other vehicle will park in the visitors' parking beside the home with a visitor parking pass provided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will access from their own front, secure and private entrance using a door code system. Guests can enjoy access to the entire home, including the patio with the private 8-person hot tub.

If guests do not have a vehicle with them during their stay, the Whistler bus system is very easy to use and the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away from the .

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $150 charge after your reservation.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a midstay cleaning fee of $150 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
The whole complex is going through a reroofing project starting on May 20, 2024, and ending on November 3, 2024.
The draft schedule states that this unit will be undergoing reroofing from August 26 to September 15 .

This place was perfect for a quiet girls' weekend away. We liked the spacious layout and especially the kitchen, which was well stocked!

Accommodations was amazing and has everything you need. Main floor is very big and open allowing our entire group to hang out. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The visitor parking spots is literally right next to the garage so very convenient if you require an extra spot. We had a few minor problems that the host took care of very quickly. Communication was pro-active, fast, and responsive. Would highly recommend this home!

Great Location.
Very much enjoyed this well kept property. Has everything you need. It is spacious with sufficient seating in the living room with an additional room on the lower level with seating and another TV. The hot tub is a nice addition. Walking distance to the golf course and only a short drive to the village. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and spacious
Great space for a small group. We were 6 adults and two babies and had plenty of room. Main living area was great for hanging out and location is in close proximity to village. Loved the modern kitchen and living room. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and when we asked for more wine glasses, they dropped some off very quickly. The hot tub needed to be cleaned and we were told we could not use it for one night of our stay. This was disappointing as we were only there for 4 nights. The oven also did not work. They did offer to send someone by to look at it, but it was not worth the trouble for us at that point. We also thought it was strange there was a noise detector in the house. This is advertised in the listing, but with 6 adults talking and drinking wine, etc we were constantly worried we would set it off and somehow get a notice (we did not). While I understand the reason for it, a bit annoying to have to worry about while on vacation and have never had this in any other rental. Had those things not been an issue I would hands down give this place 5 stars, otherwise really great!

Great Christmas Vacation
The place had lots of room for all of us. Kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was great for après-ski, we were close to the mountain. Overall a great spot. 👍

Whistler get away
House worked great for a family get away. Skiing and hiking were above beautiful and all close by. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen (oil, spices, coffee, etc.) and soaps in the bathrooms. Would definitely go back.

Immaculate unit and good value
Beautiful unit; comfy beds, great linens and towels and fully appointed kitchen. Newer and in great condition. Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely would go back and the property manager was very helpful.

Very clean which is what I'm always looking for. The house was perfect for us 5. Kitchen is fully stocked, quiet neighborhood. Hosts were caring and checked in to make sure all was good. Perfect place, great location.

Large, comfortable property- great for groups!
This was a great house, especially given our party size of 8 guests. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably fit our party, which was huge. We loved the openness of the kitchen, living room, and dining room as it allowed us to spread out. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. I loved how well organized everything was, especially how everything was labeled.
We had a minor issue with clogging up the sink but Alisha was super responsive and immediately sent over a handyman and all was fixed.
The only issue that I had with the property was the strictness of the noise policy. We received notification that the noise alarm was detecting too loud of noise around 8:40 pm. We were a group of 8, cooking dinner and drinking wine/beer, and were surprised that we received a noise warning.

Great place!
Townhouse was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you could ever want/need. So much space for 4 adults and 4 teens! There were a lot of stairs though so if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this could be a concern.
Unfortunately there was a bit of a housekeeping issue on our arrival (ie full dishwasher and dryer) but I did receive a prompt email back to address the issue.
The home is a drive or bike ride away from the village, but the extra space and amenities (hot tub, bbq, laundry, etc) makes the commute worth it.
We would definitely book this place again.

Well above expectations
There were 7 of us that rented the townhouse for a weekend to do Tough Mudder. Upon walking in, we were all shocked at how much nicer the house was than the pictures showed. The pictures were great, but the house was that much nicer. Everything is in great working order, nothing we could possibly complain about. 6 minute drive to the Village, or catch the bus for a few bucks. Great spot and we will certainly be back again!

This was a fantastic place for our extended family to stay. The layout is perfect for small kids. We appreciated all the little touches Alisha had coordinated for our Christmas celebration. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back for a third time!

The kitchen is fully equipped and enabled us to enjoy diverse cuisine from a cozy fondue to a sit down family roast. From the instant we walked in, it felt like we were home. The house is gorgeous and the quiet neighborhood is picturesque. The location is a short drive to the village which was awesome as well. The house is extremely clean and it has every amenity you can think of - even those you didn’t think you’d need! Alisha is very sweet and has excellent communication. Check in and check out was very smooth. 7 adults and a dog fit in perfectly into this home and it never once felt overcrowded. The kitchen is my dream kitchen! We would stay in Alisha’s house again in a heartbeat!!

This property has everything going for it. Location, beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped, good communication with Alicia. We are a family of 3 couples and found this rental more than fit our needs for a weekend get-together. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to rent it again in the future.

Beautiful hideaway
Our group of 8 adults had an amazing time at the townhouse! This is a beautiful property with all the amenities one would need being away from home. The was ample linens, kitchen equipment/dishes and plenty of space! The hot tub was a dream!
Great place for a family or a low key relaxing group getaway. Close enough drive to the village to go out or get supplies. Would highly recommended this property. And Alisha the host was great! Readily available and provided prompt response to questions or concerns.
