The room looks exactly like the photos here.
Very friendly staff.
Clean room and bathroom.
Nice carpark.
Perfect spot for a quick Gold Coast hoppers.
Good motorway access to M1.
Welcome drinks.
Oh well, the staircase to the room is quite steep, so only recommended for light travellers,if you have loads of heavy suitcases, then it's a no.
There's no reception area, it can be confusing and no proper place to keep your luggages safely before/ post check-ins/outs.
We found a lady undie behind the curtain... yuck!!

location
the staff entered the room a couple of times with no permission to enter, I don’t know if this is normal in australia but back in the UAE, Dubai the room service is way better in a 0 star than a 3 star here in Australia

The free drink and food vouchers is a great idea.
The rooms are new so I hope they stay in great condition. Best room I have stayed in during this trip up the east coast from Sydney.
The bathroom needs better lighting, that's the only thing I can fault this place on.

Perfect for staying close to the Metricon Stadium. The staff were fabulous!! From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed - even the cleaner was so lovely and accommodating. The bar/bistro staff were also fantastic.
Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The complimentary bottled water was much appreciated. But it was definitely the staff that made this stay so fantastic!! If only all hospitality staff were like this. Thank you Kylie, Loretta, Cellic, Cathy and James (apologies if I have got your names wrong/misspelt).

The lady that checked us in was the loveliest person ever! Gave us every bit of information we would need. Love that there was a security coded door into the accomodation part of the hotel so it was kept locked and seperate from other areas of the venue. The rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable and the location was reasonably quiet! Cleaning lady was also really lovely!
Thanks Commercial Hotel :)

Team was very friendly and helpful when i had to check in early. Lady cleaning the rooms was amazing and very friendly when we had to ask for a extra towel. Room was super quiet so we got a good night sleep.
Bed was a little too soft for our liking but that is personal preference not a fault of the hotel. Could of used a hair dryer in the room but wasn’t a deal breaker. Lights from the BWS were super bright and we did have to jam a pillow against the curtain to block out as much of the light as we could.
