About this apartment rental

Ocean Blue 202 is luxury condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Park right on level 2 and walk into the front door. Our condo has an open floorplan - see the ocean all the way back from the kitchen! Queen beds in each room, flat screen TVs in every room, a bathroom for every bedroom, washer & dryer, plantation style furniture by Stiles Brothers featuring rattan and croc-embossed leather.

We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and more. There's room to stretch out without bumping into other people or furniture! Walk to nearby Damon's Restaurant, or visit the Boardwalk and ride the SkyWheel. The new concrete pier, Springmaid, just a short walk away, is open and ready for meals, ice cream, fishing and walking - and its just a short walk from the condo!

Broadway at the Beach features the Ripley's Aquarium, Dave and Busters, shopping, restaurants, and more rides. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is less than 2 miles away. For dollar savers, there are many flea markets. For die-hard shoppers, there are two Tanger Outlet malls. Not to mention many many other local and national shops. Golf? Myrtle Beach is home to over 80 award-winning golf courses! Don't leave the family at home while you golf - Myrtle Beach has the weather, the golf, the hotels and the restaurants. And the shopping!

But its not just activities and food in Myrtle Beach - drive south and there is Murrell's Inlet, famous for its seafood restaurants and the Marshwalk. A little further south is Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, and Charleston with its Rainbow Row houses, the straw market, loaded with history, lots of seafood restaurants or horse and carriage tours. Also in Charleston is Fort Sumter, a sea fort notable for two battles, the first of which signified the start of the American Civil War.

Calabash seafood is lightly battered, deep fried and freshly caught seafood from the Atlantic Ocean and inlets along the Carolina coast. It is named for the nearby Carolina border town of Calabash, NC, the self-proclaimed “Seafood Capital of the World” where the unique brand of seafood preparation began.

This rental is very nice! The pictures do not do it justice! We had a few issues like a towel rod falling off, but they were fixed the same day!.The elevator and exit to the parking garage are only about 10-15 feet away so that was very convienent. Being there the third week of August, the pools were never crowded. We had a nice relaxing week that was much needed!

This condo is beautifully decorated, has a gorgeous view of the ocean, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and provided the most towels per person then any place I have ever stayed. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side as Hurricane Debby hit the week we were there. Judi and the property management company were great at communicating with us so we knew what was going on and what they were doing to prepare. It didn’t hit us like the expected just some wind and rain but had breaks in between to walk on the beach, go to the boardwalk and Broadway on the beach, enjoy several indoor attractions, and visit some friends. I say a rainy day at the beach is still as day at the beach!!!!! Nothing like the ocean waves and breeze. I would definitely recommend this place.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We have small children and wanted a location that was still central (short drive to most attractions) but a quieter beach and this was a perfect fit. The condo itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was nervous about the airport being so close but that didn't bother us at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much ms Judi! We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful vacation condo. The entire experience was effortless. You were so helpful…from the first email to the last. Always a quick response to all my crazy questions. Also, the helpful welcome binder with recommendations and important information was very useful. We used it several times during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything needed for our large family group. And the location was close to everything but a few blocks away as well. I can’t say enough great things about the facility. The condo and facility was extremely clean. We didn’t see any bugs. Not even in the parking garage. Our only issue was the parking… the spacing is tight! Be aware. But this is out of the host and owners control. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo and location, easy access to beach, owner was quick to respond to requests. Pools looked like they could have been cleaner especially the outdoor pool which was heavily used. Only insignificant suggestions about the condo would be to leave a note on how to get hot water in Master shower and to provide better quality cooking utensils such as wooden spoons, spatulas, and turners and a Teflon coated large skillet.

The property exceeded all our expectations. The condo is very spacious, Well stocked, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The owners are awesome and very quick to respond. We will be back to Ocean Blue and would definitely stay in this unit again. Have to give the day shift maintenance guy props! He was very attentive and made sure all guests were happy. No chair was out of place around the pool...

This property is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars! Owners are very quick to reply and so very nice and wonderful to work with. Property is very spacious and set up is absolutely ideal for a family size of 8 or less to stretch out and ENJOY!!! VERY Clean. Located on 2nd floor over the swimming pool which was very convenient. Just a couple steps to the beach. Very family oriented and great security at all times! All beds are very comfortable and everything is very nicely decorated and updated. LOVED the location and frankley LOVED everything about this property. Highly recommend to ALL who may be interested!!!

Condo was very clean with great views of ocean. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool , lazy river and hot tube. The out door pool was also a hit with kids. Beach was close and easy to access. Condo furnishings and kitchen were great.

We loved the location. Especially loved being able to unload and go straight into the condo without having to get on an elevator. Would be great if each parking space had a visitor parking space next to it for the same condo. We loved the size of the condo and the fact each bedroom had a bath. Loved the view and the easy access to the beach. It is such a short walk to the beach. LOVED IT.... A couple of suggestions: There needs to be a vacuum in the condo. We tried but so hard to keep sand out. The push broom was just not sufficient. Also I would suggest darkening drapes for the master bedrooms. The lights outside at the pool area shine in the room and then the sun coming up , you have continual light all the time. We used blankets to cover the sliding doors and windows. If those 2 things were corrected we would definitely rent this condo again. We had a great time.

Pictures don't do the condo justice! Very spacious and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and recliners in the front master bedrooms. In a great location on quiet stretch of beach. Building staff were friendly, kept the grounds clean and enforced the rules, which we appreciated. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Convenient parking on the same level. Judi was quick to respond to inquiries and so nice! Would stay again without hesitation!!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and the accommodations were top-notch!! It is right on the beach and the airport is close if you are flying in. We stayed April 10-April 16, 2022. Everyone had plenty of space. The four bedrooms with four bathrooms was WONDERFUL! With three young ladies, it was a godsend! We enjoyed the balcony, watching the sun rise while we were drinking coffee :). This place was everything that was promised. Judi was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. We would love to come back again in the future. Thanks for hosting us!!

Spectacular condo, incredible location!

While many places claim to be “steps to the beach”- this place literally is! The condo was clean and welcoming on checkin, the welcome book was full of great information, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was just awesome. We started and ended every day on the beautiful porch overlooking the beach, and, with the beach being so close, we were able to run up and down to the condo during the day to take a break or eat without having to lug everything back and forth. The property itself was very well maintained- there was always a maintenance or security person around and kept the 3 pools and property in good shape. Judi (property owner) was super responsive to all of our questions. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay and look forward to coming back in the future!!

We loved the location and large condo all on one floor. It was great having four bathrooms and the extra touch of having hand soap already in each bathroom was appreciated. The second floor condo also has the assigned parking space very close to the condo which is very convenient. Great memories made in Myrtle Beach with family!

We had a great time staying here. It's right on the beach, close enough to the fun, but far enough away from the craziness to be quiet. The building itself shows its age in places, but this condo has had some recent renovations and the fixtures are updated enough to be modern. The hosts are awesome, and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it's large enough for everyone to have their own space. Would definitely stay again.

It was Beautiful. I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise. Long walks on the beach everyday to watch sunsets. My family loved the condo and the beach. Parking was a little tight.
